00:03:19 --> 00:03:22 know our parents you know they do the
00:03:22 --> 00:03:24 best that they can but at the end of the
00:03:24 --> 00:03:26 day when you start to grow and you start
00:03:26 --> 00:03:28 to you know acknowledge there was some
00:03:28 --> 00:03:31 flaws in their teaching you learn to
00:03:31 --> 00:03:33 change it up so you could be the best
00:03:33 --> 00:03:35 version of yourself so that's what my
00:03:35 --> 00:03:37 podcast is truly about it's real life
00:03:37 --> 00:03:40 topics things that I can relate to uh
00:03:40 --> 00:03:42 and some things I educate myself on so
00:03:42 --> 00:03:44 I'll be able to talk to people on
00:03:44 --> 00:03:46 different levels um you know I've never
00:03:46 --> 00:03:48 done drugs anything like that but still
00:03:48 --> 00:03:50 justtin being that I can't you know uh
00:03:50 --> 00:03:53 communicate with a person who's trying
00:03:53 --> 00:03:55 to recover because I do have had
00:03:55 --> 00:03:58 relationships with people who did have
00:03:58 --> 00:04:01 an addiction that requires love that
00:04:01 --> 00:04:03 requires uh attention and so that's what
00:04:04 --> 00:04:05 I can talk about that's what I can
00:04:05 --> 00:04:08 encourage people to do uh so you know
00:04:08 --> 00:04:10 that's um a little bit about my podcast
00:04:10 --> 00:04:13 also I do have a um a co-host Lady T yes
00:04:13 --> 00:04:16 um it's interesting um sometimes you
00:04:16 --> 00:04:20 don't do family and business um but Lady
00:04:20 --> 00:04:23 T is my cousin oh you guys are related
00:04:23 --> 00:04:27 yes um okay so how we connected was one
00:04:27 --> 00:04:29 time we was down there I was hanging out
00:04:29 --> 00:04:31 with some family members and she was out
00:04:31 --> 00:04:33 with us we had an interesting
00:04:33 --> 00:04:35 conversation and I was like you know
00:04:35 --> 00:04:37 what in the back of my mind I was like
00:04:37 --> 00:04:40 oh she could be a good co-host because
00:04:40 --> 00:04:41 she brings something different not only
00:04:41 --> 00:04:44 because she's a woman but her mindset is
00:04:44 --> 00:04:46 totally different so I said you know
00:04:46 --> 00:04:49 what I prayed about it and God was like
00:04:49 --> 00:04:52 call and ask her ask her don't tell her
00:04:52 --> 00:04:55 but I but I like I I try to I try to
00:04:55 --> 00:04:57 like convince her but then I was like
00:04:57 --> 00:04:58 genuine I was like you know what God
00:04:58 --> 00:05:00 just told me to do it I'm just going to
00:05:00 --> 00:05:02 be obedient and I called I like yo would
00:05:02 --> 00:05:04 you like to be a cause she's like yeah
00:05:04 --> 00:05:07 just look just said yeah just like that
00:05:07 --> 00:05:10 because she's more into the spiritual
00:05:10 --> 00:05:12 when things happen it's God's allowing
00:05:12 --> 00:05:14 it to happen so he just joined right in
00:05:15 --> 00:05:17 it and up the people love her uh
00:05:17 --> 00:05:19 sometimes they be saying start your own
00:05:19 --> 00:05:22 show start your own show I told her I
00:05:22 --> 00:05:25 said listen whatever come up no no no no
00:05:25 --> 00:05:27 we no but she you know we can still we
00:05:28 --> 00:05:29 gonna still do our show but that's what
00:05:30 --> 00:05:32 people want her because the spin-off or
00:05:32 --> 00:05:34 her own Lady T the t- show you know what
00:05:34 --> 00:05:36 I'm saying and I I'm okay with that
00:05:36 --> 00:05:37 because we we have a close relationship
00:05:37 --> 00:05:40 and we close knitted and so that's
00:05:40 --> 00:05:41 that's the great thing about it you know
00:05:41 --> 00:05:44 we respect each other because sometimes
00:05:44 --> 00:05:46 we don't see eye to eye even on the show
00:05:46 --> 00:05:48 but that the great thing it is that like
00:05:49 --> 00:05:52 I said it's spirit-led so we know that
00:05:52 --> 00:05:55 the deceiver is the author of confusion
00:05:55 --> 00:05:56 and that's the devil that's the enemy
00:05:56 --> 00:05:58 the enemy to our soul the enemy to you
00:05:58 --> 00:06:01 know our success so that already so even
00:06:01 --> 00:06:04 if even if we don't understand and we
00:06:05 --> 00:06:07 don't you know receive what we saying
00:06:07 --> 00:06:09 it's different we still one another and
00:06:09 --> 00:06:12 we stand on the word of God we stand on
00:06:12 --> 00:06:14 you know that the enemy that to our soul
00:06:14 --> 00:06:17 is trying to distract us or push us away
00:06:17 --> 00:06:19 so we not even letting that happen so

00:06:29 --> 00:06:31 this year has started out great I did a
00:06:31 --> 00:06:34 family of six or family of five I did a
00:06:34 --> 00:06:36 birthday celebration so it started out
00:06:36 --> 00:06:40 great um it was a great success um I do
00:06:40 --> 00:06:42 have some social media platforms it's
00:06:42 --> 00:06:44 Chef Dennis on Facebook you can follow

00:07:18 --> 00:07:20 my social media it's it's a place of
00:07:20 --> 00:07:23 food a play of it's not me but when you
00:07:23 --> 00:07:25 go into those platforms you'll actually
00:07:25 --> 00:07:28 see me and you know my character my
00:07:28 --> 00:07:30 personality and how I genuinely love
00:07:30 --> 00:07:32 people and how I connect with people and
00:07:32 --> 00:07:34 so that's a little bit about my story
00:07:34 --> 00:07:36 you know um yes so your catering
00:07:36 --> 00:07:38 business so is it private catering or
00:07:38 --> 00:07:40 you like do businesses and you said you
00:07:40 --> 00:07:41 did a family of six and then you did a
00:07:42 --> 00:07:44 birthday party so is it like uh private
00:07:44 --> 00:07:47 private personally yes um I actually did
00:07:47 --> 00:07:49 a wedding last year in the in the middle
00:07:49 --> 00:07:50 like I want to say November I did a
00:07:50 --> 00:07:52 wedding as well for 50
00:07:52 --> 00:07:56 people yeah 50 people because I'm I'm
00:07:56 --> 00:07:57 the only one that does the cooking
00:07:57 --> 00:08:00 sometimes my wife you know she helped
00:08:00 --> 00:08:03 but mostly um I do the cooking okay um
00:08:03 --> 00:08:04 so you know that that because I love
00:08:04 --> 00:08:07 what I do so 100 people is it's easy
00:08:07 --> 00:08:09 it's not hard simple because I do a lot
00:08:09 --> 00:08:12 of preparation so I prep up so it'll be
00:08:12 --> 00:08:14 simple and easy for me so it's not a
00:08:14 --> 00:08:16 great deal so you going to do a cooking
00:08:16 --> 00:08:17 show cuz we need to learn I need some
00:08:17 --> 00:08:19 recipes like I'm a vegetarian but I do
00:08:19 --> 00:08:21 cook meat for my family so you going to
00:08:21 --> 00:08:22 do a cooking show so that we can get
00:08:22 --> 00:08:24 some little tips and tricks I'mma keep
00:08:25 --> 00:08:27 it I'mma keep it real that's a work in
00:08:27 --> 00:08:29 progress for me cuz I'm I'm working to
00:08:29 --> 00:08:33 get a food truck so that's it's just so
00:08:33 --> 00:08:34 I would have to get I'm working somebody
00:08:34 --> 00:08:36 told me somebody encouraged me so like
00:08:36 --> 00:08:39 get a a video guy they can follow you
00:08:39 --> 00:08:41 and do your little thing I you know if
00:08:41 --> 00:08:43 the podcast turned out great because my
00:08:43 --> 00:08:46 focal point is is spreading the message
00:08:46 --> 00:08:49 but also my passion is food so I like I
00:08:49 --> 00:08:51 like to get in there and grind up I'm
00:08:51 --> 00:08:54 very clean I'm very you know I that's
00:08:54 --> 00:08:56 that's my thing like I'm that's why I
00:08:56 --> 00:08:58 don't mind working by myself because
00:08:58 --> 00:09:01 clean this is everything to me seriously
00:09:01 --> 00:09:02 when you're dealing with food like
00:09:02 --> 00:09:04 people I be telling them figure my
00:09:04 --> 00:09:06 occupation look at my fingers like my
00:09:07 --> 00:09:09 hands like they stay I don't do no dirty
00:09:09 --> 00:09:10 work I'm sorry call me what you want to
00:09:10 --> 00:09:11 call me I
00:09:11 --> 00:09:15 don't I don't because I I deal with food
00:09:15 --> 00:09:18 on consistent base every day so you know
00:09:18 --> 00:09:20 I don't want my nails dirty because
00:09:20 --> 00:09:21 sometimes I'm G be honest sometimes I
00:09:21 --> 00:09:23 dig my hand in the food I have to have
00:09:23 --> 00:09:26 Clean Hands just like a doctor you a
00:09:26 --> 00:09:27 doctor or a nurse you want them to have
00:09:27 --> 00:09:30 clean hands because bacteria grows under
00:09:30 --> 00:09:33 your nails so that's important so I my
00:09:33 --> 00:09:35 my hands is my money makers and my legs
00:09:35 --> 00:09:37 so I'm going have to give you one of my
00:09:37 --> 00:09:39 old YouTube pages I used to cook and
00:09:39 --> 00:09:43 like well okay all right so not cook but
00:09:43 --> 00:09:44 I I'm a vegetarian so I would make
00:09:45 --> 00:09:47 little vegetarian dishes everybody
00:09:47 --> 00:09:48 wanted to always ask me like how you
00:09:48 --> 00:09:50 make this what do you make and I'm like
00:09:50 --> 00:09:52 you know what I'm GNA do a little little
00:09:52 --> 00:09:54 uh quick it was five what was it five
00:09:54 --> 00:09:56 minutes with Lina or something it was
00:09:56 --> 00:09:57 something really weird I was just
00:09:57 --> 00:10:00 getting started just having some fun
00:10:00 --> 00:10:01 and I'll make these little videos of
00:10:01 --> 00:10:03 these little dishes that I would make
00:10:03 --> 00:10:04 I'm telling you it was hot though you
00:10:04 --> 00:10:06 should really try it like even when
00:10:06 --> 00:10:07 you're home cooking like little meals
00:10:07 --> 00:10:09 like little things you think is not a
00:10:09 --> 00:10:12 big deal or we want to see it okay I'm G
00:10:12 --> 00:10:14 work on it and I say I I receive that I

00:10:16 --> 00:10:18 work between your podcast make some
00:10:18 --> 00:10:20 little reals of you cooking we want to
00:10:20 --> 00:10:22 see the chef cook the chef just talking
00:10:22 --> 00:10:25 we want to see the chef in the kitchen
00:10:25 --> 00:10:28 apron on the Shelf say it again we apron
00:10:29 --> 00:10:30 on the Shelf yeah look that's why that's
00:10:30 --> 00:10:33 why I um I throw out my um Instagram
00:10:33 --> 00:10:34 because that's where you see my work at
00:10:35 --> 00:10:36 that's where you see me get down you
00:10:36 --> 00:10:39 know my Instagram is I think for me I
00:10:39 --> 00:10:43 think Instagram is a better platform for
00:10:43 --> 00:10:45 things like that because you could
00:10:45 --> 00:10:48 actually do a real right there live time
00:10:48 --> 00:10:50 so I'm cooking I can fix it up Spruce it
00:10:50 --> 00:10:52 up and then I put it on a real I think
00:10:52 --> 00:10:53 because because that's why I do a lot of
00:10:53 --> 00:10:56 my work on Instagram I do a lot of live
00:10:56 --> 00:10:59 on Instagram how you feel about Tik Tok
00:10:59 --> 00:11:01 uh you know what to me it's like it's
00:11:01 --> 00:11:05 about money so I mean I got Tik Tock but
00:11:05 --> 00:11:08 Tik Tok really don't bring a lot of my
00:11:08 --> 00:11:10 uh viewers so I do a lot of I do a lot
00:11:10 --> 00:11:13 of promotion through Tik Tok um but uh
00:11:13 --> 00:11:16 other than that n because you gotta for
00:11:16 --> 00:11:18 Tik Tok I think you have to have a
00:11:18 --> 00:11:22 thousand uh view thousand uh friends to
00:11:22 --> 00:11:26 to go live on that I think a 100 no I
00:11:26 --> 00:11:28 got a 100 you got a 100 yeah I got more
00:11:28 --> 00:11:31 than I got a more than 100 you sure
00:11:31 --> 00:11:32 I'mma check I think it's 100 I think you
00:11:32 --> 00:11:35 can go live at 100 well I told I was
00:11:35 --> 00:11:36 told I got let me tell you what I got
00:11:36 --> 00:11:38 right in why wait why we I'm still
00:11:38 --> 00:11:41 listening to you go ahead okay so what I
00:11:41 --> 00:11:43 was gonna ask you my next question was
00:11:43 --> 00:11:45 is that our podcast is are really
00:11:45 --> 00:11:47 similar so mine is all about testimonies
00:11:47 --> 00:11:49 people coming and giving their testimony
00:11:49 --> 00:11:51 on their life things they've overcome in
00:11:51 --> 00:11:54 life you know um and like like you said
00:11:54 --> 00:11:55 sometimes there things I haven't been
00:11:55 --> 00:11:58 through you know but I allow them to
00:11:58 --> 00:11:59 have a space where they can come share
00:11:59 --> 00:12:02 their testimony to share with uh with
00:12:02 --> 00:12:05 the world to help somebody else so I got
00:12:06 --> 00:12:07 I I the reason the Lord has given me
00:12:07 --> 00:12:09 this vision is
00:12:09 --> 00:12:11 because if I can show you really quickly
00:12:11 --> 00:12:13 if I have it I wrote a book A couple of
00:12:13 --> 00:12:16 years ago called the birthing room so my
00:12:16 --> 00:12:18 podcast is just really a spin-off from
00:12:18 --> 00:12:20 the book right it's like 10 10
00:12:20 --> 00:12:21 strategies to birth of your new season
00:12:21 --> 00:12:23 so when I got the p and this was all
00:12:23 --> 00:12:25 about my life me birthing into a new
00:12:25 --> 00:12:27 season the Lord had took me from one
00:12:28 --> 00:12:30 state to the other and just really
00:12:30 --> 00:12:32 changed my whole life so I'm like you
00:12:32 --> 00:12:34 know what I know I'm not the only one
00:12:34 --> 00:12:37 that God has transformed you know took
00:12:37 --> 00:12:39 me out of the valley experience and
00:12:39 --> 00:12:41 brought me to this place and I'm want to
00:12:41 --> 00:12:43 say Mountaintop but you know out of the
00:12:43 --> 00:12:45 valley right walking from glory to glory
00:12:45 --> 00:12:49 to Victory to Victory um Faith to Faith
00:12:49 --> 00:12:52 so I know why this was such a passion
00:12:52 --> 00:12:54 for me and when I watch your podcast it
00:12:54 --> 00:12:56 was kind of similar I'm like okay it
00:12:56 --> 00:12:58 kind of have the same feel same Vibe
00:12:58 --> 00:13:00 especially could you allow people to
00:13:00 --> 00:13:01 come on and really talk about themselves
00:13:01 --> 00:13:02 and share their stories and their
00:13:02 --> 00:13:04 testimonies so what was it that drove
00:13:04 --> 00:13:08 you to have a podcast and also to have
00:13:08 --> 00:13:13 that type of podcast well I'm okay so um
00:13:13 --> 00:13:15 you know podcast is big now it's it's
00:13:15 --> 00:13:19 growing and you know I'm in the season
00:13:19 --> 00:13:20 right now to try to find the right
00:13:20 --> 00:13:23 Church home so I'm very I'm very excited
00:13:23 --> 00:13:27 about serving God doing his doing his W
00:13:27 --> 00:13:29 the will for my life and so you know I
00:13:29 --> 00:13:31 like talking to people I have a lot of
00:13:31 --> 00:13:33 energy when it comes to me I can go any
00:13:33 --> 00:13:35 atmosphere I'm I'm gonna talk I'm gonna
00:13:35 --> 00:13:38 communicate with and then but you know
00:13:38 --> 00:13:40 having the spirit of discernment I know
00:13:40 --> 00:13:42 who to connect with who not to because
00:13:42 --> 00:13:44 guess what I can see the spirit of that
00:13:44 --> 00:13:46 person and and some people might think
00:13:46 --> 00:13:48 that's crazy but it's really not U so
00:13:49 --> 00:13:50 you know I connect with people that I'm
00:13:50 --> 00:13:52 supposed to connect with and then there

00:17:51 --> 00:17:54 Journey for me and her my had a home

00:18:41 --> 00:18:43 a different world and one thing is a
00:18:43 --> 00:18:46 Men's Ministry okay they do not have one
00:18:46 --> 00:18:49 two a women's ministry they do have one
00:18:49 --> 00:18:52 but it's all so now they have a women's
00:18:52 --> 00:18:54 women's ministry but they don't have a
00:18:54 --> 00:18:56 men so where do that leaves me it starts
00:18:56 --> 00:18:59 a men's a Men's Ministry to start the
00:18:59 --> 00:19:00 Men's Ministry they don't they don't
00:19:00 --> 00:19:03 have that many men okay so you started
00:19:03 --> 00:19:05 and you let me tell you something even
00:19:05 --> 00:19:07 with this short period of time talking
00:19:07 --> 00:19:11 to you you are a powerful man of God you
00:19:11 --> 00:19:13 carry such a weight I heard you say that
00:19:13 --> 00:19:14 your wife is in Ministry but you also
00:19:14 --> 00:19:16 have a powerful call upon your life I'm
00:19:16 --> 00:19:18 sure you know that you didn't need me to
00:19:18 --> 00:19:20 tell you that because God already showed
00:19:20 --> 00:19:22 you and you draw people in they're draw
00:19:22 --> 00:19:24 they're drawn into your light they're
00:19:24 --> 00:19:27 drawn into you are a teacher you are a
00:19:28 --> 00:19:30 listener and you are someone who can
00:19:30 --> 00:19:34 love on other men and men have a hard
00:19:34 --> 00:19:35 time because they haven't really
00:19:35 --> 00:19:37 experienced love from other men when
00:19:37 --> 00:19:41 they find another man a a man a real man
00:19:41 --> 00:19:44 to embrace them as their brother they
00:19:44 --> 00:19:46 stay but if they had a church with a
00:19:46 --> 00:19:48 bunch of women there's no men to embrace
00:19:48 --> 00:19:50 them right right so you usually see the
00:19:50 --> 00:19:53 men stay home the women all have W
00:19:53 --> 00:19:54 husbands and all the women are at church
00:19:54 --> 00:19:56 but all the husbands are at home but if
00:19:56 --> 00:19:58 they know a real man is there to embrace
00:19:58 --> 00:19:59 them and there's a man that calls the
00:20:00 --> 00:20:01 football listen we got football on
00:20:01 --> 00:20:02 Sunday why don't y'all all come out to
00:20:02 --> 00:20:04 the church we going to all get together
00:20:04 --> 00:20:06 have a fellowship oh they coming cuz now
00:20:06 --> 00:20:08 there's a man there that's going to
00:20:08 --> 00:20:10 embrace us and we can do some man stuff
00:20:10 --> 00:20:12 so don't count yourself out don't count
00:20:12 --> 00:20:14 yourself short and I'm GNA tell you why
00:20:14 --> 00:20:15 this was interesting to me because when
00:20:16 --> 00:20:17 I got married to my husband I was
00:20:17 --> 00:20:19 already in Ministry I I'm I am a
00:20:19 --> 00:20:21 propheus I'm I'm a a minister I'm a
00:20:21 --> 00:20:23 preacher I'm a teacher and I was already
00:20:23 --> 00:20:25 traveling and you know preaching and
00:20:25 --> 00:20:27 teaching and my husband is not a
00:20:27 --> 00:20:29 minister
00:20:29 --> 00:20:30 uh like just like you he has a great
00:20:30 --> 00:20:32 calling on his life you know but he goes
00:20:32 --> 00:20:34 to he has a church that he was very
00:20:34 --> 00:20:38 comfortable with um that he enjoys and
00:20:38 --> 00:20:40 um and I was at another church also you
00:20:41 --> 00:20:43 know where um like you said there might
00:20:43 --> 00:20:44 have been some things that was lacking
00:20:44 --> 00:20:46 but what I needed was the teaching part
00:20:47 --> 00:20:49 it was the pouring into sure there were
00:20:49 --> 00:20:51 some things that in my natural I would
00:20:51 --> 00:20:52 have rather I would have liked to have
00:20:52 --> 00:20:55 seen But spiritually I was grounded
00:20:55 --> 00:20:56 there because the Lord had a work for me
00:20:56 --> 00:21:00 to do there right um so I was I'm
00:21:00 --> 00:21:01 interested to hear the rest of the
00:21:01 --> 00:21:05 Dynamics and and how how you all shifted
00:21:05 --> 00:21:07 and how that transition is because when
00:21:07 --> 00:21:09 I left my church that was devastating
00:21:09 --> 00:21:12 for me uh you know because I'm like well
00:21:12 --> 00:21:14 I gotta be to church on Sunday because
00:21:14 --> 00:21:16 when you are when you have a call upon
00:21:16 --> 00:21:18 your life it's not are we going to go
00:21:18 --> 00:21:21 it's when and where we don't have a
00:21:21 --> 00:21:25 option we don't have a choice we have to
00:21:25 --> 00:21:28 be in the presence of the Lord and
00:21:28 --> 00:21:32 fellow ship for us is really a must is
00:21:32 --> 00:21:34 where we draw our energy is where we
00:21:34 --> 00:21:36 receive our connection you know just
00:21:36 --> 00:21:38 like with someone
00:21:38 --> 00:21:40 who enjoyed doing other things they was
00:21:40 --> 00:21:42 to watch football or you know Sports you
00:21:42 --> 00:21:43 know they want to come together at the
00:21:43 --> 00:21:45 sports bar you know it's the same thing
00:21:45 --> 00:21:47 for us we need to be together and
00:21:47 --> 00:21:51 assemble ourselves when we are called to
00:21:51 --> 00:21:52 Ministry so how are y'all dealing with
00:21:52 --> 00:21:56 that oh no we look she like right now
00:21:56 --> 00:21:58 I'm um I'm attending this church it's
00:21:58 --> 00:22:01 very different for me uh the church is
00:22:01 --> 00:22:05 they have church in a movie theater okay
00:22:06 --> 00:22:10 and it is different but they they ran
00:22:10 --> 00:22:13 out the space um it's kind of like a big
00:22:13 --> 00:22:16 church of V1 you ever heard of them I've
00:22:16 --> 00:22:17 seen those I've seen um churches going
00:22:17 --> 00:22:19 to movie theaters I mean that means
00:22:19 --> 00:22:21 that's a really big church that's a lot
00:22:21 --> 00:22:23 of no no no it's the people that's there
00:22:23 --> 00:22:27 no because they um they have churches
00:22:27 --> 00:22:29 all over like Long Island Brooklyn they
00:22:29 --> 00:22:32 just opened one in Manhattan okay they
00:22:32 --> 00:22:34 got Jersey a planner it's a planner
00:22:34 --> 00:22:37 right right so uh they just did one in
00:22:37 --> 00:22:41 Florida um so this one I go to is in
00:22:41 --> 00:22:45 Jersey and um so it's it's different um

00:30:37 --> 00:30:40 only one who has the Zeal to live for

00:30:45 --> 00:30:48 things they may hurt some feelings but
00:30:48 --> 00:30:50 I'm but that's that's what God want me
00:30:50 --> 00:30:51 to do you know that's what I'm called to
00:30:51 --> 00:30:54 do to tell you the truth uh it may hurt
00:30:54 --> 00:30:56 your feelings and I I'm learning in this

00:31:27 --> 00:31:30 was going and uh the therapist that was
00:31:30 --> 00:31:32 like oh yeah you got to work on your
00:31:32 --> 00:31:35 delivery so that's always stuck in my
00:31:35 --> 00:31:38 mind my delivery so you know in the
00:31:38 --> 00:31:41 podcast is is that I get some people
00:31:41 --> 00:31:42 that don't agree with me and they like
00:31:42 --> 00:31:44 what are you talking about I get upset
00:31:44 --> 00:31:47 but now I'm learning how to navigate
00:31:47 --> 00:31:50 through that and try to deliver it on a
00:31:50 --> 00:31:52 loving way um so they can understand my
00:31:52 --> 00:31:53 perspective and not saying my
00:31:53 --> 00:31:55 perspective is the right way but just
00:31:55 --> 00:31:58 think about let that thought be your
00:31:58 --> 00:32:01 mind and change you know what I'm saying
00:32:01 --> 00:32:03 change how you think change change how
00:32:03 --> 00:32:06 you see things not for me for you you
00:32:06 --> 00:32:08 know what I'm saying for your heart so
00:32:08 --> 00:32:10 you can grow and be a better person a

00:33:54 --> 00:33:55 especially people doing what you're

00:33:57 --> 00:33:59 and encourage you and want to help you
00:33:59 --> 00:34:00 and want to say listen let's come
00:34:00 --> 00:34:02 together let's collaborate cuz we need
00:34:02 --> 00:34:04 each other in this hour this is going to
00:34:04 --> 00:34:06 be the season the Lord told me this was
00:34:06 --> 00:34:09 a season of the Builder it's a in the
00:34:09 --> 00:34:13 Bible uh there is a man named Ephraim
00:34:13 --> 00:34:16 and Ephraim was one of the tribes of
00:34:16 --> 00:34:18 Judah and um I mean one of the tribes of
00:34:18 --> 00:34:20 Israel excuse me and he had a daughter
00:34:20 --> 00:34:24 and her name was Shar right and Sher way
00:34:24 --> 00:34:26 back way back when this is in 1
00:34:26 --> 00:34:28 Chronicles I think 7 24 it's a rule
00:34:28 --> 00:34:30 short sentence and say and Shar his
00:34:30 --> 00:34:32 daughter built three cities and she
00:34:32 --> 00:34:35 bought she built three cities during a
00:34:35 --> 00:34:37 time that women didn't have a voice and
00:34:37 --> 00:34:40 women did not build right so I I was
00:34:40 --> 00:34:42 reading a story and the Lord begin to
00:34:42 --> 00:34:44 show me what it takes to
00:34:44 --> 00:34:47 build and you can't build by yourself
00:34:47 --> 00:34:49 there was no way Shar could build by
00:34:49 --> 00:34:51 herself so she had to have Vision she
00:34:51 --> 00:34:53 had to have strategy and she had to have
00:34:54 --> 00:34:56 help right and she had to understand how
00:34:56 --> 00:34:58 to build this city so that it didn't
00:34:58 --> 00:35:00 just feed them then but it fed for
00:35:00 --> 00:35:02 generations to come and the Bible talks
00:35:02 --> 00:35:04 about how these cities that she built
00:35:04 --> 00:35:05 and the way she built them you had to
00:35:05 --> 00:35:08 walk through these cities and on the
00:35:08 --> 00:35:09 trail through the cities is where you
00:35:09 --> 00:35:11 had to go to the ocean to get the food
00:35:11 --> 00:35:13 and they would fight battles in these
00:35:13 --> 00:35:15 Trails because of the way they fought
00:35:15 --> 00:35:17 back then whoever owned the the uh the
00:35:17 --> 00:35:20 the valley were the ones that were were
00:35:20 --> 00:35:23 were the were the strongest if you can
00:35:23 --> 00:35:24 take the valley you were the strongest
00:35:24 --> 00:35:26 so the Bible goes on to say how later on
00:35:26 --> 00:35:29 Solomon came and he rebuilt one of her
00:35:29 --> 00:35:32 cities because it was so important for
00:35:32 --> 00:35:35 generations to have these cities so Sher
00:35:35 --> 00:35:39 a woman built three cities not just for
00:35:39 --> 00:35:42 her time but for generations to come we
00:35:42 --> 00:35:44 are in a place where we are building not
00:35:44 --> 00:35:46 just for us we having a good time right
00:35:46 --> 00:35:47 now but we don't know what's going to
00:35:47 --> 00:35:49 happen what it's going to turn into even
00:35:49 --> 00:35:51 as you're building your business and as
00:35:51 --> 00:35:52 you're building your podcast we don't
00:35:52 --> 00:35:54 know what's going to come from these
00:35:54 --> 00:35:55 things that the Lord has us building but
00:35:55 --> 00:35:58 we can't build by ourselves so when you
00:35:58 --> 00:36:00 meet people along the way as you're
00:36:00 --> 00:36:02 building these people become a part of
00:36:02 --> 00:36:05 the Legacy that helps you to build and
00:36:05 --> 00:36:06 we need Destiny helpers and Destiny
00:36:06 --> 00:36:08 Partners in this hour so for you to

00:40:58 --> 00:41:00 nobody well I was so happy I first got
00:41:00 --> 00:41:03 my my first divorce no we had a party
00:41:03 --> 00:41:05 afterwards and everything I was so happy
00:41:05 --> 00:41:06 it was the best day of my life we walked
00:41:06 --> 00:41:08 in there together hand in hand we were
00:41:08 --> 00:41:10 so happy they said we a never had a
00:41:10 --> 00:41:11 couple come together to get divorced we
00:41:11 --> 00:41:12 were so happy I couldn't wait to get rid
00:41:12 --> 00:41:15 of him but but but I guarantee you this
00:41:15 --> 00:41:17 one thing now look at your person you
00:41:17 --> 00:41:19 become now oh my God the lessons you
00:41:19 --> 00:41:21 learn is that you know what God I I
00:41:21 --> 00:41:24 don't want to do that again and so let
00:41:24 --> 00:41:29 me let let me let you be my path to the
00:41:29 --> 00:41:31 man that I'm supposed guide me order my
00:41:31 --> 00:41:34 steps let me be with the man that I'm

00:41:35 --> 00:41:37 saying and my wife is the woman I'm
00:41:37 --> 00:41:38 supposed to be because guess what he

00:42:01 --> 00:42:03 that's how God operate and and just

00:42:06 --> 00:42:07 what you want and it's something that
00:42:07 --> 00:42:09 you need that it lines up what God has
00:42:10 --> 00:42:12 for you sometimes not all the times
00:42:12 --> 00:42:14 because guess what there are things that
00:42:14 --> 00:42:17 our parents IND know impart in us and
00:42:17 --> 00:42:19 when they do that guess what now we have
00:42:19 --> 00:42:22 we learn how to do the things that they
00:42:22 --> 00:42:25 did and how they they raised us then we
00:42:26 --> 00:42:27 go raise our kids like that but then
00:42:27 --> 00:42:29 when you start elevating your mind now
00:42:29 --> 00:42:31 you say hold up Mom I love you dad I
00:42:31 --> 00:42:33 love you but I ain't raising my kids
00:42:33 --> 00:42:35 like that I want to raise them in a
00:42:35 --> 00:42:36 different light a different way
00:42:37 --> 00:42:38 different perspective you know have this

00:42:46 --> 00:42:50 my stepchildren I say so I got five kids

00:43:05 --> 00:43:09 because I I seen her from a baby to
00:43:09 --> 00:43:11 young lady um I lived in a house with

00:43:14 --> 00:43:16 all the time right I was there so my
00:43:16 --> 00:43:18 oldest daughter I really didn't have
00:43:18 --> 00:43:20 that that uh experience but she's still
00:43:20 --> 00:43:22 my baby too but it's a difference when
00:43:22 --> 00:43:25 you live with a child uh and you got two
00:43:25 --> 00:43:27 parents in the home and you raise them
00:43:27 --> 00:43:29 you see everything I never missed
00:43:29 --> 00:43:30 anything because I was blessed to have a
00:43:30 --> 00:43:33 job a career that I have 5: in the
00:43:33 --> 00:43:37 morning noon I'm off so I get yeah I get
00:43:37 --> 00:43:38 a chance to see everything I was I never
00:43:38 --> 00:43:40 missed anything I will support

00:43:42 --> 00:43:45 sports everything um and now my older

00:47:55 --> 00:47:59 wheel I ran into a dumpster see how my
00:47:59 --> 00:48:03 hand is like this mhm listen I woke up I
00:48:03 --> 00:48:07 couldn't breathe so I called on Jesus
00:48:07 --> 00:48:10 Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus Jesus I want to
00:48:10 --> 00:48:13 see my thumb the last time I called on
00:48:13 --> 00:48:16 Jesus I was able to breathe there was
00:48:16 --> 00:48:19 people all around my car and they was
00:48:19 --> 00:48:22 asking me are you okay I've gathered
00:48:22 --> 00:48:24 myself then I was able to breathe after
00:48:24 --> 00:48:27 I moved my thumb off my chest everything
00:48:27 --> 00:48:30 was great now mind you I said my my car
00:48:30 --> 00:48:33 was mangled okay inside the dumpster
00:48:33 --> 00:48:35 they got me out the car I only had a
00:48:35 --> 00:48:37 gash in my knee cuz something under the
00:48:37 --> 00:48:39 hood had went to my knee gash in my knee
00:48:39 --> 00:48:43 I'm able to walk I'm able to talk able
00:48:43 --> 00:48:45 to do anything that I want and uh you
00:48:45 --> 00:48:48 know that's truly one of my testimonies
00:48:48 --> 00:48:49 but prior but prior to that I'm me show

00:48:53 --> 00:48:55 prior to that I had that was a brand new
00:48:55 --> 00:49:00 car and my dad I wasn't humble my dad

00:49:05 --> 00:49:08 car got into that accident first person

00:49:17 --> 00:49:19 time that in that season it showed me
00:49:19 --> 00:49:23 that I had to be more humble yeah um I
00:49:23 --> 00:49:26 love my dad you know what I'm saying and
00:49:26 --> 00:49:29 I had to be humble enough to say all

00:50:24 --> 00:50:27 at 47 n nobody you nobody 47 she have to
00:50:27 --> 00:50:30 work two jobs you if if you have to work

00:50:33 --> 00:50:35 get something greater it's if it's not
00:50:35 --> 00:50:38 too late for that you can go to back to
00:50:38 --> 00:50:40 school you can get some type of Ed other
00:50:40 --> 00:50:42 education so you don't have to work too
00:50:42 --> 00:50:44 job you gotta apply yourself not working

00:51:22 --> 00:51:24 job it's going to be rough but you go to

00:51:26 --> 00:51:28 School keep in mind I got a doctorate

00:51:37 --> 00:51:40 in everything is so expensive some
00:51:40 --> 00:51:43 people have to just work a second job

00:51:46 --> 00:51:49 during the day I work in insurance and
00:51:49 --> 00:51:51 um you know if they can't get overtime
00:51:51 --> 00:51:54 at my job yeah one of the girls she just
00:51:54 --> 00:51:55 started working at like a grocery store
00:51:55 --> 00:51:57 and like you work at the grocery store
00:51:57 --> 00:52:00 like what like really like we make good
00:52:00 --> 00:52:02 money she was like listen I only got one
00:52:02 --> 00:52:04 income my husband not working I got one
00:52:04 --> 00:52:07 income she got I got kids I got M to
00:52:07 --> 00:52:09 feed I gotta get this money you know so
00:52:09 --> 00:52:12 think that I'm now now his here gonna be
00:52:12 --> 00:52:15 here's the tough thing yeah what you

00:53:04 --> 00:53:05 right we have enough Faith to sit in
00:53:05 --> 00:53:07 that chair and pray that and know that
00:53:07 --> 00:53:09 the chair is not gonna break but we may
00:53:09 --> 00:53:11 not have enough Faith to say listen I'm
00:53:11 --> 00:53:16 G to go back to school at 47 or 48 and
00:53:16 --> 00:53:18 I'm gon work this job but I'm GNA go
00:53:18 --> 00:53:21 back to school and rack up student loans
00:53:21 --> 00:53:23 at that so I'm gonna get more money on
00:53:23 --> 00:53:25 top of that I already owe and God for
00:53:25 --> 00:53:26 you got kids in college you got their
00:53:26 --> 00:53:28 student loans too and this light bu bill
00:53:29 --> 00:53:30 is coming in and that mortgage got to be
00:53:30 --> 00:53:32 paid cuz you know we in a time and you
00:53:32 --> 00:53:34 can't afford to be behind because we
00:53:34 --> 00:53:35 only one paycheck away even a half a
00:53:35 --> 00:53:39 paycheck away from being hungry so um
00:53:39 --> 00:53:41 everyone's Faith isn't there so I and I
00:53:41 --> 00:53:43 and I'm with you listen I'm gon go C I'm
00:53:43 --> 00:53:45 gonna go down on I'm gonna go pray and
00:53:45 --> 00:53:47 God's Gonna I mean the blessing of the
00:53:47 --> 00:53:49 Lord gonna chase me down but everyone's
