00:00:18 --> 00:00:20 being reported everywhere, but this is
00:00:20 --> 00:00:23 her take. So listen, if you have

00:00:37 --> 00:00:39 government's second witness, Daniel
00:00:39 --> 00:00:41 Phillips, testified that he received
00:00:42 --> 00:00:46 money from Cassie in 2012. Ventura paid
00:00:46 --> 00:00:48 him to have smecks with her in the
00:00:48 --> 00:00:50 presence of Diddy. Uh, Daniel Phillips
00:00:50 --> 00:00:53 said he was originally booked for what
00:00:53 --> 00:00:55 he thought was a bachelorette party at
00:00:55 --> 00:00:58 the Grammarcy Hotel in Manhattan. Philip
00:00:58 --> 00:01:00 said he was greeted by Cassie, who was
00:01:00 --> 00:01:02 wearing a pair of heels, red lingerie, a
00:01:02 --> 00:01:05 red wig, and sunglasses. Ventur asked
00:01:05 --> 00:01:07 Philip if he uh if it was okay if it was
00:01:07 --> 00:01:10 just her, and asked him into the room.
00:01:10 --> 00:01:12 Philip recalled Ventur saying that it
00:01:12 --> 00:01:14 was her birthday and her husband wanted
00:01:14 --> 00:01:17 to do something special for her. Ventur
00:01:17 --> 00:01:19 asked if he would mind rubbing baby oil
00:01:19 --> 00:01:21 on her and giving her a massage. And I
00:01:21 --> 00:01:23 guess, you know, I guess things went on
00:01:23 --> 00:01:26 from there. So, uh, Daniel, uh, Daniel
00:01:26 --> 00:01:28 Phillip testified that Cassie Ventur
00:01:28 --> 00:01:31 paid him for Smecks multiple times,
00:01:31 --> 00:01:35 always in front of Diddy. The first time
00:01:35 --> 00:01:37 Philillip encountered Combmes in
00:01:37 --> 00:01:40 2012, Combs face was covered, but he
00:01:40 --> 00:01:44 immediately recognized his voice. Holmes
00:01:44 --> 00:01:47 told Philillip he was in the importing
00:01:47 --> 00:01:49 and exporting business. What do you guys
00:01:49 --> 00:01:53 think that that means? H that first
00:01:53 --> 00:01:55 sexual encounter began with baby oil
00:01:55 --> 00:01:58 followed by intercourse with Combmes
00:01:58 --> 00:02:02 masturbating in the corner. Philip said
00:02:02 --> 00:02:04 Philillips testified that Combmes would
00:02:04 --> 00:02:06 occasionally give them directions such
00:02:06 --> 00:02:09 as telling them to put more baby oil on
00:02:09 --> 00:02:11 themselves or telling them to separate
00:02:11 --> 00:02:14 and slow down. One time he had us try to
00:02:14 --> 00:02:16 play role play like we just met in the
00:02:16 --> 00:02:19 airport. Philip said we were not good at
00:02:19 --> 00:02:20 that at all. So I think we skipped past
00:02:20 --> 00:02:23 that one pretty quickly. During Daniel
00:02:23 --> 00:02:26 Phillips testimony, Shawn Combmes lawyer
00:02:26 --> 00:02:29 Xavier Donaldson had raised multiple
00:02:29 --> 00:02:31 objections. Most most of them had been
00:02:31 --> 00:02:34 overruled though. Um, according to
00:02:34 --> 00:02:36 Daniel Phillips, Shawn Combmes filmed a
00:02:36 --> 00:02:38 couple sexual encounters between
00:02:38 --> 00:02:42 Philillip and Ventur on a cell phone and
00:02:42 --> 00:02:45 a camcorder. Philip also recalled an
00:02:45 --> 00:02:47 instance when Combmes took down Philip's
00:02:47 --> 00:02:50 driver's license information
00:02:50 --> 00:02:52 uh, quote, "Just for insurance, just in
00:02:52 --> 00:02:55 case end quote." He remember Combmes
00:02:55 --> 00:02:57 saying. Philillip said he understood
00:02:57 --> 00:03:00 that to be a threat. Phillips told
00:03:00 --> 00:03:02 jurors that these sessions with the
00:03:02 --> 00:03:04 couple could last anywhere from 1 hour
00:03:04 --> 00:03:08 to 10 hours. Wow. What in the world
00:03:08 --> 00:03:10 would you be doing for 10 hours? Okay,
00:03:10 --> 00:03:12 so Daniel Phillips say he was paid
00:03:12 --> 00:03:17 anywhere from 700 to 5 or $6 to
00:03:17 --> 00:03:20 have encounters with Cassie in Diddy
00:03:20 --> 00:03:22 Comb's presence, but that he would have
00:03:22 --> 00:03:25 done it for free. He says, "I didn't
00:03:25 --> 00:03:27 care if I got paid one way or the other.
00:03:27 --> 00:03:29 They gave that to me every time I went
00:03:29 --> 00:03:31 to see them. Philip added that if he
00:03:31 --> 00:03:34 couldn't perform smeually sometimes he
00:03:34 --> 00:03:36 wouldn't get paid, but that he would
00:03:36 --> 00:03:38 have been involved with them without
00:03:38 --> 00:03:40 compensation because it was exciting to
00:03:40 --> 00:03:42 be in this world and involved with the
00:03:42 --> 00:03:44 famous
00:03:44 --> 00:03:46 pair. Uh Daniel Phillip described for
00:03:46 --> 00:03:49 jurors how he witnessed Diddy Combmes
00:03:49 --> 00:03:52 physically assault Cassie as she
00:03:52 --> 00:03:54 screamed and got dragged into a bedroom
00:03:54 --> 00:03:56 during one of his visits. Philillips
00:03:56 --> 00:03:59 first saw a liquor bottle a liquor
00:03:59 --> 00:04:01 bottle fly past Ventura as Combmes
00:04:02 --> 00:04:04 launched into an angry tirade. He called
00:04:04 --> 00:04:06 her a bee. "When I tell you to come
00:04:06 --> 00:04:09 here, you come now, not later," Phillips
00:04:09 --> 00:04:14 recalled Combmes saying. The um Diddy
00:04:14 --> 00:04:17 and Diddy pulled his then girlfriend
00:04:17 --> 00:04:19 into another room and Philip said he
00:04:19 --> 00:04:21 didn't know how to handle what he had
00:04:21 --> 00:04:24 seen. She was screaming and I could hear
00:04:24 --> 00:04:27 what sounded like him slapping her.
00:04:27 --> 00:04:29 Philip said he didn't intervene
00:04:29 --> 00:04:32 intervene because he was terrified and
00:04:32 --> 00:04:34 envisioned a cluster of Comb's
00:04:34 --> 00:04:37 bodyguards nearby and also considered
00:04:37 --> 00:04:40 how much power Combmes had. I'm sorry.
00:04:40 --> 00:04:43 I'm sorry. Philip recalled hearing from
00:04:43 --> 00:04:46 Cassie as he heard additional slaps from
00:04:46 --> 00:04:47 the adjacent
00:04:47 --> 00:04:50 room. Cassie then ran out of the room
00:04:50 --> 00:04:53 nude. He said she literally jumped into
00:04:53 --> 00:04:55 his lap and she was
00:04:55 --> 00:04:59 shaking. Um the attorney for
00:04:59 --> 00:05:03 uh Diddy continued to object to various
00:05:03 --> 00:05:06 parts of Philillip's testimony and it
00:05:06 --> 00:05:08 appeared to throw Philillip off. There
00:05:08 --> 00:05:10 were lots of starting and stopping
00:05:10 --> 00:05:12 throughout his
00:05:12 --> 00:05:15 testimony. So guys, that's looks like
00:05:15 --> 00:05:18 what was going on with this. And listen,
00:05:18 --> 00:05:21 I also heard um from other reports of
00:05:21 --> 00:05:22 people that was doing this reporting
00:05:22 --> 00:05:25 that were in court today that Diddy was
00:05:25 --> 00:05:27 having had a worker actually do the
00:05:27 --> 00:05:32 number one in Cassy's mouth. That is
00:05:32 --> 00:05:34 some sick stuff, y'all. If that is true,
00:05:34 --> 00:05:39 I don't know how he he allow his family
00:05:39 --> 00:05:41 and his children to be in the courtroom.
00:05:41 --> 00:05:45 I just don't understand it. But oh well
