00:00:24 --> 00:00:28 is finally over. Yay. I'm so glad that
00:00:28 --> 00:00:31 she is finally off this witness stand. I
00:00:31 --> 00:00:34 don't know what to do. But the uh the uh
00:00:34 --> 00:00:37 defense mostly confronted her with text
00:00:37 --> 00:00:39 messages with the intention to undermine
00:00:39 --> 00:00:42 her claim that she's been coerced into
00:00:42 --> 00:00:44 freakoffs. But of course, that's left up
00:00:44 --> 00:00:48 to the uh jury to decide. So, we thought
00:00:48 --> 00:00:50 Dawn Richard from Danny Kane was up
00:00:50 --> 00:00:53 next, but by surprise, the prosecution
00:00:53 --> 00:00:57 brought in special agent Yasine Binda. I
00:00:57 --> 00:00:58 think that's how they pronounce her
00:00:58 --> 00:01:01 name. She's a Homeland Security
00:01:01 --> 00:01:04 Investigations special agent who works
00:01:04 --> 00:01:07 in the human trafficking division at the
00:01:07 --> 00:01:08 department. When they said that, I was
00:01:08 --> 00:01:11 like, "Oh my goodness." Um, anyways,
00:01:11 --> 00:01:14 Binda confirmed that she handled the
00:01:14 --> 00:01:16 logistics for Diddy's arrest on
00:01:16 --> 00:01:19 September 16th,
00:01:19 --> 00:01:22 2024. She said she searched the room at
00:01:22 --> 00:01:25 the Park Hyatt where Combmes was
00:01:25 --> 00:01:29 staying. Today, the jury saw images from
00:01:29 --> 00:01:31 the search of the hotel room after
00:01:31 --> 00:01:34 Diddy's arrest. The images were take
00:01:34 --> 00:01:37 taken by the agent currently testifying
00:01:37 --> 00:01:40 in Col's federal criminal trial. The
00:01:40 --> 00:01:43 jury saw photos of the expansive Park
00:01:43 --> 00:01:47 Hyatt hotel room and Ziploc bags filled
00:01:47 --> 00:01:50 with Johnson's baby oil and lubricant
00:01:50 --> 00:01:52 which were recovered from bags in an
00:01:52 --> 00:01:55 entryway closet. More bottles of baby
00:01:55 --> 00:01:58 oil and lubricant were found in the
00:01:58 --> 00:02:00 bathroom and elsewhere in the room.
00:02:00 --> 00:02:03 Benda said the jury saw a photo of the
00:02:03 --> 00:02:06 collected oils. The jury also saw a
00:02:06 --> 00:02:09 photo of lightning um lightning device
00:02:09 --> 00:02:12 that was found in the living room. Binda
00:02:12 --> 00:02:14 said she would describe it as a
00:02:14 --> 00:02:16 potentially mood
00:02:16 --> 00:02:19 lightning. Um it goes on to say a bottle
00:02:19 --> 00:02:23 of medication with the name Frank Black.
00:02:23 --> 00:02:25 Um, y'all remember the name Frank Black?
00:02:25 --> 00:02:27 Because if you remember in Cassie's
00:02:27 --> 00:02:30 testimony, she was saying that her and
00:02:30 --> 00:02:34 Diddy used that name um as a code name
00:02:34 --> 00:02:37 for uh to get prescription drugs. But
00:02:37 --> 00:02:39 anyway, um the name Frank Black was
00:02:39 --> 00:02:41 found in a Louis Vuitton bag on a
00:02:41 --> 00:02:43 nightstand in the bedroom. Um Bena
00:02:43 --> 00:02:45 testified. The label on the bottle said
00:02:45 --> 00:02:49 that the medication was
00:02:49 --> 00:02:51 clonosam. I don't know what that is, but
00:02:51 --> 00:02:53 that's what it said. It said two little
00:02:53 --> 00:02:55 bags with pink powder were found
00:02:55 --> 00:02:58 inside another bottle of medication and
00:02:58 --> 00:03:01 a nightstand in the bedroom. Benda said
00:03:01 --> 00:03:03 the pink powder in one of the bags
00:03:03 --> 00:03:06 tested posit for ketamine and the other
00:03:06 --> 00:03:10 tested posit for MDMA and ketamine
00:03:10 --> 00:03:12 according to a stipulation read in
00:03:12 --> 00:03:16 court. Special agent uh Yasim Benda
00:03:16 --> 00:03:20 testified that $9 was also found in
00:03:20 --> 00:03:24 cash in a black fanny pack hanging off
00:03:24 --> 00:03:28 the bed in Diddy's hotel room. The jury
00:03:28 --> 00:03:31 saw the photo of the fanny pack. So, it
00:03:32 --> 00:03:33 looks
00:03:33 --> 00:03:35 like he was getting ready to have
00:03:35 --> 00:03:37 another freak off. I just don't
00:03:37 --> 00:03:40 understand it. If he had, you know,
00:03:40 --> 00:03:43 recently had just gotten raided and all
00:03:43 --> 00:03:45 of that and you knew you were under
00:03:45 --> 00:03:47 investigation, why in the world would
00:03:47 --> 00:03:51 you, you know, have another freak off? I
00:03:51 --> 00:03:54 just don't get it, did he? It's I I just
00:03:54 --> 00:03:56 don't get it. Um, at prosecutor
00:03:56 --> 00:03:59 prosecutor Madison Smiser's request,
00:04:00 --> 00:04:02 Benda took the cash out of the fanny
00:04:02 --> 00:04:04 pack that was in in an evidence bag,
00:04:04 --> 00:04:06 fanned it out, fanning it out for the
00:04:06 --> 00:04:09 jury to see. The jury also passed around
00:04:10 --> 00:04:12 an evidence bag holding the two bags of
00:04:12 --> 00:04:16 ketamine and MDMA pink powder that were
00:04:16 --> 00:04:19 found in the hotel room.
00:04:19 --> 00:04:22 After that, uh, the defense went in to,
00:04:22 --> 00:04:26 uh, cross-examin cross-examine her, and
00:04:26 --> 00:04:28 they really didn't have much to say. It
00:04:28 --> 00:04:30 appears they only had one question. Um,
00:04:30 --> 00:04:33 it goes on to read, "Yasin Binda, the
00:04:33 --> 00:04:35 special agent testifying in the Diddy
00:04:35 --> 00:04:37 Combmes trial, testified that it
00:04:37 --> 00:04:40 appeared a woman was staying with Diddy
00:04:40 --> 00:04:42 in his Manhattan hotel room before he
00:04:42 --> 00:04:45 was arrested in 2024."
00:04:45 --> 00:04:47 Um, Bender confirmed that that detail
00:04:47 --> 00:04:51 when asked by the defense attorney,
00:04:51 --> 00:04:53 uh, how you say, Geragos during
00:04:53 --> 00:04:55 cross-examination, and that's the only
00:04:55 --> 00:04:57 question he had. And then they let uh,
00:04:57 --> 00:05:00 Binda off the stand. Said, "What in the
00:05:00 --> 00:05:01 world?" I guess it was nothing left to
00:05:01 --> 00:05:05 say. So anyways, that's it. Um, now
00:05:05 --> 00:05:07 enters Dawn Richard, former member of
