00:00:25 --> 00:00:29 11:20 a.m. Um Comb's lawyer Nicole West
00:00:30 --> 00:00:32 Morland tried to call into question the
00:00:32 --> 00:00:36 veracity of the claim that the alleged
00:00:36 --> 00:00:38 attack left her bruised by homing in on
00:00:38 --> 00:00:40 the date of the photo she took of the
00:00:40 --> 00:00:43 bruise on her leg, which was September
00:00:43 --> 00:00:46 26, 2016.
00:00:46 --> 00:00:49 Um, Bona Bana, I'm not sure how to
00:00:49 --> 00:00:51 pronounce her name, said she believes
00:00:51 --> 00:00:53 she took the photo the same day of the
00:00:53 --> 00:00:55 incident, but West Morland brought up
00:00:55 --> 00:00:57 receipts showing that Comb stayed at the
00:00:57 --> 00:01:00 Trump International Hotel in Manhattan
00:01:00 --> 00:01:03 from September 25th through September
00:01:03 --> 00:01:06 27th. But Bana maintained the incident
00:01:06 --> 00:01:08 did occur, even if her dates were mixed
00:01:08 --> 00:01:10 up.
00:01:10 --> 00:01:12 Diddy's lawyer, Nicole West Mullen,
00:01:12 --> 00:01:14 accused a woman who sued the mogul for
00:01:14 --> 00:01:17 dangling her off a balcony of only
00:01:18 --> 00:01:21 bringing her claim to become a
00:01:21 --> 00:01:23 millionaire. Bana sued the Bad Boy
00:01:23 --> 00:01:25 Records founder for $10 million for
00:01:26 --> 00:01:29 allegedly terrifying manhandling her.
00:01:29 --> 00:01:32 That case is still open. Uh West Morland
00:01:32 --> 00:01:35 asked, "You hope to become a millionaire
00:01:35 --> 00:01:38 soon?" And she's asking her that
00:01:38 --> 00:01:41 question. And then um Bana says, "I care
00:01:41 --> 00:01:42 about
00:01:42 --> 00:01:45 justice and justice for you is money.
00:01:46 --> 00:01:48 $10 million to be exact," West Morland
00:01:48 --> 00:01:50 said.
00:01:50 --> 00:01:54 So, and uh Bana says, "No, ma'am." The
00:01:54 --> 00:01:56 witness responded. So, that's kind of
00:01:56 --> 00:01:58 how it went today. They just questioned
00:01:58 --> 00:02:00 her
00:02:00 --> 00:02:02 um basically just saying that she's
00:02:02 --> 00:02:06 making it all up just because she wants
00:02:06 --> 00:02:08 the money. and and and there's a case
00:02:08 --> 00:02:13 pending out there um because of it. So,
00:02:13 --> 00:02:16 you know, it is what it is. But side
00:02:16 --> 00:02:19 note, later it was brought up in court
00:02:19 --> 00:02:23 that there was a text from Cassie to KK
00:02:23 --> 00:02:26 Christina Cororum about the
00:02:26 --> 00:02:27 incident.
00:02:27 --> 00:02:30 So, Bana seems to have some reprieve
00:02:30 --> 00:02:33 here. So, it wasn't actually made up.
00:02:33 --> 00:02:34 Well, you know, if you believe what's
00:02:34 --> 00:02:37 going on in court, if you believe what's
00:02:37 --> 00:02:40 going on in court. So, um, it looks like
00:02:40 --> 00:02:43 it may have actually happened. She may
00:02:43 --> 00:02:45 have had her dates mixed up and and
00:02:45 --> 00:02:47 things of that sort. And hey, she may
00:02:48 --> 00:02:51 have wanted that $10 million, but um, it
00:02:51 --> 00:02:53 doesn't take away the fact that it may
00:02:53 --> 00:02:56 have happened. So, we'll see how that
00:02:56 --> 00:02:59 goes. But, there's something else that
00:02:59 --> 00:03:02 happened. And Diddy almost got himself
00:03:02 --> 00:03:05 in a lot of hot water. So apparently
00:03:05 --> 00:03:08 after the jury was dismissed for lunch,
00:03:08 --> 00:03:10 the judge blasted Diddy for looking at
00:03:10 --> 00:03:13 the jurors and nodding vigorously during
00:03:13 --> 00:03:16 the morning testimony of
00:03:16 --> 00:03:19 Bana. And the judge says it could not
00:03:19 --> 00:03:22 happen again. The judge warned Col's
00:03:22 --> 00:03:24 lawyer, Mark Agnafilio, that he would
00:03:24 --> 00:03:27 consider removing the bad boy
00:03:27 --> 00:03:29 recounder from the courtroom if he
00:03:29 --> 00:03:31 continued the
00:03:31 --> 00:03:33 behavior. So, and then, you know, I
00:03:33 --> 00:03:36 heard later on also that he kind of did
00:03:36 --> 00:03:38 it again on the slide. That's what CNN
00:03:38 --> 00:03:40 is reporting, so take that for what you
00:03:40 --> 00:03:42 will. But
00:03:42 --> 00:03:46 um you know I think he might want to
00:03:46 --> 00:03:48 stop doing that because you know he
00:03:49 --> 00:03:51 definitely even if he's trying I don't
00:03:51 --> 00:03:52 know if he's trying to get the
00:03:52 --> 00:03:56 approval of the the jurors back there
00:03:56 --> 00:03:58 and just you know what is his intent
00:03:58 --> 00:04:01 behind that saying you know you know
00:04:01 --> 00:04:04 what to do or thank y'all for being
00:04:04 --> 00:04:06 there for me or is he trying to
00:04:06 --> 00:04:09 intimidate? So it I guess that's less
00:04:09 --> 00:04:11 left left up to interpretation or or you
00:04:12 --> 00:04:13 have to be there to understand it. But
00:04:13 --> 00:04:16 that's what happened today. So next up
00:04:16 --> 00:04:19 on the witness stand is a Jane Doe. Now
00:04:19 --> 00:04:21 Jane Doe takes the stand and people are
00:04:21 --> 00:04:24 frantically trying to figure out who she
