[00:01:04] So we are about to get into this amazing discussion with Apostle Kai and I am super excited.

[00:01:19] So I'm excited. I asked Pastor Kai to come on because I have been just hearing as we were coming into this new year, right? Rosh Hashanah.

[00:01:29] And we have heard so much discussion around it. And for those of us that study and really want to understand what this year and holds for us and tells, you know, we begin to dive in deep.

[00:01:40] But then I heard some confusion around it. And I said, you know, I know someone who teaches and I call her my rabbi.

[00:01:47] I know she's an amazing teacher. I used to watch you. Are you still on on Friday? Are you still on live on Saturdays?

[00:01:53] For your classes, for your teaching, Apostle?

[00:01:57] I think we are frozen. I hope not. So I used to watch her live on Saturdays for her teaching. There's a school.

[00:02:10] Yes. OK, so you have school you teach on Saturdays, right?

[00:02:15] Yes. OK. Are you still live?

[00:02:18] Yes, we go live on Saturdays.

[00:02:20] Yes. All right. So live on Saturdays, I call my rabbi because the teaching is amazing.

[00:02:24] We ever heard her preacher teach, you know, that you're going to get a fiery word that you can eat on.

[00:02:29] So I say, how about you come on to the birthing room and come sit and tell us how to birth in this new year, what this new year means to us.

[00:02:37] Explain first what Rosh Hashanah is, then explain what the new year means to us.

[00:02:42] Explain 5785, how we get there, how we got it.

[00:02:45] And then we have Yom Kippur. So I wanted her to give us all of this information, right?

[00:02:49] In this little bit of time. But she is the perfect person to call on to do it.

[00:02:53] And she's going to go ahead and tell us why. So I'm going to hear from you now.

[00:02:58] Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. Shalom, everyone.

[00:03:01] Honored to be here before you to just share the Bible, the word.

[00:03:06] I was going to say the way of life, but it is the scripture. Hallelujah.

[00:03:10] And so starting off with Rosh Hashanah, first of all, we all call it Rosh Hashanah.

[00:03:17] The world knows it as Rosh Hashanah. It is a Jewish holiday.

[00:03:22] And I put the air quotes up because you will not find the words Rosh Hashanah in the Bible.

[00:03:27] So I don't want you to think I'm teaching something that's not biblical.

[00:03:30] But if you are searching the scriptures, this is the first of the seven feast days that Yahweh, God, commanded us to keep as believers, as followers of his word.

[00:03:43] And so it is called Yom Teruah. Yom Teruah means the feast of trumpets, the feast of trumpets.

[00:03:50] And the trumpet is the shofar, the ram's horn.

[00:03:55] And so most people are familiar with shofars, no matter what denomination you are a part of.

[00:04:01] To be honest, there's one Lord, one faith and one baptism.

[00:04:05] And so I'm excited to be here to share with you what all it really means and hopefully answer some of your questions around what the feast day represents,

[00:04:17] how we came to the year 5785 and how we're coming up to Rosh Hashanah as well.

[00:04:23] And so really, the feast days are appointed times that the word tells us in Leviticus that we should keep.

[00:04:32] We should, they're festivals.

[00:04:35] They are holy days, not holidays, but holy days.

[00:04:38] And so the Bible tells us that if you are a follower or a believer of the Messiah, these are the statues, the ordinances, the days that you should keep throughout all generations.

[00:04:54] And so it says that in the scripture.

[00:04:58] The first thing I'll say is that we are in 5785.

[00:05:03] We're following the Hebrew or the Jewish calendar that was created centuries ago, well before the Gregorian calendar that we follow today.

[00:05:12] And so in doing so, the calendar lets us know that we are in the year 5785.

[00:05:18] And how you come to that, what the meaning of 5785 or Rosh Hashanah, which is the new year, is you have to go to the Hebrew alphabet.

[00:05:29] It's called the Alephet.

[00:05:30] And in Hebrew, we actually read from left to right to left instead of left to right.

[00:05:37] Now I'm going to be honest.

[00:05:38] I don't speak Hebrew.

[00:05:39] Okay.

[00:05:40] I know a couple words.

[00:05:42] And so I won't pretend like I know the language in an extensive amount of detail.

[00:05:48] I'm not fluent in it.

[00:05:50] However, when I do study the scriptures, I try to study from a Hebrew mindset in order to understand the revelation behind the word of the Lord.

[00:06:00] And so if you go to the Alephet, this is the fifth letter in the Hebrew alphabet.

[00:06:06] And it is pronounced, well, it's spelled H-E-I, but pronounced hey.

[00:06:13] It is pronounced hey.

[00:06:15] And so hey means, sorry, breath, breath.

[00:06:23] Hey means breath or wind.

[00:06:26] And so when you think about the wind of Yah, when you think about the breath, the Bible talks about in the beginning that the father, when he made creation, he made it through his speech.

[00:06:43] And he takes breath in order to speak.

[00:06:46] And it also tells us that he blew into man's nostrils and they became a living being.

[00:06:52] And so his spirit, his breath or the Holy Spirit, which we call the Ruach HaKadosh, hallelujah, is symbolic in a way that this is the year of the breath, right?

[00:07:05] But what does that mean?

[00:07:07] That means, hallelujah, that when you declare a thing, when you speak it out of your mouth, when you breathe on it, it's got to change.

[00:07:17] Something has to happen.

[00:07:19] The word even tells us that if you declare a thing, I will establish it.

[00:07:23] And so this is the year to make those declarations.

[00:07:26] This is the year to speak a thing.

[00:07:28] And so the Bible took, the Holy Spirit, I'm sorry, took me to the word in the Bible in Matthew 25 and 1.

[00:07:36] And I won't read it, but it talks about the parable of the 10 virgins.

[00:07:40] And so what Rosh Hashanah is or what Yom Teruah, the new year, represents is really a dress rehearsal to prepare for the bridegroom to come back again.

[00:07:49] And so we are, every new year, he gives us these rehearsals, similar to like we take communion, right, as a rehearsal, as he told us to keep.

[00:07:59] And so the new year, we commemorate by blowing the shofar and preparing the way for our bridegroom to come back and receive us and take us home and ask his people.

[00:08:11] And so really, it's an alarm or an alert.

[00:08:14] And it's a dress rehearsal because it's us coming together in fellowship and in worship and in prayer and blowing the shofar, signifying the sound that we will hear when the Messiah comes back again.

[00:08:28] And so you got to be able to recognize the sound.

[00:08:31] Come on.

[00:08:32] And that's why it's important for us to rehearse it so that we'll recognize the sound and that the dead in Christ, as the Bible says, will arise.

[00:08:41] Yes.

[00:08:42] In order for us to do that, we've got to understand his sound.

[00:08:46] And so I get excited when we're talking about this thing because the year of the breath is powerful.

[00:08:52] It's powerful.

[00:08:52] I know many people are saying it's the year of this and the year of that.

[00:08:56] It is the year of the breath.

[00:09:01] We know the book that we follow, the God that we serve is a Hebrew.

[00:09:05] The Bible is a Hebrew book, right?

[00:09:07] And it came from a Hebrew God or they always say, like, Jesus is Jewish or what have you.

[00:09:13] And so we know that, right?

[00:09:16] But we have to also be able to study to show ourselves approved.

[00:09:19] And so we keep his ways.

[00:09:21] We follow his ways.

[00:09:23] We live the life that he's called us to live.

[00:09:30] And so these feast days, he told us that we have to keep throughout all generation, that this is something that we shall pass down Christmas and Easter and all of those things.

[00:09:41] But they're not in the scripture.

[00:09:42] It's not something that he called us to keep.

[00:09:45] And I understand that it's traditions of man and it's something that people feel like it, you know, is that what they do?

[00:09:51] And I'm not coming against that.

[00:09:53] But he tells us that these are the days that are set apart.

[00:09:58] They are holy days and that we are supposed to keep them throughout all of our generation.

[00:10:02] And there's so many scriptures that point to that, especially in Leviticus.

[00:10:08] But yeah.

[00:10:09] And so after this feast day, the fall feast, we go into Yom Kippur.

[00:10:16] And so this day, well, 5785, the new year presents our name being written in the Lamb's Book of Life.

[00:10:24] Okay.

[00:10:25] It represents our name being written.

[00:10:27] That's what we're rehearsing.

[00:10:28] But Yom Kippur is the day of atonement.

[00:10:32] It's the sealing of our name being in the Lamb's Book of Life.

[00:10:37] And so you are to repent during that time.

[00:10:40] It's a day of reflecting.

[00:10:42] It's a day of repentance for the things that you have done throughout the entire year.

[00:10:47] And so it's like, okay, New Year is here.

[00:10:50] Is my name written in the Lamb's Book of Life?

[00:10:51] Now we get to Yom Kippur.

[00:10:53] Is my name sealed?

[00:10:54] This is when the seals are opening, as it talks about in the Book of Revelation.

[00:10:59] And so all of these feast days is important to understand what they are so you can understand the context of the word that's written in the scripture.

[00:11:09] And that's why it's significant.

[00:11:11] That's the importance of understanding the language of heaven, understanding the language of the God that we serve so that you can understand the revelation behind it and not miss it.

[00:11:21] Because it says that narrow is the way.

[00:11:24] And there are few that find it.

[00:11:26] It says study to show yourself approved so that you can rightly divide the word of truth.

[00:11:29] But if you don't study, if you don't understand his language, then you miss, hallelujah, the things that he has for you.

[00:11:37] You miss it.

[00:11:38] You miss him.

[00:11:39] Nobody wants to intentionally miss him.

[00:11:42] Amen.

[00:11:43] And you said something.

[00:11:45] Yom Kippur is the day of atonement.

[00:11:48] So what does that look like to you?

[00:11:51] Because I'm not sure.

[00:11:52] I know this is our second recording.

[00:11:54] Anyone that just needs to know that the show must go on.

[00:11:57] And so I thank you.

[00:11:58] But you said a lot the first recording.

[00:12:00] You had talked about how you explained your, I don't want to call it religion, but you explained.

[00:12:08] Yes.

[00:12:08] And the things that you observe.

[00:12:10] Okay.

[00:12:11] Absolutely.

[00:12:12] And so let me, sorry, I apologize to back up a little bit.

[00:12:16] We have a Hebrew, Nazarene, Hebraic assembly.

[00:12:20] And we follow Torah.

[00:12:22] Now, we do eat the whole scroll.

[00:12:24] We follow the New Testament and the Old Testament.

[00:12:27] But to be honest with you, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John that wrote the New Testament only had Torah to go by.

[00:12:33] They only had Torah to live by.

[00:12:35] The New Testament is really their walk with Christ, what they experienced in their writings on what they observed.

[00:12:44] However, the Father told us to keep his commandments, right?

[00:12:48] And so we continue to walk in those ways.

[00:12:51] We follow the Levitical diet.

[00:12:53] And so we don't eat shellfish.

[00:12:55] And we don't eat pork.

[00:12:57] And so no crabs at the cookouts.

[00:13:01] No more pork chops.

[00:13:02] And so all of the things I used to love.

[00:13:05] We can eat fish.

[00:13:06] Yeah, we can eat cinnamon.

[00:13:07] We can eat whiting, tilapia.

[00:13:10] We can eat fish trout.

[00:13:12] The fish have to have scales and fins.

[00:13:15] Fins and scales.

[00:13:18] And so Leviticus is really explicit on what we can eat and what we cannot eat.

[00:13:27] Obviously, we can eat chicken.

[00:13:30] You know, I think if they took chicken from us, I don't know how we'll survive.

[00:13:35] But yeah, so I follow the Levitical dietary laws.

[00:13:38] But not only that, this lifestyle is, it's a way of living.

[00:13:42] It's a way of living.

[00:13:43] And we hear people all the time, especially our seasoned saints, they be like, I want to walk like Jesus, talk like Jesus, live like Jesus.

[00:13:51] And that's exactly what we're doing.

[00:13:53] We're walking like him.

[00:13:54] We're talking like him.

[00:13:55] And we're living like him.

[00:13:56] Most people kind of compromise on the living part because it seems to come with a lot of rules and a lot of discipline and a lot of restrictions.

[00:14:06] But he called us to be consecrated.

[00:14:08] He called us to be set apart.

[00:14:10] And so not just the fact that he told us not to eat shellfish and pork, but there are a lot of health complications in eating those things as well.

[00:14:17] And so we do worship on the Sabbath.

[00:14:25] We worship on the Sabbath.

[00:14:27] I held Friday night at sundown because on the Hebraic calendar or according to the Hebraic times, it's from sundown to sunset, start your day.

[00:14:37] And so our services start Friday night at 7 p.m. after the sun's gone down.

[00:14:40] So we keep the Sabbath.

[00:14:43] And then we also have a Sabbath school teaching on Saturdays.

[00:14:47] And that's where we really sit down and teach.

[00:14:49] We really dig into the word of Yahweh from a Hebraic perspective.

[00:14:53] And I could just give you one quick example.

[00:14:56] For example, the word love, because, again, I'm not fluent in Hebrew.

[00:15:01] Okay.

[00:15:02] And so in Hebrew, the word love means responsibility.

[00:15:07] It is not butterflies.

[00:15:08] It is not a feeling.

[00:15:10] It is not emotional.

[00:15:12] And so that really made sense to me when I read that because when I read in the Old Testament, it tells us to be not a part of this world.

[00:15:21] Be separated from this world.

[00:15:23] Don't love the things thereof.

[00:15:24] In the New Testament, John 3.16, for God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son, whosoever believe in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

[00:15:33] That contradicts each other when you think about it from an English perspective.

[00:15:37] But when you read it from a Hebraic perspective and you know that love means responsibility, it gives new meaning to John 3.16.

[00:15:45] Yahweh, God did not love this world because Satan, as the word says, is the God of this world.

[00:15:50] And he told us to not be a part.

[00:15:52] But when you realize that love means responsibility, now that scripture reads, for God was so responsible for the world because he created it, that he gave his only begotten son.

[00:16:05] And that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

[00:16:09] That brings a different, that brings a different, a whole different meaning, revelation.

[00:16:14] Revelatory, knowledge to the word.

[00:16:17] And now it makes sense.

[00:16:18] It doesn't seem so contradictory.

[00:16:20] Because you can't have the old without the new.

[00:16:23] They go hand in hand, right?

[00:16:24] The Messiah was in the old and the new.

[00:16:26] The old was telling, was prophetically forecasting his coming and the new was his journey here on earth.

[00:16:33] And so when you read things from a Hebraic perspective, it changes some things.

[00:16:38] People think that it's spooky because it's like, oh, I'm Hebrew.

[00:16:40] What does that mean?

[00:16:41] Right?

[00:16:42] It means that we walk in the way.

[00:16:45] Even his word says that Christ is the way, the truth, and the light.

[00:16:49] There were no denominations in the Bible.

[00:16:52] They had different churches but no denominations.

[00:16:55] Denominations were created to divide us as a people.

[00:16:58] And so we've got to tear down demonic systems that keep us divided when there's only one Lord, one faith, and one baptism.

[00:17:07] And so although I have a Hebrew assembly and we use his Hebraic names, it's still the same God.

[00:17:15] It's still the same faith.

[00:17:16] It's still the same baptism of his Holy Spirit.

[00:17:19] It's just we take the approach of understanding his language to understand his word and what he's really saying to the body.

[00:17:27] And that's why that scripture that says, he that had an ear, let him hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying.

[00:17:33] You have to understand his language in order to hear what the Spirit is saying.

[00:17:38] That's so good.

[00:17:39] And I love how you are able just to break it down and make it so plain.

[00:17:43] So I call her my rabbi because you make it so plain.

[00:17:46] And people are, for lack of a better term, ignorant because we don't understand the differences and how is one God.

[00:17:56] It's not, you know, it might have a different name, I guess, religion.

[00:17:59] We want to use that word.

[00:18:00] But it's one God.

[00:18:01] And I've heard you say that when you were preaching on several occasions.

[00:18:04] I've been in places where you preached.

[00:18:05] And, I mean, in five minutes, you helped everybody understand that we are still one.

[00:18:13] We just have a different, it might be a different name we use.

[00:18:16] And this is how we serve and how we worship.

[00:18:20] And I like how you broke down and explained about at noon on Friday.

[00:18:28] And then you serve the Lord on the Sabbath on Saturday.

[00:18:32] So with that, you do nothing after the sun goes down but worship.

[00:18:39] Do you still continue to?

[00:18:41] Correct.

[00:18:41] Because you don't work, right?

[00:18:42] Okay.

[00:18:43] Yes.

[00:18:44] Yes.

[00:18:45] Now, I'm going to tell you because I think I mentioned this to you.

[00:18:48] No.

[00:18:48] I would just know.

[00:18:49] I get off work before the sun goes down on Friday.

[00:18:54] And my job, they already know.

[00:18:57] I explained that to them.

[00:18:58] And so they already know.

[00:18:59] They kind of get a kick out of it.

[00:19:02] But because I'm black.

[00:19:05] And they're like, oh, she's a black Jew.

[00:19:07] And I'm like, what does that mean?

[00:19:09] Right.

[00:19:10] And so I think most people are, you know, yeah, people are fascinated by that.

[00:19:18] And it's like, you look like us.

[00:19:21] And so when you're dealing with the marketplace, they haven't seen or come across anyone that keeps that walk or that way of lifestyle.

[00:19:34] And so I'm always at work doing like the regular holidays, right?

[00:19:38] So when people are taking off Christmas and stuff, I'm working.

[00:19:41] And so they're like, oh, she doesn't keep those days.

[00:19:44] So it's okay.

[00:19:44] Like, she'll be here.

[00:19:45] I'm like, I'll be here.

[00:19:46] But on the holidays, I'm off.

[00:19:49] You're off.

[00:19:51] And those are the days everyone else is still working.

[00:19:53] And I work at my job at Progressive.

[00:19:56] And this year was the first year I saw, first of all, the schools closed this year for the Jewish New Year, right?

[00:20:06] That was the first thing.

[00:20:08] I love that.

[00:20:09] I was like, oh, it's Rosh Hashanah.

[00:20:10] The schools closed down.

[00:20:11] And I love that we had a program at work just for Rosh Hashanah so someone can come and explain it so we can understand and we can be inclusive.

[00:20:20] I think it's so important.

[00:20:23] And I also had my own ignorance.

[00:20:27] I didn't know.

[00:20:28] I didn't understand.

[00:20:28] And I was like, well, she's a leader.

[00:20:30] Like, you know, I didn't know that women could be leaders in the Jewish faith.

[00:20:36] And I guess, is it Jewish?

[00:20:38] Am I still saying it wrong?

[00:20:39] It's okay.

[00:20:40] I'm going to explain.

[00:20:41] I'm going to break it down.

[00:20:43] Okay.

[00:20:43] So, first of all, anything with ish on the end is not.

[00:20:49] Let's start there.

[00:20:51] Think about it.

[00:20:52] If you say I'm 40-ish, that means you're not 40.

[00:20:56] If you say I'm whatever, right?

[00:20:58] If anything, with that ending of that I-S-H is not.

[00:21:04] So, Hebrew.

[00:21:05] Hebrew is what I should say.

[00:21:07] Okay.

[00:21:07] Let me tell you the difference.

[00:21:08] Help me.

[00:21:09] Let me tell you the difference.

[00:21:10] The letter J is only a couple hundred years old.

[00:21:13] Yes.

[00:21:14] And so, in the Bible, when they first wrote it, it was written in the original context that was the Hebrew language.

[00:21:20] We were Hebrews in the Old Testament.

[00:21:23] And then when Constantine came in to rewrite the Bible in Greek, right?

[00:21:28] It changed from Hebrew to Jews.

[00:21:30] Mm-hmm.

[00:21:31] And so, there was intentionality behind that.

[00:21:35] That he was, they were banking on us not knowing our heritage, on who we are.

[00:21:40] And so, we were always taught as believers.

[00:21:43] And I know I grew up Baptist.

[00:21:44] And I don't fault anybody because they only taught what they knew.

[00:21:48] But we were always taught that we were Gentiles adopted into the faith of the Messiah.

[00:21:55] Yes, we were taught that.

[00:21:56] Yes.

[00:21:57] However, the scripture calls out who the Gentiles are in Genesis 10.

[00:22:02] It specifically says Edomites and all of the ites that were in there.

[00:22:09] That's who they were.

[00:22:10] But we came out of the descendants of Abraham.

[00:22:14] Yes.

[00:22:15] The tribe of Judah.

[00:22:17] Brown folks.

[00:22:18] And so, we're not Jewish, but we're Hebraic.

[00:22:24] And the Jews, but they have tapped into our culture and our identity.

[00:22:30] And they took it for themselves.

[00:22:32] And so, I leave that there because I don't want to, I don't, I don't, I'm never going to bash a group of people.

[00:22:42] But we are the royal priesthood and the chosen generation that the scriptures are talking about.

[00:22:48] And so, it was always our inheritance.

[00:22:51] Why is it important?

[00:22:53] Understanding your identity is important because you know where you're going to, to understand your future.

[00:22:59] You don't know where you're going to go without understanding who you are.

[00:23:05] And so, if I, if it's almost like I woke up tomorrow and I doubt that I was royalty.

[00:23:12] That I was really Queen Elizabeth's long lost daughter.

[00:23:17] Right?

[00:23:18] I'm going to start acting different knowing that I have royal blood.

[00:23:22] I'm going to behave different.

[00:23:24] I'm going to want everything that was owed to me or laid up for me to be mine.

[00:23:29] Because now I know that this is my blood.

[00:23:32] I have royal blood in me.

[00:23:33] And so, I hear people ask me all the time, well, why do you say Yeshua?

[00:23:38] Why don't you say Jesus?

[00:23:39] Why do you call God Yahweh?

[00:23:41] And I let them know.

[00:23:44] I've seen people healed in Jesus' name.

[00:23:46] I have.

[00:23:47] I've seen miracle signs and wonders in that name.

[00:23:51] However, it really is about relationship.

[00:23:54] And when you come into the knowledge of who he is in the fullness, you have a different level of access.

[00:24:01] Yes.

[00:24:02] My kids have a different level of access than you would have to me.

[00:24:05] Because they have a relationship with me.

[00:24:08] And so, because of our relationship, when you know better, you do better.

[00:24:14] That's right.

[00:24:15] I believe that there is power in his name.

[00:24:19] And so, when I call on the name Yeshua, it's a different response.

[00:24:23] It's a quicker turnaround time.

[00:24:25] Because he's like, wait, my child is calling me?

[00:24:27] She knows my name.

[00:24:32] And many years, I've read the Bible.

[00:24:35] Never seen the name of Yahweh before.

[00:24:37] It's in Psalm 68 and 4.

[00:24:40] It's been there the whole time.

[00:24:42] It's been there.

[00:24:43] But again, there goes that J that was only 700 years old.

[00:24:48] It's pronounced Yah.

[00:24:50] And so, even with that letter J, right, and pronouncing it Jah, it's the same way we spell hallelujah with J-A-H at the end, right?

[00:25:00] When you say Yah.

[00:25:02] Hallelujah.

[00:25:03] And so, it was always his plan for us to know him in an intimate, personal way.

[00:25:09] And so, I call him by the birth name that Yeshua was given.

[00:25:14] And I call Yah by his name, Yah or Yahweh.

[00:25:18] But it still means God.

[00:25:20] But there are many gods.

[00:25:21] And so, I want to be specific on the God that I'm calling upon.

[00:25:24] Yes, yes, yes.

[00:25:25] Because I just don't want anybody to answer me.

[00:25:29] When Yeshua, when Christ called upon Lazarus, he could have said to anybody, come on, come on, come up from the ground.

[00:25:36] And Lazarus identified that he was calling him specifically and he obeyed and he got up.

[00:25:42] And so, that is the reason why we keep his sacred names.

[00:25:46] Besides that, our assembly, our Hebrew assembly is no different than any other regular Pentecostal church.

[00:25:51] We believe in laying on hands.

[00:25:53] We believe in speaking in tongues.

[00:25:55] We believe in the prophetic.

[00:25:56] We believe in baptisms.

[00:25:58] You know what I mean?

[00:25:59] We follow the scripture.

[00:26:01] And so, when people say, you know, you're Hebrew.

[00:26:04] You know, you're this.

[00:26:05] You know, I'm now not really moving away for it.

[00:26:08] But I just tell people, I just follow the word.

[00:26:11] I'm a believer.

[00:26:12] I walk in the way.

[00:26:14] There's only one way.

[00:26:15] And it says, I am the way, the truth, and the life.

[00:26:17] That was the way he was talking about all along.

[00:26:19] And so, we're following his words as commandment keepers.

[00:26:23] All of us ought to be.

[00:26:24] As Christians, as Jews, as whatever.

[00:26:28] He gave us one word.

[00:26:30] And that's what we follow.

[00:26:32] Amen.

[00:26:33] Amen.

[00:26:34] Amen.

[00:26:35] Did we miss anything?

[00:26:36] I think you didn't got it all.

[00:26:40] I got one more thing I want to touch.

[00:26:42] I have to do it.

[00:26:44] I have to do it.

[00:26:44] I have one thing.

[00:26:45] I have one thing.

[00:26:46] Yes, yes, yes.

[00:26:47] There are.

[00:26:48] So, just like their denominations, there are different groups of Hebrew Israelites.

[00:26:53] I'm about to ask that.

[00:26:54] I want to talk about that.

[00:26:56] Because the moment I say I'm a Hebrew Israelite, they're like, oh, y'all are cult.

[00:27:00] Oh, we don't want to go there.

[00:27:02] Y'all are.

[00:27:02] And I get it.

[00:27:03] Because growing up in New York, I saw Hebrew Israelites in the corner talking about white

[00:27:09] devils this.

[00:27:10] Saying I'm going in here because I got tattoos on my body.

[00:27:15] I mean, just aggressive, strong and wrong.

[00:27:21] One thing about those group of people, right?

[00:27:24] They have the knowledge of his word, but lack the spirit.

[00:27:30] They have no love.

[00:27:31] They have no compassion.

[00:27:33] And so, the two go hand in hand.

[00:27:36] Hence the reason why 5785 correlates with all of this.

[00:27:40] The spirit of Yahweh.

[00:27:42] Yes.

[00:27:42] He spoke creation into existence through his breath and created the Messiah, Yeshua.

[00:27:49] And so, everything that was created was spoken.

[00:27:52] And so, some of the Hebrew Israelites get stuck in understanding the letter of the law,

[00:27:57] but not the spirit of the law.

[00:27:59] That's good right there.

[00:28:00] And so, when you get stuck there.

[00:28:02] That was good, Apostle.

[00:28:03] I'm telling you, when you get stuck there and you don't have that wind, the breath,

[00:28:08] the Ruach HaKadosh, you're not producing the fruit of the spirit.

[00:28:13] You're not walking and living in the fruit of the spirit.

[00:28:16] Yes, you kept his commandments.

[00:28:18] Yes, you follow the dietary laws, but you have no love, which is the greatest commandment of all.

[00:28:23] You have no compassion for his people.

[00:28:27] Because you got to remember where the blood found you.

[00:28:29] You didn't always have that.

[00:28:34] Now.

[00:28:35] And so, you got to be very careful because people are like, oh, you're Israelite.

[00:28:44] And I'm like, just like you have denominations in Christianity, Hebrews have different groups of people.

[00:28:51] And so, yes.

[00:28:52] It's no different.

[00:28:53] It's almost like a denomination within the walk.

[00:29:00] And so, I always say, try the spirit by the spirit.

[00:29:03] If I say anything outside of this scripture, run.

[00:29:07] Run or call me out on it.

[00:29:09] Word, you need to go.

[00:29:11] Because something has come upon me.

[00:29:14] And what I won't do is lead his people astray.

[00:29:17] And so, either correct me or run.

[00:29:21] Amen.

[00:29:22] Because what I won't do is form a community.

[00:29:32] I'm not going into that.

[00:29:34] And I'm not coming against people.

[00:29:35] But there's a group of people that they all got the same last name.

[00:29:37] I'd be like, come on.

[00:29:39] I'm not doing that.

[00:29:41] I'm not following.

[00:29:42] Because even being a Hebrew Israelite, you can get stuck in tradition.

[00:29:48] And then you're no different than everybody else that you're talking about.

[00:29:53] I'm not stuck in traditions of men.

[00:29:57] I'm keeping my faith rooted and grounded in his word.

[00:30:02] That's how I'm walking this thing every day.

[00:30:05] Amen.

[00:30:06] Amen.

[00:30:06] Amen.

[00:30:07] That was so good.

[00:30:07] Okay.

[00:30:08] You had a burning question to ask me.

[00:30:09] I did.

[00:30:11] Well, I had two now.

[00:30:12] Could you talk about that?

[00:30:13] The different denominations.

[00:30:16] Women.

[00:30:17] So, women are able to be leaders also.

[00:30:20] And I think that that was always something that I thought women couldn't.

[00:30:24] Yes.

[00:30:25] So, to be honest with you, even in the regular Christian church, there's a lot of people,

[00:30:34] depending on denomination, do not believe that women can be in leadership.

[00:30:39] They do not.

[00:30:40] And they're based in that information.

[00:30:41] They're based in that information based on a scripture in Corinthians that was spoken

[00:30:47] by Apostle Paul.

[00:30:50] Yeshua, who you call Jesus, never said that.

[00:30:55] Yahweh never said that.

[00:30:57] So, they are taking Paul's words over the words of the Most High.

[00:31:03] Yes.

[00:31:03] Paul had to address issues in the church of Corinth.

[00:31:08] And so, when he told women to be quiet or be silent, it did not mean they could not preach.

[00:31:13] It did not mean they could not prophesy.

[00:31:15] It did not mean they could not leave.

[00:31:17] It meant that they had to set some boundaries for what was taking place in that specific church

[00:31:24] of Corinth.

[00:31:25] Yes.

[00:31:26] Paul had to set order there.

[00:31:28] And the women were doing things that were out of order, out of turn, that was causing

[00:31:33] chaos and perversion within the church.

[00:31:35] Right?

[00:31:40] The Bible tells us, man, and every man is Christ the Messiah.

[00:31:45] Right?

[00:31:45] I get that order.

[00:31:47] People ask me all the time, how could you be an apostle on your husband and pastor?

[00:31:50] And I said, I think you confuse things.

[00:31:53] You think that the fivefold has a hierarchy.

[00:31:56] Many people think the apostles higher than the pastor.

[00:31:59] There's no hierarchy within the fivefold.

[00:32:01] It says each joint supplies.

[00:32:03] I have a different administration than my husband.

[00:32:06] That's why I'm an apostle and he's a pastor.

[00:32:10] And so because I have a different administration, that does not make me over him.

[00:32:15] I'm very much still submitted to my husband as my head.

[00:32:19] And that's why he also allows me the autonomy to teach and go forth in leadership because

[00:32:25] that's what the most highest called me to.

[00:32:27] Who can come against the fact that the father has called them to a thing?

[00:32:31] Who can come against that?

[00:32:33] And so I have family members that are traditional Southern Baptist folks that will not respect

[00:32:39] me as a leader.

[00:32:41] They just don't.

[00:32:42] They'll say, call Wayne.

[00:32:43] I'll listen to Wayne.

[00:32:45] You can only prophesy to me.

[00:32:46] You can't preach to me.

[00:32:47] Ain't no woman.

[00:32:48] You can't preach to me.

[00:32:49] You can't teach me.

[00:32:51] Ain't no woman going to do that.

[00:32:52] But to be honest with you, how do you think the church survived?

[00:32:56] Think about it.

[00:32:57] The men were off at war.

[00:32:59] How did the church survive?

[00:33:03] The women had to carry it.

[00:33:04] The women.

[00:33:05] It was a woman that brought forth the word that Yeshua rose.

[00:33:09] It was a woman that carried the Messiah.

[00:33:12] That's right.

[00:33:13] Come on.

[00:33:14] She carried the word in her belly.

[00:33:18] Naturally and spiritually.

[00:33:21] Amen.

[00:33:21] And so I don't believe that women can.

[00:33:25] And my apostle, my former apostle that, well, he's not my former, my apostle that transitioned

[00:33:30] to glory.

[00:33:31] He never came against women leadership.

[00:33:34] He was the one that appointed me and affirmed me as an apostle.

[00:33:38] He birthed me as a prophet.

[00:33:39] He ordained me as a pastor.

[00:33:42] He affirmed me as an apostle.

[00:33:44] He was very strong about supporting women in leadership.

[00:33:55] It's because they don't, in traditional arenas, they don't have the revelatory knowledge of the word.

[00:34:01] And so, again, they're stuck in traditions of man and their limited knowledge of the word.

[00:34:08] They always refer to Corinthians.

[00:34:10] They always go back to that.

[00:34:12] That is the only verse that is in there.

[00:34:14] And my response to that is always, did God say that?

[00:34:17] Because, you know, in your Bibles, y'all got the letters that Yeshua, that Jesus wrote was in red.

[00:34:22] That ain't in red.

[00:34:24] That's not in red.

[00:34:26] And so.

[00:34:26] No, it's not.

[00:34:27] Why are we taking apostles' power over the Lord's word?

[00:34:31] That's what I always say.

[00:34:33] But I definitely believe that women can.

[00:34:37] Amen.

[00:34:37] Amen.

[00:34:38] Amen.

[00:34:38] And my last question.

[00:34:40] My last, well, not even question.

[00:34:42] I guess it is a question for you to teach us.

[00:34:44] Because I saw your menorah back there.

[00:34:46] And most of us haven't seen once in school.

[00:34:48] We had to see it around school time.

[00:34:50] We had Christmas and then you had Hanukkah.

[00:34:55] And explain that to people who don't know, us that don't know.

[00:34:59] Like, how do you celebrate during that time of year?

[00:35:04] And I'm only asking, I know it's not what we talked about today, but I was just so excited about it when I saw it.

[00:35:08] I was like, oh, because I wanted to get one for the house.

[00:35:11] It's not going to teach my children.

[00:35:12] So explain that to us.

[00:35:16] Let us see it, Tim.

[00:35:22] I think your phone's going in and out.

[00:35:26] We're going to get this one more topic.

[00:35:28] Okay.

[00:35:31] Okay.

[00:35:32] Sorry.

[00:35:32] Yes.

[00:35:33] So Hanukkah.

[00:35:34] Okay.

[00:35:36] So it is a day, also scripturally supported, where we come together.

[00:35:45] Am I back?

[00:35:46] You're back.

[00:35:47] Am I in the room?

[00:35:49] You're in the room.

[00:35:51] I'm in the room.

[00:35:53] And so Hanukkah is also another day in the scripture that was commemorated.

[00:36:05] And what do we do?

[00:36:09] It is really the festivals of light.

[00:36:13] It is called the festival of light in the word.

[00:36:17] And it is to celebrate the rededication of the second temple that was built in Jerusalem.

[00:36:24] And so the reason why we have, I had a menorah.

[00:36:27] I'm going to slide it back over.

[00:36:28] The reason why we talk about, we talk about the festival of light because of the miracle of the oil that burnt for eight days.

[00:36:40] Oh, it's a big one.

[00:36:41] Oh, it's a big one too.

[00:36:42] Yeah.

[00:36:43] It's huge.

[00:36:44] It stands on the floor.

[00:36:44] Oh, it's beautiful.

[00:36:46] Thank you.

[00:36:47] My rabbi gave it to me before he transitioned.

[00:36:51] And so this is what we do.

[00:36:55] And so each night we light a candle.

[00:36:57] First of all, we have a big feast day on day one.

[00:37:01] And then each night we light a candle and talk to our children about Torah and the story about the miracle of the oil burning in the lampstand for eight days.

[00:37:13] It is a day that we commemorate.

[00:37:15] Now, my children, my older kids, my adult kids were used to celebrating Christmas.

[00:37:21] And so when we transitioned over to Hanukkah, it was different for them.

[00:37:25] And so for us, this is not biblical, but we do exchange gifts on Hanukkah instead of Christmas.

[00:37:31] Okay.

[00:37:31] And so for them, they didn't miss anything because instead of getting one day of gift, they now get seven days of gifts.

[00:37:38] And so each day we light a candle and we open a gift.

[00:37:41] And we celebrate the miracle of oil.

[00:37:47] When it comes to the Messiah's birth, that is celebrated in October.

[00:37:52] So after Yom Kippur, we go into what they call Feast of Tabernacles, which is Sukkot, S-U-K-K-O-T, or Feast of Booths.

[00:38:03] The Feast of Tabernacles is around the time that Yeshua, the Messiah, Christ the Messiah was born.

[00:38:10] He was born in a manger, which is a booth or a tent.

[00:38:14] And so that is the time that we commemorate and keep his birth instead of December 25th, which I don't know where they got that date from.

[00:38:28] But he definitely wasn't born in the cold.

[00:38:32] Christmas.

[00:38:33] I think most believers know that Christmas was not his birthday.

[00:38:37] And though they choose to say that Jesus is the reason for the season, but he never told us to honor that day.

[00:38:45] Never.

[00:38:46] And most Christians know that.

[00:38:47] There's a scripture in the Bible that says...

[00:38:54] Go ahead.

[00:38:54] I'm sorry.

[00:38:55] The phone went out.

[00:38:56] Go ahead.

[00:38:57] I'm listening.

[00:38:58] Are you back?

[00:38:58] No, you're okay.

[00:39:00] I was just going to say most...

[00:39:04] There's a scripture in the Bible that says...

[00:39:06] Am I back?

[00:39:08] I think we are.

[00:39:11] Let's see.

[00:39:11] Are we back?

[00:39:12] The devil is a liar.

[00:39:15] I don't know.

[00:39:16] Because this is...

[00:39:17] It's so good.

[00:39:19] As long as the sound is good.

[00:39:22] Because it's closed off and everyone hears is the sound.

[00:39:25] See, everything else we can fix.

[00:39:26] But it should broadcast smoothly.

[00:39:30] Okay.

[00:39:31] As soon as we both come back in here.

[00:39:35] And this will be our last...

[00:39:36] Okay.

[00:39:37] I was just going to say that there's a scripture...

[00:39:39] Yeah.

[00:39:43] I think we're back.

[00:39:45] I can hear you.

[00:39:47] Can you hear me?

[00:39:48] You can continue to...

[00:39:49] Okay.

[00:39:51] Okay.

[00:39:51] So there's a scripture in the Word that says...

[00:39:55] That a man with a tree in his house is a fool.

[00:39:59] The evergreen tree, if you do your history...

[00:40:02] Was placed at King Nebuchadnezzar, who was an evil king.

[00:40:06] It was placed...

[00:40:07] It grew out of his grave.

[00:40:08] And his wife, in order to honor him...

[00:40:11] Came and sat presents over the tree every year.

[00:40:16] One thing I know about the enemy...

[00:40:18] Is he is always an imitator of the things of the kingdom of heaven.

[00:40:23] Of Yahweh.

[00:40:24] And so he will do any and everything to make sure that we don't know the truth.

[00:40:30] And to water it down.

[00:40:31] Or to have us walk into pagan ways or idolatry.

[00:40:36] Not on purpose.

[00:40:38] But that's why it says we got to study to show ourself approved.

[00:40:42] Because Satan comes to kill, steal and destroy.

[00:40:45] He comes to kill, steal and destroy.

[00:40:47] And he doesn't want us to know our birthright.

[00:40:50] He doesn't want us to keep or maintain our relationship and connection with the Father.

[00:40:54] And so he sets up these little traps for us to fall into.

[00:40:58] People always say, well, you was a kid.

[00:40:59] You celebrated Christmas.

[00:41:00] Yes, I did.

[00:41:01] And I don't come against anybody that chooses to celebrate it.

[00:41:04] I choose to follow the way.

[00:41:06] I choose to live my life according to the scriptures.

[00:41:09] I can't control what somebody else is doing.

[00:41:11] Right?

[00:41:12] And so I raised up my kids in the same way.

[00:41:15] And sometimes at school, right?

[00:41:17] It's a hard thing for them.

[00:41:18] Because they got Halloween celebrations.

[00:41:20] And they got this.

[00:41:22] And, you know...

[00:41:23] And the kids are like, we can't go to Hallelujah Night?

[00:41:26] I'm like, no.

[00:41:27] That's still participating, even though it's at a church.

[00:41:28] No.

[00:41:30] I don't give you...

[00:41:30] Absolutely not.

[00:41:32] You're still participating in something that is a homage to the dead.

[00:41:37] To ghosts and goblins and all of these things.

[00:41:41] And so over the years, they've just learned, too, that this is our way.

[00:41:45] And teachers always ask them, aren't you Jewish?

[00:41:47] Like, you're celebrating the holiday?

[00:41:48] You know, they ask them those questions, too.

[00:41:50] Because they hear them say, oh, it's Rosh Hashanah.

[00:41:53] Or, oh, it's this.

[00:41:55] But the Bible says there's a way that seems right to man.

[00:41:58] But in the end, leads to death.

[00:42:00] And so I encourage people to just really study to show yourself approved.

[00:42:03] And what you don't know, ask.

[00:42:06] What you don't understand, ask.

[00:42:09] Ask somebody with wisdom.

[00:42:10] Ask somebody that has the fruit of the Spirit.

[00:42:13] So that you can get your understanding.

[00:42:17] Amen.

[00:42:17] Amen.

[00:42:18] Amen.

[00:42:18] I'm going to go ahead and drop in.

[00:42:20] This is all good information.

[00:42:22] And I'm just so upset our broadcast is not broadcast in a way I would have liked it to

[00:42:26] if we could have this discussion, like, crisp and clear.

[00:42:29] So please forgive me.

[00:42:32] And we're going to have to bring you back again.

[00:42:34] We can have just a clean, crisp.

[00:42:38] But it went well.

[00:42:39] I mean, I want to definitely make sure that we're able to share this information.

[00:42:44] And we're already getting comments.

[00:42:45] I'm reading comments coming through, like, she's breaking up.

[00:42:48] So everyone's excited about what you are teaching.

[00:42:51] And this teaching is good teaching.

[00:42:53] Tell us how we can find you if someone is looking for you.

[00:42:57] Absolutely.

[00:42:57] You can find me on Facebook under Kai Stansberry.

[00:43:00] On Instagram, Apostle Kai Stansberry Ministries.

[00:43:21] Amen.

[00:43:22] Amen.

[00:43:23] Amen.

[00:43:23] Amen.

[00:43:24] Thank you so much, Apostle.

[00:43:25] That was so good.

[00:43:26] So much information.

[00:43:27] For those that had confusion around Rosh Hashanah, around Yom Kippur, and also now about Hanukkah,

[00:43:36] you all have the information that you need to go and be successful so you can study to show

[00:43:42] yourself approved.

[00:43:43] If you still have questions, leave your questions in the comments on YouTube.

[00:43:48] And I will make sure that Apostle Kai gets those questions.

[00:43:51] She can go check them so she can answer those questions and she can message you.

[00:43:55] She has classes she teaches on Fridays, on Saturdays.

[00:43:59] You can watch.

[00:44:00] And I'm going to tell you all, she is reachable.

[00:44:03] Some people get so big, they are not reachable.

[00:44:06] She has, and she's very humble, but she has a huge ministry, you know, across the world with

[00:44:12] people come together and pray.

[00:44:14] And she teaches on the Eagles.

[00:44:16] I think you have the Eagles ministry.

[00:44:18] And I mean, she's in prayer mountain.

[00:44:20] Yeah, she's a true apostle, where she actually is birthing ministries all over the nation.

[00:44:27] So if you have questions, she answers, she responds.

[00:44:30] I call her just like, I mean, hey, she picks up, you know, and she will reach back out to

[00:44:35] you.

[00:44:36] So and she got people y'all.

[00:44:38] So if she can't, somebody will get back with you.

[00:44:40] So I'm excited.

[00:44:42] If you are interested in what more information about the Hebrew religion and you're like,

[00:44:48] listen, this is something that the Lord has called me to really study more of definitely

[00:44:52] reach out to her.

[00:44:53] Her ministry is not just local.

[00:44:55] It is global.

[00:44:56] So you can also worship with her online.

[00:44:59] Amen.

[00:45:00] So if I catch everything, you want to pray us out, apostle?

[00:45:03] I sure can.

[00:45:04] Father, we just thank you.

[00:45:06] Hallelujah.

[00:45:06] We praise you.

[00:45:08] We give you glory.

[00:45:08] We honor you, oh, father, for this day, for this is the day that you've made and let us

[00:45:13] rejoice and be glad in it.

[00:45:14] Father, we thank you for your word.

[00:45:16] We thank you for your knowledge.

[00:45:17] We thank you for the breath, your ruach that you are breathing on us.

[00:45:21] Father, we thank you that we're coming into this new year, father, being able to declare

[00:45:25] a thing with all power and authority that you've placed on the inside of us.

[00:45:31] Thank you that you will establish our words, oh, father.

[00:45:34] Thank you, oh, father, that our words that come out of our mouth will be seasoned with

[00:45:38] salt, oh, father.

[00:45:39] Thank you, oh, Yahweh, that we will not speak anything.

[00:45:41] Hallelujah.

[00:45:42] That's against your will and your plan for our lives.

[00:45:44] Thank you, oh, father, because that which comes out of our mouth, you will establish it.

[00:45:48] And so, father, may we choose our words wisely, father.

[00:45:51] We thank you and we praise you.

[00:45:53] We give you glory, oh, father, for your truth being revealed.

[00:45:56] Thank you, oh, father, for the opportunity.

[00:45:57] Thank you for a platform, oh, father, to bring forth your word, father.

[00:46:01] I decrease that you might be glorified.

[00:46:03] May those that are watching the broadcast today see you, oh, father.

[00:46:06] May they go back and study everything that has come out of my mouth, oh, father.

[00:46:10] May they apply the word to it, oh, father.

[00:46:12] We thank you because your word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.

[00:46:16] We come against every obstruction.

[00:46:17] We come against every blockage, anything that will try to snatch up this word.

[00:46:21] We come against the spirit of retaliation in the name of Yahshua Hamashiach, who is Jesus

[00:46:27] Christ, the Messiah.

[00:46:28] We praise you when we give you glory.

[00:46:30] Father, I cover, hallelujah, your ambassador, Lorena, oh, father.

[00:46:34] I thank you, oh, father, that you are expanding her, that you are enlarging her territory.

[00:46:39] Thank you, oh, father, for her giving us the opportunity, oh, father, to come on her

[00:46:43] platform, oh, father, to bring your word.

[00:46:45] And so, father, I pray that you will increase her house, for mighty are the works of your

[00:46:49] hand.

[00:46:50] I thank you that you, her cupboards will never be empty, for you have never seen the righteous

[00:46:54] forsaken, nor your seed begging for bread.

[00:46:57] Father, thank you that you're pouring out, hallelujah, your overflow on her family.

[00:47:00] It's in the matchless name of Yahshua that I pray and intercede, hallelujah, and amin,

[00:47:06] and amen.

[00:47:07] Hallelujah.

[00:47:09] Hallelujah.

[00:47:09] Hallelujah.

[00:47:10] And that was, that was crispy clear.

[00:47:13] Hallelujah.

[00:47:14] How we should have had the whole broadcast.

[00:47:15] Thank you that the prayer went forth.

[00:47:17] Listen, the prayer went forth.

[00:47:18] We should have had you start off with prayer.

[00:47:20] Amen.

[00:47:20] Amen.

[00:47:21] Now, somebody's cutting grass, so it's definitely time to go.

[00:47:24] Thank you all.

[00:47:25] I hope you were all blessed by this broadcast.
