00:01:01 --> 00:01:05 former body former bodyguard of Diddy.

00:01:08 --> 00:01:11 Porter was still with us, but and he's

00:01:11 --> 00:01:18 been very bo vocal after uh post his uh

00:01:18 --> 00:01:22 unemployment from Diddy. And so he he

00:01:22 --> 00:01:24 doesn't spare any words about how he

00:01:24 --> 00:01:26 feels about Diddy. So anyways,

00:01:27 --> 00:01:29 um he's been at the courthouse lately

00:01:29 --> 00:01:32 and and people were wondering was he

00:01:32 --> 00:01:35 going to testify against Diddy or was he

00:01:35 --> 00:01:37 just there and he claims he's just there

00:01:37 --> 00:01:40 to to witness the whole thing go down.

00:01:40 --> 00:01:44 So anyways, he's at the courthouse and

00:01:44 --> 00:01:47 um basically he's there and you know how

00:01:47 --> 00:01:50 reporters and and people that's out

00:01:50 --> 00:01:52 there, bloggers and everything is out

00:01:52 --> 00:01:54 there trying to get statements from from

00:01:54 --> 00:01:57 certain people and this guy kept uh this

00:01:57 --> 00:02:01 YouTuber kept going up to him and just

00:02:01 --> 00:02:04 kind of antagonizing him. he was and

00:02:04 --> 00:02:06 just trying to get a rise out of him or

00:02:06 --> 00:02:07 trying to get some information out of

00:02:08 --> 00:02:11 him, but he was calling him names, uh,

00:02:11 --> 00:02:13 calling him Uncle Phil and all this

00:02:13 --> 00:02:15 other kind of stuff. And I I saw the

00:02:15 --> 00:02:18 video and it looked like he was also

00:02:18 --> 00:02:21 um questioning him a little bit about

00:02:21 --> 00:02:24 the Fworth Bentley and Diddy lawsuit. If

00:02:24 --> 00:02:26 you haven't seen what that's all about,

00:02:26 --> 00:02:28 go back to my videos and you you can see

00:02:28 --> 00:02:30 what that's all about. But Jean kept

00:02:30 --> 00:02:32 telling him, you know, like basically

00:02:32 --> 00:02:35 lay off, you know, don't come up on me

00:02:35 --> 00:02:38 like that. And the the guy was just kept

00:02:38 --> 00:02:40 kind of pressing him and pressing him.

00:02:40 --> 00:02:42 And it looks like Jean didn't end up

00:02:42 --> 00:02:44 knocking him out allegedly. And that's

00:02:44 --> 00:02:46 what I hear the story how the story

00:02:46 --> 00:02:50 goes. But in all fairness, Jean said he

00:02:50 --> 00:02:52 and I saw it. He kept saying, you know,

00:02:52 --> 00:02:53 you you don't want to keep messing with

00:02:53 --> 00:02:54 me. You don't want to keep messing with

00:02:54 --> 00:02:57 me. And he was at a very safe distance.

00:02:57 --> 00:02:59 So, I don't know what happened in

00:02:59 --> 00:03:04 between there, but he allegedly he end

00:03:04 --> 00:03:07 up uh clocking the

00:03:07 --> 00:03:10 guy. So, do you think it's right? I

00:03:21 --> 00:03:25 allegedly knocked out was Dnot. So, if

00:03:26 --> 00:03:29 sure if you go over to his page, he'll

00:03:29 --> 00:03:30 probably talk about it. I went over

00:03:30 --> 00:03:34 there for two seconds and he was going

00:03:34 --> 00:03:39 off on a little bit of a rant um about

00:03:39 --> 00:03:43 um some other YouTubers like Tissa Tails

00:03:43 --> 00:03:46 and uh Storm Monroe. And he was talking

00:03:46 --> 00:03:49 about them. He really went off on Storm

00:03:49 --> 00:03:51 Run, but he was just kind of saying that

00:03:51 --> 00:03:56 they were on uh Pro Cassie and and stuff

00:03:56 --> 00:03:58 like that. And I guess maybe not all for

00:03:58 --> 00:04:00 justice. I don't know what he was doing.

00:04:00 --> 00:04:03 But if you go over to his thing, it's D

00:04:03 --> 00:04:05 N O T or something like that. So you can

00:04:05 --> 00:04:07 check him out. So that's what happened

00:04:48 --> 00:04:53 earn 10 RIAA diamond singles." Um, it

00:04:53 --> 00:04:56 says he now holds the record for the

00:04:56 --> 00:05:00 most diamond certified singles in RIAA

00:05:00 --> 00:05:04 history, hitting a total of 10 as of May

00:05:48 --> 00:05:51 uh call for a mistrial and the judge was

00:05:51 --> 00:05:54 like uh-uh no. And so I'm just going to

00:05:54 --> 00:05:56 read what it says so I don't miss out

00:05:56 --> 00:06:00 any details. It says um of course the D

00:06:00 --> 00:06:02 trial just wrapped up the 11th day of

00:06:02 --> 00:06:05 the witness testimony and today we saw

00:06:05 --> 00:06:07 the defense move for a mistrial and they

00:06:07 --> 00:06:11 got denied. LFD arson investigator Lance

00:06:11 --> 00:06:15 Gimenez was testifying about the Molotov

00:06:15 --> 00:06:17 cocktail incident involving K Cuy's

00:06:17 --> 00:06:20 Porsche. Cuddi previously testified he

00:06:20 --> 00:06:23 thought it was done at Diddy's behest

00:06:23 --> 00:06:26 when the mistrial drama unfolded. Jamina

00:06:26 --> 00:06:28 has told the jury fingerprints connected

00:06:28 --> 00:06:31 to an alleged trespassing at Kit Cuddy's

00:06:31 --> 00:06:34 house and the Molotov cocktail incident

00:06:34 --> 00:06:37 were destroyed by someone at LAPD who

00:06:37 --> 00:06:39 was not involved in the investigation

00:06:39 --> 00:06:42 and that it wasn't normal protocol. So a

00:06:42 --> 00:06:43 lot of people when they heard this of

00:06:43 --> 00:06:46 course they were like okay so the does

00:06:46 --> 00:06:50 uh did he have somebody uh paid in the

00:06:50 --> 00:06:52 LAPD? you know, he got somebody working

00:06:52 --> 00:06:55 for him and you know, maybe maybe not,

00:07:05 --> 00:07:08 claiming prosecutorial conduct with

00:07:08 --> 00:07:11 defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro

00:07:11 --> 00:07:13 claiming prosecutors were trying to

00:07:13 --> 00:07:15 plant the idea with the jurors that Mr.

00:07:15 --> 00:07:17 Combmes had something to do with the

00:07:17 --> 00:07:19 destruction of the fingerprints. The

00:07:19 --> 00:07:21 judge rejected the request and told the

00:07:21 --> 00:07:23 jury to ignore the questions and

00:07:23 --> 00:07:27 testimony about fingerprints. Okay. So,

00:07:27 --> 00:07:29 you can tell them to ignore it, but

00:07:29 --> 00:07:31 who's going to ignore that? They can

00:07:31 --> 00:07:32 strike it all they want. Once it's out

00:07:33 --> 00:07:36 there, it's out there. So, if you just

00:07:36 --> 00:07:38 mention it, I'm like, "Okay, I'm already

00:07:38 --> 00:07:42 forming an opinion in my head." So, it

00:07:47 --> 00:07:50 says LAPD officer Christopher Ignasio

00:07:50 --> 00:07:53 also testified telling the jury about

00:07:53 --> 00:07:55 responding to the break-in at Kit Cuy's

00:07:55 --> 00:07:57 house in December 2011. He said he saw a

00:07:58 --> 00:08:00 black Escalade Park outside Cuis when

00:08:00 --> 00:08:03 police pulled up with lights and sirens

00:08:03 --> 00:08:06 on and the SUV drove off. He ran the

00:08:06 --> 00:08:08 license plate and the registration tied

00:08:08 --> 00:08:11 back to Diddy's Bad Boy Productions,

00:08:11 --> 00:08:14 Inc. So there you you know what proof do

00:08:14 --> 00:08:16 what other proof do you need on that

00:08:16 --> 00:08:18 one? So it said Cuddy and former

00:08:18 --> 00:08:20 employee Capricorn Clark previously

00:08:20 --> 00:08:22 testified Diddy broke into K Cuy's house

00:08:22 --> 00:08:25 in a jealous rage after finding out Cuy

00:08:25 --> 00:08:28 was dating Cassie. So it was not a great

00:08:28 --> 00:08:32 day for Diddy yesterday. Not at all. But

00:08:32 --> 00:08:33 we're going to see what happens later on
