00:00:50 --> 00:00:53 those instances would be months apart.
00:00:53 --> 00:00:55 Uh, Hayes said he always met with them
00:00:55 --> 00:00:57 at the hotel in New York City. Sometimes
00:00:57 --> 00:01:00 he meet them at 2:30 Eastern and
00:01:00 --> 00:01:03 wouldn't leave until 11:00 a.m. Eastern.
00:01:03 --> 00:01:05 Hayes says he usually receive a message

00:01:07 --> 00:01:10 advance. After the first few occasions
00:01:10 --> 00:01:13 with Diddy and Cassie, Shereé Hayes said

00:02:00 --> 00:02:02 sex with Ventura, Combmes threw cash
00:02:02 --> 00:02:04 down on the bed. It was startling, he
00:02:04 --> 00:02:07 said, and prompted Ventura to Combmes if
00:02:07 --> 00:02:11 he was okay. Uh Combmes responded he was
00:02:11 --> 00:02:14 fine and later was paid with cash that
00:02:14 --> 00:02:18 day. A prosecutor asked the uh asked Ray
00:02:18 --> 00:02:21 Hayes Hayes if he knew whether Cassie
00:02:22 --> 00:02:24 Ventur was enjoying herself during the
00:02:24 --> 00:02:27 hotel encounters in which Diddy watched
00:02:27 --> 00:02:30 him in Ventur. Uh Hayes says, "My
00:02:30 --> 00:02:32 understanding was we were creating a
00:02:32 --> 00:02:34 scene, a smexy scene that was enjoyable
00:02:34 --> 00:02:38 to her partner. I did observe sometimes
00:02:38 --> 00:02:42 a sigh, a w that seems to be frustration
00:02:42 --> 00:02:43 at
00:02:43 --> 00:02:48 frequency of Comb's direction. He says
00:02:48 --> 00:02:51 Ventur was usually looking in Comb's
00:02:51 --> 00:02:53 direction during these encounters. Hayes

00:02:57 --> 00:03:00 Comb's directions. He said Hayes usually
00:03:00 --> 00:03:03 received $1 or $2 after a
00:03:03 --> 00:03:05 session, but said he don't understand
00:03:05 --> 00:03:07 why the amount varied at different
00:03:07 --> 00:03:11 times. So, the defense went on to start
00:03:11 --> 00:03:13 questioning Shereé. So, here's the
00:03:14 --> 00:03:17 defense um part of it. Shereé Hayes
00:03:17 --> 00:03:19 testified that he began his career as an
00:03:19 --> 00:03:22 exotic dancer in 95. He said that he is
00:03:22 --> 00:03:25 now a partner of Punk Mania and an an
00:03:25 --> 00:03:28 exotic dancer company. When asked by the
00:03:28 --> 00:03:31 defense, uh, Hayes acknowledged that at
00:03:31 --> 00:03:33 the time he thought he was the only
00:03:33 --> 00:03:35 person that Cassie was having smecks
00:03:35 --> 00:03:39 with in this way and felt special. When
00:03:39 --> 00:03:42 Donaldson, that's the defense, suggested
00:03:42 --> 00:03:44 Hayes developed feelings for Ventur.
00:03:44 --> 00:03:47 Hayes said that wasn't true. Donaldson
00:03:47 --> 00:03:49 point to documents from one of Hayes
00:03:49 --> 00:03:52 meetings with the prosecutors where he
00:03:52 --> 00:03:54 told them he began to develop feelings
00:03:54 --> 00:03:57 for Ventura. Uh, Haye says that may have
00:03:57 --> 00:03:59 been taken out of context because that's
00:03:59 --> 00:04:02 not the case. Hay says he never
00:04:02 --> 00:04:04 considered himself a personal friend to
00:04:04 --> 00:04:06 Ventura. The two never spoke personally
00:04:06 --> 00:04:08 outside of the brief banter before a
00:04:08 --> 00:04:10 session. He added, "Under
00:04:10 --> 00:04:12 cross-examination from the defense, male
00:04:12 --> 00:04:16 escort Shereé Hayes was asked if Cassie
00:04:16 --> 00:04:18 ever appeared uncomfortable during their
00:04:18 --> 00:04:21 hotel encounters. I did not get any cues
00:04:21 --> 00:04:24 that there was a discomfort what with
00:04:24 --> 00:04:27 what was going on. Hayes responded. It
00:04:27 --> 00:04:30 seems as if it was consented as far as I
00:04:30 --> 00:04:33 was concerned. Hayes said hey said that
00:04:33 --> 00:04:35 as an experienced exotic dancer he
00:04:35 --> 00:04:38 always read a room to make sure that his

00:04:53 --> 00:04:55 the only drug he saw during this time

00:04:57 --> 00:04:59 that uh Vento never appeared to be under
00:05:00 --> 00:05:04 the influence of drugs when he saw her.

00:05:33 --> 00:05:36 Investigations. Uh Ganon is the 10th
00:05:36 --> 00:05:39 witness called by the prosecution. Ganon
00:05:39 --> 00:05:42 based in Miami is currently with HSI,
00:05:42 --> 00:05:44 Homeland uh security investigations,
00:05:44 --> 00:05:47 NASA security group, but he previously
00:05:47 --> 00:05:50 worked with its human trafficking group.
00:05:50 --> 00:05:52 Remember, Homeland Security
00:05:52 --> 00:05:55 Investigations searched Diddy's home in
00:05:55 --> 00:05:58 LA and Miami Beach in March of
00:05:58 --> 00:06:02 2024, and HSI arrested Diddy in
00:06:02 --> 00:06:04 September in New York. Special Agent
00:06:04 --> 00:06:07 Gerard Ganon said he was a special agent
00:06:07 --> 00:06:09 in charge on the ground for the search
00:06:09 --> 00:06:13 of Diddy Miami Beach home in March uh
00:06:13 --> 00:06:16 March of last year. Ganon said the
00:06:16 --> 00:06:18 search was assigned to his unit because
00:06:18 --> 00:06:21 it was tied to a human trafficking
00:06:21 --> 00:06:24 investigation. Between 80 and 90 law
00:06:24 --> 00:06:26 enforcement agents participated in the
00:06:26 --> 00:06:27 search because of the size of the
00:06:27 --> 00:06:30 property. He said the home is about
00:06:30 --> 00:06:32 20 square ft and it includes a main
00:06:32 --> 00:06:35 residence and a guest house. Ganon said
00:06:35 --> 00:06:38 the search required the special response
00:06:38 --> 00:06:40 team to deal with security measures on
00:06:40 --> 00:06:43 the property. Ganon said and about 25
00:06:43 --> 00:06:45 special response team members gained
00:06:45 --> 00:06:47 entrance and cleared the property to
00:06:47 --> 00:06:49 ensure the property was safe to start
00:06:49 --> 00:06:51 the search. They were prepared to
00:06:52 --> 00:06:53 potentially confront armed security,
00:06:54 --> 00:06:56 Ganon said. Ganon testified that some
00:06:56 --> 00:06:58 agents were positioned on boats to
00:06:58 --> 00:07:00 potentially intercept anyone trying to
00:07:00 --> 00:07:03 leave the property via the direct water
00:07:03 --> 00:07:06 access on the uh Diddy's property. The
00:07:06 --> 00:07:09 search began after 300 p.m. Eastern that
00:07:09 --> 00:07:11 day. Usually search warrants are
00:07:11 --> 00:07:13 executed early in the morning around
00:07:13 --> 00:07:16 6:00 a.m. Eastern or so, but they waited
00:07:16 --> 00:07:18 for Combmes to leave. Janice said law
00:07:18 --> 00:07:20 enforcement understood Diddy was
00:07:20 --> 00:07:22 scheduled to leave on a trip with his
00:07:22 --> 00:07:25 family. He testified. Um, it goes on to
00:07:25 --> 00:07:28 say, "Agents broke through Diddy's Miami
00:07:28 --> 00:07:31 Beach front gate during the search.
00:07:31 --> 00:07:33 Special agent testified." The jury was
00:07:33 --> 00:07:35 shown a picture of Diddy Comb's Miami
00:07:35 --> 00:07:38 Beach home front gate, which was broken.
00:07:38 --> 00:07:39 Agents used their vehicle to break
00:07:39 --> 00:07:42 through the gate to enter the property.
00:07:42 --> 00:07:46 Uh, Gerard Ganon said, uh, testified. He
00:07:46 --> 00:07:47 said it was standard practice when
00:07:47 --> 00:07:49 conducting a search warrant as the
00:07:49 --> 00:07:51 quickest and safe safest option to be
00:07:51 --> 00:07:54 able to get onto the property. Uh it
00:07:54 --> 00:07:57 goes on to say the jury see parts of an
00:07:57 --> 00:08:00 of an AR-15 found
00:08:00 --> 00:08:03 AR-15s with an S found in Comb's master
00:08:03 --> 00:08:06 bedroom. The jury saw photos of items
00:08:06 --> 00:08:08 found in one of the closets in the
00:08:08 --> 00:08:10 master bedroom of Diddy Comb's beach
00:08:10 --> 00:08:13 home. Law enforcement agents raided the
00:08:13 --> 00:08:15 home in 2024.
00:08:15 --> 00:08:17 Uh, special agent Gerard Ganon testified
00:08:17 --> 00:08:20 the agents found platform, high heels,
00:08:20 --> 00:08:23 smex toys, baby oil, personal lubricant,
00:08:23 --> 00:08:26 and lingerie in the closet. They also
00:08:26 --> 00:08:30 found upper and lower receivers of
00:08:30 --> 00:08:33 AR-15s, which are parts of the weapon,
00:08:33 --> 00:08:36 Ganon said. Ganon said the team was not
00:08:36 --> 00:08:38 able to determine the maker of one of
00:08:38 --> 00:08:41 the AR-15 rifles recovered in the
00:08:41 --> 00:08:44 closet. Sitting on the witness stand,
00:08:44 --> 00:08:46 Ganon held up an evidence bag holding
00:08:46 --> 00:08:49 the AR-15 upper receivers. Ganon put on
00:08:49 --> 00:08:51 rubber gloves and held up one of the
00:08:51 --> 00:08:53 upper receivers for the jury. He said
00:08:53 --> 00:08:55 there are zip ties securing the gun so
00:08:55 --> 00:08:58 it's not able to be fired. Agents found
00:08:58 --> 00:09:01 two magazines loaded with bullets along
00:09:01 --> 00:09:05 with two lower receivers in the closet.
00:09:05 --> 00:09:07 um special agents uh testify. The jury
00:09:08 --> 00:09:10 was shown photos of the items, including
00:09:10 --> 00:09:11 close-ups of their serial numbers,
00:09:12 --> 00:09:15 scratched out. Ganon said it's a lot
00:09:15 --> 00:09:16 more difficult or impossible to
00:09:16 --> 00:09:18 determine the owner of a firearm with
00:09:18 --> 00:09:20 the serial number without a serial
00:09:20 --> 00:09:23 number. Ganon held an evidence bag
00:09:23 --> 00:09:26 containing the AR-15 lower receivers
00:09:26 --> 00:09:28 while on the witness stand. Ganon
00:09:28 --> 00:09:31 testified that the AR-15s recovered from
00:09:31 --> 00:09:33 Diddy Comb's closet would have been used
00:09:33 --> 00:09:35 as a fully automatic rifles at some
00:09:36 --> 00:09:39 point, but the safety selector lever was
00:09:39 --> 00:09:42 set to semi-automatic when HSI recovered
00:09:42 --> 00:09:46 them. Typically, AR-15s mag uh
00:09:46 --> 00:09:48 manufactured as semi-automatic weapons
00:09:48 --> 00:09:51 don't have a full automatic indicator
00:09:51 --> 00:09:54 like this, Ganon said. Uh Gerard Ganon,
00:09:54 --> 00:09:57 a special agent with Homeland Security
00:09:57 --> 00:09:59 Investigations, showed the jury another
00:09:59 --> 00:10:02 photo of of items found in one of the
00:10:02 --> 00:10:04 closets in the master bedroom in Beach
00:10:04 --> 00:10:07 Home. This time showing lingerie and
00:10:07 --> 00:10:10 several boxes of platform heels. Gana
00:10:10 --> 00:10:13 held up an evidence bag holding platform
00:10:13 --> 00:10:15 heels uh shown recovered from the
00:10:16 --> 00:10:17 closet.
00:10:17 --> 00:10:20 law enforcement agents raided the home
00:10:20 --> 00:10:24 in March 2014. All right, guys. So,
