00:09:05 --> 00:09:08 on is it Monday, Tuesday, or early part

00:09:08 --> 00:09:11 of next week. It says, "Diddy's formal

00:09:11 --> 00:09:13 smeual partners, you know what smeual

00:09:13 --> 00:09:16 means. A business associate and a male

00:09:16 --> 00:09:19 smeck worker are amongst the witnesses

00:09:19 --> 00:09:21 expected to testify at his criminal

00:09:21 --> 00:09:25 trial." Multiple sources tell CNN. At

00:09:25 --> 00:09:27 least four witnesses who are expected to

00:09:27 --> 00:09:29 testify against Combmes at his federal

00:09:29 --> 00:09:32 criminal trial starting next week are

00:09:32 --> 00:09:34 accusers who may have already filed

00:09:34 --> 00:09:36 civil suits against the embattled music

00:09:36 --> 00:09:39 mogul. The witness list has not been

00:09:39 --> 00:09:41 made public, but three individuals

00:09:41 --> 00:09:43 familiar with the case spoke to CNN in

00:09:43 --> 00:09:46 private. Um, it goes on to say, "The

00:09:46 --> 00:09:49 central witness, of course, is uh Cassie

00:09:49 --> 00:09:51 Ventur, and u the singer and

00:09:51 --> 00:09:53 ex-girlfriend of Combmes, who's chosen

00:09:53 --> 00:09:56 to testify under her real name, which is

00:09:56 --> 00:09:59 Cassandra Ventur. the judge has allowed

00:09:59 --> 00:10:03 the other alleged victims um to use

00:10:03 --> 00:10:05 secret identities. So, they're just

00:10:05 --> 00:10:06 going to be named victim one, victim

00:10:06 --> 00:10:09 two, victim three, victim four. Um a

00:10:09 --> 00:10:11 number of supporting witness witnesses

00:10:11 --> 00:10:13 will also testify as government

00:10:13 --> 00:10:15 witnesses to corroborate the accounts of

00:10:15 --> 00:10:18 the key witnesses or to provide other

00:10:18 --> 00:10:20 relevant information at trial. Sources

00:10:20 --> 00:10:23 say among those supporting witnesses

00:10:23 --> 00:10:25 expected to testify is a male SMEX

00:10:25 --> 00:10:28 worker who is seen in explicit videos of

00:10:28 --> 00:10:31 Combmes so-called freakoffs. According

00:10:31 --> 00:10:34 to one source who said additional SMMEX

00:10:34 --> 00:10:36 workers may testify in the trial. That's

00:10:36 --> 00:10:39 going to be a trip. Friend of Ventures

00:10:39 --> 00:10:41 will also take the stand according to

00:10:41 --> 00:10:44 another source and and testify about

00:10:44 --> 00:10:46 some of their own claims of violence by

00:10:46 --> 00:10:48 Combmes.

00:13:43 --> 00:13:47 him. So, it makes me like, why is he so

00:13:47 --> 00:13:50 confident and like, you know, I'm just

00:13:50 --> 00:13:52 going to keep fighting? So I guess I

00:13:52 --> 00:13:54 guess if if it foot the shoe was on the

00:13:54 --> 00:13:58 other foot, if you are

00:13:58 --> 00:14:01 absolutely not guilty, you're going to

00:14:01 --> 00:14:04 fight. So I I heard someone say that

00:14:04 --> 00:14:07 there are some charges that's on there

00:14:07 --> 00:14:10 that he claims that he is absolutely not

00:14:10 --> 00:14:13 guilty of. And by saying

00:14:13 --> 00:14:17 that taking a plea may may seem as

00:14:17 --> 00:14:20 though he's guilty of all these crimes.

00:14:20 --> 00:14:22 So, I don't know. We'll see. But my

00:14:25 --> 00:14:27 it televised? I I read somebody's

00:14:27 --> 00:14:30 comment. What? And they said, um, well,
