00:00:00 --> 00:00:00 All

00:00:00 --> 00:00:04 right, guys. So, this is part two, day

00:00:04 --> 00:00:07 two of Dawn Rashard's testimony. I'm

00:00:07 --> 00:00:09 going to go ahead and get right into it.

00:00:09 --> 00:00:11 Make sure you hit that like and share.

00:00:11 --> 00:00:15 So, here we go. So, they're um actually

00:00:15 --> 00:00:20 circling back to uh the testimony that

00:00:20 --> 00:00:24 Don Rashard did on Friday. So, the

00:00:24 --> 00:00:27 defense is arguing that Dawn had some

00:00:27 --> 00:00:29 inconsistencies. So that's the reason

00:00:29 --> 00:00:32 for they're going backwards. So here we

00:00:32 --> 00:00:35 go. Uh defense attorney presses Rashard

00:00:35 --> 00:00:38 about Comb's words after 2009 kitchen

00:00:38 --> 00:00:41 incident. Uh defense attorney Nicole

00:00:41 --> 00:00:43 West Morland is challenging part of Dawn

00:00:43 --> 00:00:46 Rashard's testimony about what Rashard

00:00:46 --> 00:00:47 said

00:00:47 --> 00:00:50 um about the skillet incident in the

00:00:50 --> 00:00:53 kitchen. Rashard testified last week

00:00:53 --> 00:00:55 that the day after the Skila incident,

00:00:55 --> 00:00:58 Combmes brought her and artist Kina

00:00:58 --> 00:01:01 Harper into a studio, locked the door,

00:01:01 --> 00:01:03 and told them it was in their best

00:01:03 --> 00:01:05 interest not to say anything about the

00:01:05 --> 00:01:08 incident and that where he comes from,

00:01:08 --> 00:01:10 people go missing. West Morland

00:01:10 --> 00:01:12 referenced documents from several of

00:01:12 --> 00:01:15 Rashard's meetings with prosecutors that

00:01:15 --> 00:01:17 didn't include Combmes saying that

00:01:18 --> 00:01:20 people go missing. Rashard answered that

00:01:20 --> 00:01:22 she didn't recall not telling

00:01:22 --> 00:01:25 prosecutors that part and maintain that

00:01:25 --> 00:01:28 Combmes actually did say that. The first

00:01:28 --> 00:01:30 time you mentioned and alleged that Mr.

00:01:30 --> 00:01:32 Combmes told you that people go missing

00:01:32 --> 00:01:35 was a week ago on May 10th, 2025, West

00:01:35 --> 00:01:39 Morland asked. No, Richard responded.

00:01:40 --> 00:01:41 West Morland then brought up another

00:01:41 --> 00:01:44 incident that was included in uh

00:01:44 --> 00:01:47 Rashard's civil complaint that alleges

00:01:47 --> 00:01:49 Holmes pulled Ventura out of a car which

00:01:49 --> 00:01:53 later told prosecutors didn't

00:01:53 --> 00:01:56 happen. Uh Rashard testified that was a

00:01:56 --> 00:01:58 misquote from a lawyer and confirmed she

00:01:58 --> 00:02:01 told prosecutors it didn't

00:02:01 --> 00:02:04 happen. Uh let's see. Defense attorney

00:02:04 --> 00:02:06 suggests Rashard's account of kitchen

00:02:06 --> 00:02:09 incident has changed over time. Defense

00:02:09 --> 00:02:11 attorney Nicole West Morland is going

00:02:11 --> 00:02:14 over a portion of Dawn Dawn's testimony

00:02:14 --> 00:02:16 from Friday in which she said she

00:02:16 --> 00:02:19 witnessed Diddy attack Ventur when she

00:02:19 --> 00:02:21 was cooking him eggs in the kitchen of

00:02:21 --> 00:02:25 his California home in 2009. West Moring

00:02:25 --> 00:02:27 has suggested that Rashard's account of

00:02:27 --> 00:02:31 this incident has changed over time. On

00:02:31 --> 00:02:33 Friday, Rashard testified she saw

00:02:33 --> 00:02:35 Combmes attempting to strike Ventur with

00:02:35 --> 00:02:38 the skillet, but Ventur ducked and fell

00:02:38 --> 00:02:41 to the floor in a fetal position. In a

00:02:41 --> 00:02:43 demand letter to Combmes in

00:02:43 --> 00:02:47 2024, Rashard's letter asserted that she

00:02:47 --> 00:02:50 heard the frying pan hit the wall, but

00:02:50 --> 00:02:53 didn't witness the altercation. Rashard

00:02:53 --> 00:02:56 says she wasn't aware of what claims her

00:02:56 --> 00:02:58 lawyers made on her

00:02:58 --> 00:03:01 behalf. In an October 2024 interview,

00:03:01 --> 00:03:03 Rashard told prosecutors Comolmes

00:03:03 --> 00:03:06 actually struck Vento with a frying pan.

00:03:06 --> 00:03:08 West Morland said, citing government

00:03:08 --> 00:03:10 notes from the interview. In another

00:03:10 --> 00:03:13 interview with prosecutors,

00:03:13 --> 00:03:15 uh Rashard said Combmes threw the eggs

00:03:15 --> 00:03:18 at Ventura, not using the pan. On the

00:03:18 --> 00:03:20 stand today, Rashard said she recounted

00:03:20 --> 00:03:22 the incident over time to the best of

00:03:22 --> 00:03:24 her memory.

00:03:24 --> 00:03:27 So, it it goes on, guys, um to start

00:03:27 --> 00:03:30 talking about

00:03:30 --> 00:03:35 um Dawn's career and how she

00:03:35 --> 00:03:37 [Music]

00:03:37 --> 00:03:41 um let's see, and how she wasn't getting

00:03:41 --> 00:03:43 paid. So, I'm going to skip down a

00:03:43 --> 00:03:45 little bit because it kind of gets into

00:03:45 --> 00:03:48 a little stuff that is not really

00:03:48 --> 00:03:50 necessary to talk

00:03:50 --> 00:03:54 about because they kind of went into a

00:03:54 --> 00:03:57 sidebar. And so, what they're really

00:03:57 --> 00:03:59 doing now is they're basically trying to

00:03:59 --> 00:04:04 to jam Dawn up by saying um you know,

00:04:04 --> 00:04:07 after the Dirty Money group had

00:04:07 --> 00:04:11 dismantled Sean uh Dawn went solo. So,

00:04:11 --> 00:04:13 what they're saying is they're asking

00:04:13 --> 00:04:16 her how was her solo career and saying

00:04:16 --> 00:04:18 that it wasn't as successful as her

00:04:18 --> 00:04:21 career with Danny Kane or Dirty Money.

00:04:21 --> 00:04:23 And they're say they're, you know,

00:04:23 --> 00:04:27 making her basically agree to this and

00:04:27 --> 00:04:30 just saying that this you're what you're

00:04:30 --> 00:04:32 doing this for a money grab. And she's

00:04:32 --> 00:04:35 basically saying, "No, you know, yeah, I

00:04:35 --> 00:04:36 want more money, but it's not

00:04:36 --> 00:04:38 necessarily a money grab." She's I think

00:04:38 --> 00:04:41 she was actually only suing for like in

00:04:41 --> 00:04:44 her lawsuit in December. No, no,

00:04:44 --> 00:04:47 December of last year. Her lawsuit was

00:04:47 --> 00:04:49 what she said she was owed in

00:04:49 --> 00:04:53 compensation because of her long hours

00:04:53 --> 00:04:55 and I think she wrote on some things and

00:04:55 --> 00:04:58 she never got paid for it. And y'all

00:04:58 --> 00:05:00 know Diddy, come on, we got to be honest

00:05:00 --> 00:05:03 with it. Diddy don't like to pay nobody.

00:05:03 --> 00:05:05 So she said she's not suing for other

00:05:05 --> 00:05:07 stuff. basically she just wants, you

00:05:07 --> 00:05:11 know, what what he was owed. So, you

00:05:11 --> 00:05:13 know, if she wrote on some stuff and

00:05:13 --> 00:05:14 this and that, yeah, I say go ahead and

00:05:14 --> 00:05:17 pay her, you know. So, but they're

00:05:17 --> 00:05:18 trying to make it sound like this whole

00:05:18 --> 00:05:21 thing is about the money. So,

00:05:21 --> 00:05:24 um that's what she that's what she said.

00:05:24 --> 00:05:26 And they they went ahead and, you know,

00:05:26 --> 00:05:29 asked her, you know, why are you doing

00:05:29 --> 00:05:31 this? and she said basically it's for

00:05:31 --> 00:05:35 justice and it was justice for her uh

00:05:35 --> 00:05:36 justice for

00:05:37 --> 00:05:40 Cassie and you know that kind of thing.

00:05:41 --> 00:05:45 Um I think they also cross-examined

00:05:45 --> 00:05:48 her and they saw some inconsistencies

00:05:48 --> 00:05:50 about the powpow

00:05:50 --> 00:05:53 uh situation.

00:05:53 --> 00:05:56 Um, first she said she she she did see

00:05:56 --> 00:06:04 him with a pow pow and then let me

00:06:04 --> 00:06:06 see. Then she said he never pulled it

00:06:06 --> 00:06:09 out. That kind of thing. So they did

00:06:09 --> 00:06:11 kind of jam her up a little bit with

00:06:11 --> 00:06:13 that kind of stuff.

00:06:13 --> 00:06:15 [Music]

00:06:15 --> 00:06:17 Um, and it there was some

00:06:17 --> 00:06:20 inconsistencies, but you know, I I don't

00:06:20 --> 00:06:23 know if this

00:06:23 --> 00:06:27 actually helped the case

00:06:27 --> 00:06:31 or did any, you know, or or or hindered

00:06:31 --> 00:06:34 it. I I'll put that or hindered the case

00:06:34 --> 00:06:38 at all. So, we'll see. I'm gonna be

00:06:38 --> 00:06:40 honest. I thought that they were going

00:06:40 --> 00:06:43 to talk more about um things that were

00:06:43 --> 00:06:46 in her suit because she did mention in

00:06:46 --> 00:06:48 her suit that at some of these parties

00:06:48 --> 00:06:52 that Puffy had some minors there. So, I

00:06:52 --> 00:06:54 don't know if they thought it wasn't

00:06:54 --> 00:06:58 best to bring this up um because she had

00:06:58 --> 00:07:00 some inconsistencies in her stories. I I

00:07:00 --> 00:07:03 don't know. But if they didn't bring it

00:07:03 --> 00:07:05 up now, they're probably going to bring

00:07:05 --> 00:07:07 it up later with somebody else's stuff

00:07:07 --> 00:07:11 because I believe that he is supposedly

00:07:11 --> 00:07:13 uh going to be charged with that. So,

00:07:13 --> 00:07:14 they're going to have to bring it up at

00:07:14 --> 00:07:16 some point. But that's pretty much it,

00:07:16 --> 00:07:19 guys. Um I'll update you later. Don't

00:07:19 --> 00:07:21 forget to watch my other videos. Make

00:07:21 --> 00:07:23 sure you like and share. Talk to you

00:07:23 --> 00:07:26 later. Bye-bye.
