00:00:47 --> 00:00:50 like and share button. We have just a

00:00:50 --> 00:00:51 little bit of news today. Nothing

00:00:51 --> 00:00:54 unexpected, of course, especially with

00:00:54 --> 00:00:58 all this diddy news. But uh we do have

00:00:58 --> 00:01:01 to talk about Chris Brown. Chris Brown,

00:01:01 --> 00:01:04 as you guys may know by now, he has been

00:01:04 --> 00:01:07 arrested. So I wanted to give you guys

00:01:07 --> 00:01:10 just a little bit of update on that and

00:01:10 --> 00:01:13 also for those who don't know what has

00:01:13 --> 00:01:14 happened with

00:01:14 --> 00:01:18 that. So Chris Brown, um he will remain

00:01:18 --> 00:01:20 in police custody following his UK

00:01:20 --> 00:01:24 arrest and grievous bodily harm charge.

00:01:24 --> 00:01:27 A judge Joanne Hurst ruled

00:01:27 --> 00:01:30 Friday. His next appearance would be on

00:01:30 --> 00:01:34 June 13th at London's South Park Crown

00:01:34 --> 00:01:37 Court. Chris Brown was denied bail by a

00:01:37 --> 00:01:41 Manchester judge on Friday morning and

00:01:41 --> 00:01:43 ordered to remain in custody following a

00:01:43 --> 00:01:46 charge of grievous grievous bodily harm

00:01:46 --> 00:01:49 with intent stemming from an alleged

00:01:49 --> 00:01:52 bottle attack at a London nightclub.

00:01:52 --> 00:01:55 Uh the 36-year-old singer appeared at

00:01:55 --> 00:01:57 Manchester Magistrate's Court where

00:01:57 --> 00:01:59 authorities confirmed he will stay

00:01:59 --> 00:02:02 behind bars until his next hearing again

00:02:02 --> 00:02:06 on June 13th. The charge is tied to a

00:02:06 --> 00:02:11 February 19, 2023 incident at Tape

00:02:11 --> 00:02:14 Nightclub in Hanover Square where Brown

00:02:14 --> 00:02:16 is accused of assaulting a music

00:02:16 --> 00:02:20 producer. Um, Brown was arrested in the

00:02:20 --> 00:02:24 early hours on Thursday at a hotel in

00:02:24 --> 00:02:26 Manchester. So, that's all we got for

00:02:26 --> 00:02:29 right now. Um, y'all, I don't know when

00:02:29 --> 00:02:32 he's going to get out. I'm I'm hoping,

00:02:32 --> 00:02:35 you know, cuz this was this was a while

00:02:35 --> 00:02:40 ago. So, I am hoping that he gets out. I

00:02:40 --> 00:02:45 I I do. And you know, I do believe in

00:02:45 --> 00:02:48 people, you know, when you do certain

00:02:48 --> 00:02:52 things, certain things happen. But, you

00:02:52 --> 00:02:54 know, Chris Brown is doing so well right

00:02:54 --> 00:02:56 now in his career. I mean, well, he's

00:02:56 --> 00:02:58 always done well in his career,

00:02:58 --> 00:03:01 but you know, he's doing really good and

00:03:01 --> 00:03:05 I just hate to see this happen to him.

00:03:05 --> 00:03:09 And you know when you go over overseas

00:03:09 --> 00:03:11 and you know you go outside of the

00:03:11 --> 00:03:13 United States and stuff like that, they

00:03:13 --> 00:03:15 don't play around with this stuff. In

00:03:15 --> 00:03:17 the United States, we give you a slap on

00:03:17 --> 00:03:20 the hand, slap on the wrist, and you

00:03:20 --> 00:03:22 know, we tell you to pay a fine and this

00:03:22 --> 00:03:24 and that, but when you go somewhere

00:03:24 --> 00:03:26 else, they don't play with this stuff.

00:03:26 --> 00:03:30 So, um I hope he gets I hope he gets

00:03:30 --> 00:03:33 bail and I hope he gets to, you know,

00:03:34 --> 00:03:37 get back to what he does best. But, you

00:03:37 --> 00:03:41 know, for a lesson for for a lot of of

00:03:41 --> 00:03:43 upand cominging artists and artists

00:03:43 --> 00:03:46 that's already out there, you

00:03:46 --> 00:03:49 guys don't do the right thing. Do the

00:03:49 --> 00:03:51 right thing and don't put yourself in

00:03:51 --> 00:03:56 positions that you you can't get out of.

00:03:56 --> 00:03:58 That's all I got to say about that. So

00:03:58 --> 00:04:00 anyway,

00:04:00 --> 00:04:03 uh with this next story, of course, the

00:04:03 --> 00:04:06 Diddy trial is continuing and sorry I

00:04:06 --> 00:04:08 wasn't with you guys yesterday. I was

00:04:08 --> 00:04:11 not feeling well, but still not feeling

00:04:11 --> 00:04:14 the greatest, but um better today.

00:04:14 --> 00:04:17 Um so I wasn't able to report on all

00:04:17 --> 00:04:18 this Cassie stuff. So, you know,

00:04:18 --> 00:04:22 yesterday she was on the uh stand and

00:04:22 --> 00:04:26 the defense had their opportunity to get

00:04:26 --> 00:04:27 a shot at her yesterday. Well, I

00:04:27 --> 00:04:29 shouldn't say get a shot at her. I mean

00:04:29 --> 00:04:33 to cross-examine her. And

00:04:34 --> 00:04:37 um the way that I hear they they really

00:04:37 --> 00:04:40 cross-examined her um there was some

00:04:40 --> 00:04:42 debate whether or not it was a win for

00:04:42 --> 00:04:44 Diddy or it was a win for the

00:04:44 --> 00:04:47 prosecution. Um, but I hear that they

00:04:48 --> 00:04:50 really grilled her and really went into

00:04:50 --> 00:04:55 her SMMEX life and um, it was a lot of

00:04:55 --> 00:05:00 graphic stuff involved. Um, and they

00:05:00 --> 00:05:02 were talking a lot about some of the

00:05:02 --> 00:05:06 things that she said to him and you know

00:05:06 --> 00:05:10 whether it made a difference in the case

00:05:10 --> 00:05:14 I don't know. I don't know. or but I

00:05:14 --> 00:05:17 guess it was intended to

00:05:17 --> 00:05:23 uh characterize her as a person. So, I'm

00:05:23 --> 00:05:27 not going to say whether I I

00:05:27 --> 00:05:29 agreed with a lot of people or disagree

00:05:29 --> 00:05:32 with a lot of people on characterizing

00:05:32 --> 00:05:36 uh Cassie as uh the person they were

00:05:36 --> 00:05:39 making her out to be. But I'm just going

00:05:39 --> 00:05:41 to let the courts decide, you know, how

00:05:41 --> 00:05:45 that's going to affect the case. But it

00:05:45 --> 00:05:50 is what it is. But, um, I hear

00:05:51 --> 00:05:53 that the judge got really upset because

00:05:53 --> 00:05:56 the the defense wanted to

00:05:56 --> 00:06:01 continue to um keep Cassie on the stand,

00:06:01 --> 00:06:04 not just for uh they were supposed to

00:06:04 --> 00:06:05 finish, I believe, either yesterday or

00:06:05 --> 00:06:08 today, but they were wanting to to keep

00:06:08 --> 00:06:11 her going throughout next week. And the

00:06:11 --> 00:06:13 judge was like, "No, you said you were

00:06:13 --> 00:06:16 going to wrap this up." And so the judge

00:06:16 --> 00:06:19 was really uh agitated by uh the

00:06:19 --> 00:06:22 defense, really annoyed by them. So I

00:06:22 --> 00:06:24 believe the judge was like, "No, you're

00:06:24 --> 00:06:27 going to wrap this up today. Sum it up."

00:06:27 --> 00:06:27 So

00:06:27 --> 00:06:30 So they're probably going to try to get

00:06:30 --> 00:06:33 this taken care of today. I don't know

00:06:33 --> 00:06:34 if it's going to be towards the end of

00:06:34 --> 00:06:37 the day or what, but they're probably

00:06:37 --> 00:06:40 going to try to uh get that wrapped up.

00:06:40 --> 00:06:43 Now, what I am hearing is that Don

00:06:43 --> 00:06:47 Rashard of Danny Kaine and Dirty Money

00:06:47 --> 00:06:51 um is up next to testify. And this ought

00:06:51 --> 00:06:54 to be interesting. Now, what I wanted to

00:06:54 --> 00:06:57 do is I wanted to grab a few um notes

00:06:57 --> 00:07:00 from her lawsuit that she had at the

00:07:00 --> 00:07:04 tail end of last year and some of the

00:07:04 --> 00:07:07 things that she alleged that Diddy did

00:07:07 --> 00:07:10 to her. So, I wanted to go over that

00:07:10 --> 00:07:11 with you

00:07:11 --> 00:07:15 guys. So, this is what kind of what we

00:07:15 --> 00:07:21 can expect at the trial. So, she said

00:07:22 --> 00:07:24 um one of the things she said Rashard

00:07:24 --> 00:07:27 worked on songs often with no food or

00:07:27 --> 00:07:30 sleep for days uh um at a time.

00:07:30 --> 00:07:34 She said that she witnessed Diddy

00:07:34 --> 00:07:37 physically abuse Cassie on numerous

00:07:37 --> 00:07:40 occasions and saw Combmes and his

00:07:40 --> 00:07:43 associates engaging in illegal drugs and

00:07:43 --> 00:07:47 sexual acts with underage girls. Now, if

00:07:47 --> 00:07:49 she can prove this, I'm sorry, y'all.

00:07:49 --> 00:07:52 Diddy is done. if if if she can prove

00:07:52 --> 00:07:57 that in any way that he flew in underage

00:07:57 --> 00:07:59 girls because I think that's what I saw

00:07:59 --> 00:08:02 in there. Um that they were at some type

00:08:02 --> 00:08:05 of parties or something and they were

00:08:05 --> 00:08:08 have flown in a bunch of underage girls.

00:08:08 --> 00:08:10 If that's proven, it's going to be very

00:08:10 --> 00:08:13 hard for the defense to defend that.

00:08:13 --> 00:08:16 But, you know, we'll see. Um, Rashard

00:08:16 --> 00:08:18 also said in the complaint that Combmes

00:08:18 --> 00:08:20 would often come into her dressing room

00:08:20 --> 00:08:23 unannounced while she was working with a

00:08:23 --> 00:08:26 stylist. He would touch her behind and

00:08:26 --> 00:08:30 around her uh breast breast to signal

00:08:30 --> 00:08:32 where the clothing should fall.

00:08:32 --> 00:08:36 According to the lawsuit, Combmes also,

00:08:36 --> 00:08:39 according to her, regularly asked her to

00:08:39 --> 00:08:41 strip down to her underwear and

00:08:41 --> 00:08:44 rehearsals, smacked her on the behind,

00:08:44 --> 00:08:46 and conducted meetings in only his

00:08:46 --> 00:08:48 underwear.

00:08:48 --> 00:08:50 Um, she

00:08:50 --> 00:08:54 also rebuffed Comb's advances and he'd

00:08:54 --> 00:08:57 retaliate according to her by leaving

00:08:57 --> 00:09:01 her off of songs and performances

00:09:01 --> 00:09:03 um to say, you know, I guess in a ways

00:09:03 --> 00:09:05 to punish her.

00:09:05 --> 00:09:08 Um, as you guys know, Denny Kaine, the

00:09:08 --> 00:09:10 group that she was in, disbanded in

00:09:10 --> 00:09:13 2009, but Rashard continued working with

00:09:14 --> 00:09:17 Combomas as a member of the newly

00:09:17 --> 00:09:20 formed, oh, sorry, uh, Danny, not Danny

00:09:20 --> 00:09:23 Kane, Dirty Money as a trio that

00:09:23 --> 00:09:27 included her, Diddy, and a singer named

00:09:27 --> 00:09:30 Kina Harper. Uh Rashard says she began

00:09:30 --> 00:09:32 fearing for her physical safety after

00:09:32 --> 00:09:34 she and Harper went into Comb's home in

00:09:35 --> 00:09:37 LA. Uh Combmes came into the kitchen and

00:09:38 --> 00:09:40 began berating Cassie for not cooking

00:09:40 --> 00:09:43 his eggs correctly, proceeding to throw

00:09:43 --> 00:09:48 a pan at her and dragging her upstairs.

00:09:48 --> 00:09:51 Um, the next day, Combmes allegedly

00:09:51 --> 00:09:54 brought Rashard and Harper flowers and

00:09:54 --> 00:09:56 said what and said what they had

00:09:56 --> 00:09:59 witnessed was just a lover's argument

00:09:59 --> 00:10:02 where no one was hurt and if if she said

00:10:02 --> 00:10:05 anything there would be

00:10:05 --> 00:10:08 consequences. So, I guess there was a

00:10:08 --> 00:10:11 threat there. In on another occasion,

00:10:11 --> 00:10:13 Rashard alleges Combmes pulled Ventur

00:10:13 --> 00:10:15 out of a van by her neck and pinned her

00:10:15 --> 00:10:17 to the ground, punched her in the face

00:10:17 --> 00:10:19 in the bathroom of a party, and punched

00:10:19 --> 00:10:21 her in the stomach at a dinner in front

00:10:21 --> 00:10:25 of several high-profile celebrities.

00:10:25 --> 00:10:30 So again, that's with domestic violence

00:10:30 --> 00:10:32 and also, you know, if it's in front of

00:10:32 --> 00:10:33 celebrities, then of course they

00:10:33 --> 00:10:35 probably would have to have a bunch of

00:10:35 --> 00:10:38 other witnesses there, which I'm I'm

00:10:38 --> 00:10:43 betting that they probably do. And

00:10:43 --> 00:10:46 um you know this is is it still domestic

00:10:46 --> 00:10:49 violence if it's is if if it's in

00:10:49 --> 00:10:52 like I know this is a stupid question

00:10:52 --> 00:10:56 but if it's like in a public public

00:10:56 --> 00:10:59 place like that at a party situation is

00:10:59 --> 00:11:01 is that a stupid

00:11:01 --> 00:11:05 question probably. Probably. But it just

00:11:05 --> 00:11:07 seems like where do you cross the line?

00:11:07 --> 00:11:10 You know you just do it out in public.

00:11:10 --> 00:11:13 not just in a private situation. It's

00:11:13 --> 00:11:16 all out in public where nobody cares and

00:11:16 --> 00:11:20 when it domestic violence is a crime in

00:11:20 --> 00:11:22 in in you know in general but when does

00:11:22 --> 00:11:25 the it cross the line to something else.

00:11:25 --> 00:11:29 So anyway, um also she said he trapped

00:11:29 --> 00:11:33 her inside of a locked car for two hours

00:11:33 --> 00:11:36 as a form of punishment and threatened

00:11:36 --> 00:11:39 her life for something that um that she

00:11:39 --> 00:11:41 did or he wasn't happy about or

00:11:41 --> 00:11:43 something like that. So she has a bunch

00:11:43 --> 00:11:44 of

00:11:44 --> 00:11:48 um stuff. She has a bunch of stuff that

00:11:48 --> 00:11:50 she's alleging that that Diddy did. So,

00:11:50 --> 00:11:52 we going to see how she mentions that in

00:11:52 --> 00:11:56 in court, you know, and we'll see, you

00:11:56 --> 00:11:58 know, once they cross-examine her, we'll

00:11:58 --> 00:12:00 see how that goes and the stuff like

00:12:00 --> 00:12:05 that. But this is this is a mess and we

00:12:05 --> 00:12:08 have so many uh

00:12:08 --> 00:12:12 victims left to go. So, the the defense

00:12:12 --> 00:12:16 has they definitely have some

00:12:16 --> 00:12:19 um some stuff on their hands. They they

00:12:19 --> 00:12:21 got a lot They got a lot to defend. But

00:12:21 --> 00:12:24 anyways, I'll talk to you guys later.

00:12:24 --> 00:12:27 Bye-bye.
