[00:00:00] Alright y'all, get ready for another edition of News & Trends with your host Dave and and live.
[00:00:35] Welcome, welcome, welcome to News and Trends with David Lett. I am one of your hosts, Mr. David Coker,
[00:00:37] proprietor of Dave Marking, media specialist, marketing
[00:00:41] specialist, all around good guy, man about town.
[00:00:46] I forgot that last week.
[00:00:47] I just want to make sure I got that in.
[00:00:48] I know.
[00:00:49] I was waiting.
[00:00:50] I was waiting.
[00:00:52] And, you know, like I said, again, all around good guy hanging out with my partner,
[00:00:59] Mr. Leonard Young, how's everything, sir?
[00:01:01] Hey, Dave, everything is good.
[00:01:03] This is Leonard Young, CEO of National Black Guide,
[00:01:06] DelawareBlack.com, Black Media Specialist,
[00:01:09] and I guess hanging out with the man
[00:01:12] who is the man around town.
[00:01:14] Yeah, there you go.
[00:01:15] There you go.
[00:01:17] And it's still a Pisces season.
[00:01:20] So what's up, all the Pisces out there?
[00:01:23] This is letting y'all know, I got a couple more weeks though. you know, so get your party on get your party on whatever you're doing
[00:01:31] So today let me ask you are are you still getting your party on the rest of this month?
[00:01:36] But no, but it's so Pisces and I mean, you know, I
[00:01:41] Got at least
[00:01:43] one event coming up that I will be attending that's a you know the persons
[00:01:51] of Pisces but you know you know but you know you know we kind of do things in special moderation
[00:02:01] you know because we're thinkers and you know, we're you know
[00:02:05] We're not the excessive party people, but we do what we have to do in order to have a guitar, so right?
[00:02:12] You know we're thinkers first. We got to think things out
[00:02:16] Understood. Yeah, so but it's it's our season so
[00:02:21] You know, but you guys out there doing your thing
[00:02:25] Do it responsibly. So, you know, for you guys out there doing your thing, do it responsibly. Yeah. You know,
[00:02:29] and, you know, enjoy yourself.
[00:02:32] Because you got we got a couple more weeks before the air is coming, you know, so,
[00:02:35] you know, so, um, what's going on, man?
[00:02:40] I mean, we had, we, we, we, we had a little breakthrough weather-wise over the weekend,
[00:02:44] but then then it just kind of disappeared again.
[00:02:47] Yeah.
[00:02:48] Well, I'm glad because even though it disappeared,
[00:02:51] it's still warmer than what it was before the nice night set us.
[00:02:57] Yeah.
[00:02:58] You know, it's good.
[00:02:59] It's good as long as we had sun were good,
[00:03:03] but we had a little bit of rain the last couple of days. So, but
[00:03:07] season season's changing, you know, spring is coming, you know, we got the time changes weekend, you know, the time changes this weekend.
[00:03:15] Nope.
[00:03:16] How do you know we're going to buzz?
[00:03:18] Yeah, I know.
[00:03:20] Hold on. So we spring forward.
[00:03:23] Spring forward.
[00:03:23] Yeah.
[00:03:24] Hour, right?
[00:03:22] So we spring forward. Spring forward, yeah.
[00:03:24] It's an hour, right?
[00:03:25] Losing hour, but gain hours, you know, like, you know, so, you know, while you out there
[00:03:30] in there, while you down there at the campground working in the field, man, you know, you got
[00:03:34] the extra, you got the extra light down there, you know, you know, you know, you know, you
[00:03:37] know, so crazy.
[00:03:38] Cause yesterday I've been out there busting my butt blowing some, they, you know what,
[00:03:43] there's never till you go certain places.
[00:03:45] You see some of the equipment they have.
[00:03:47] They have this thing and it's a leaf blower.
[00:03:51] But it almost looks, it's a, it looks like a combination between a lawn mower and I don't
[00:03:59] even know what else it looks, but you know, something you push and Dave this and I'm
[00:04:05] gonna make up numbers I don't know what it is it pushes leaves at 400 CFM per
[00:04:14] minute and I don't know what the hell I'm talking about right there but what so
[00:04:19] like I would say you know a regular leaf blower. This thing blows at about five times
[00:04:27] with the force of a regular leaf blower.
[00:04:30] And you have one of these things down there?
[00:04:32] Yep, yep, so it was actually left there
[00:04:35] by the prior owner, Norman Demster.
[00:04:38] And I've never heard of it, I've never seen it,
[00:04:40] but I'm glad it's there because when I say that thing,
[00:04:43] we'll handle some leaf.
[00:04:44] I'll clear out a whole field of leaves,
[00:04:47] like a large, large, large area.
[00:04:50] And I was like, man, hey.
[00:04:52] Okay, this is my only thing with leaf blowers.
[00:04:54] I have one too, I have a leaf blower too.
[00:04:57] Not like that, of course, but I have one.
[00:04:59] And I, you know, but it also, you know,
[00:05:02] it also is, you know, a malter too. So it will, you know, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a mean a few of them, like a little bit, you know,
[00:05:25] some of the ones off-cop, but I mean, for the most part,
[00:05:29] you know, when they'd be sitting on that pile.
[00:05:31] And I think especially like, so like yesterday,
[00:05:33] I blew a huge pile and then, you know, it rained, you know,
[00:05:38] last night of the day.
[00:05:40] So I think that kind of like, not see missing,
[00:05:43] but it kind of settled them all time where they don't really move as much
[00:05:47] Even when it get dry
[00:05:51] I was going to say one day you got you got this big ditch and you blow them all into the
[00:06:03] You rock on with that leaf blower.
[00:06:05] Well, well, the trees to be all, are your trees blooming, starting to bloom down there?
[00:06:11] No, not yet.
[00:06:13] Not yet.
[00:06:13] Okay.
[00:06:14] Maybe a couple, a couple more weeks.
[00:06:16] Okay.
[00:06:17] All right.
[00:06:18] Well, you know, how things going as far as are you getting people already booking for the season?
[00:06:28] Yeah, so we're getting a lot of inquiries.
[00:06:31] We're getting some bookings.
[00:06:33] We know camping season officially starts, you know, where what they say is camping season
[00:06:38] starts April 1st.
[00:06:40] So you know, right now we're just trying to get everything ready.
[00:06:42] Hence, trying to get all these leaves out of the open areas. But we have been getting the phones this month. I definitely picked
[00:06:50] up. So, I mean, we are getting reservations, but they're still trickling in. Okay. And by the way,
[00:06:57] the campground that we're talking about, you might want to put a shameless plug out there, sir.
[00:07:03] about, you might want to put a shameless plug out there, sir.
[00:07:07] Yep. So the the campground that Dave was talking about, the
[00:07:12] I would go and leave that is a GNR campground is it is the oldest black owned campground RV park in the United States and
[00:07:20] is located in the house in Delaware, which is about 20 minutes
[00:07:24] out of the Delaware State University.
[00:07:26] So anybody who's looking to tent camp, cabin, camp,
[00:07:30] in fact, Dave, you haven't been down there overnight yet.
[00:07:33] But anyone looking to tent camp, cabin, camp, RV,
[00:07:38] have events, please check us out.
[00:07:42] WebsiteG&R campground.com.
[00:07:47] Okay.
[00:07:47] Dave, what, what, when you coming down to stay in one of the cabins or something?
[00:07:52] Well, the next, next party that we throw down there, I'll probably stay down at night.
[00:07:56] Okay.
[00:07:56] Yeah.
[00:07:57] Well, well, um, but I'll try to make, I'll try to keep Jason out the woods around.
[00:08:02] Yeah.
[00:08:02] try to make, I try to keep Jason out the woods around.
[00:08:08] Well, we need to do, we need to go ahead and do like the beginning of the season barbecue down there and just have some
[00:08:11] music and everything going on and just, you know, get people to
[00:08:14] come out, you know, just do a
[00:08:17] Yeah, almost like a welcome to
[00:08:19] Yeah, I'm taking. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's something to talk
[00:08:23] about. So let's think about that. Yeah, so we do have some tentative events planned
[00:08:27] and then we have some people who are hosting events with us.
[00:08:31] So it really starts to pick up around beginning of June.
[00:08:35] As far as like people having larger events.
[00:08:37] So.
[00:08:39] Okay. All right.
[00:08:40] Well, folks, if you're interested, you know,
[00:08:43] the Hollerat, you know, check out the website or, you know, as a holler at, you know, check out the website
[00:08:46] or, you know, a holler at Leonard or, you know,
[00:08:49] even getting for those that know me,
[00:08:51] you can get in touch with me
[00:08:52] and I'll get you in touch with them.
[00:08:53] So that's not a problem.
[00:08:54] All right.
[00:08:56] Okay.
[00:08:57] All right.
[00:08:59] I guess we got a tale to get into.
[00:09:01] You ready to get into this show?
[00:09:03] Yep.
[00:09:04] All right, I am left. Let's go. Let's go. Okay. All right.
[00:09:09] So it's funny. I think our first couple stories going to have a common thread to them. So
[00:09:19] let's get started. First story, I saw a lot kind of talk with and I saw this, but I know he's serious about this.
[00:09:27] Charles Barkley threatens to punch black voters
[00:09:30] displaying Trump most shots. Of course, of course, you've
[00:09:34] been hearing about this about Trump and his craziness
[00:09:39] with what he said about black voters. And for those of you
[00:09:44] that didn't hear what Trump said
[00:09:46] or didn't care to hear what he had to say back then,
[00:09:49] I just wanted to kind of give you a backdrop
[00:09:52] on why Barkley said what he said.
[00:09:55] Says, South Barkley has threatened
[00:09:57] to physically assault any black Trump supporters
[00:10:00] that he catches wearing or displaying Trump mugshots
[00:10:04] in public. When Trump addressed
[00:10:06] a crowd in Columbia, South Carolina, he suggested that his mugshot and legal trouble with the
[00:10:19] government appeals to black voters. You know, who embraces more than anybody else, Trump said?
[00:10:27] He said the black population.
[00:10:32] Trump told the crowd, it's incredible.
[00:10:34] You see black people walking around with my mug shot.
[00:10:39] You know they do shirts.
[00:10:41] Talk about a lot of people start wearing these t-shirts
[00:10:44] that have a mugshot on it.
[00:10:46] Barkley responded to Trump's remarks
[00:10:49] during a conversation with
[00:10:50] the office of King Charles Coho's,
[00:10:54] with his Coho's,
[00:10:56] Gail King.
[00:10:57] First of all, I'm just gonna say this, he stated,
[00:11:00] if I see a black person,
[00:11:02] and you'll not have Barkley talks,
[00:11:03] if I see a black person walking y'all not a Barkley talks if I see a black person walking around
[00:11:06] With a trump mug shot. I'm gonna punch him in the face
[00:11:10] When King noted that Barkley would be arrested for salt. He said I'm gonna bail myself out
[00:11:17] and go celebrate he said so
[00:11:21] You know because Barkley it was real serious about that because of what Trump was saying.
[00:11:27] And Trump really believes this, by the way.
[00:11:31] He really embraced him.
[00:11:34] I'm going to keep reading because it gets even crazier.
[00:11:39] First of all, if I was at that conference, I would have got up and walked out Barkley
[00:11:44] continued.
[00:11:45] That was the insult to all Black people to compare Black history where we've been discriminated
[00:11:51] against to his plight.
[00:11:53] Barkley added, it's not a fair comparison, he said that Trump comparing himself to Black
[00:11:59] people has to be interested and indicted.
[00:12:03] He's a billionaire.
[00:12:04] He had a great life. He's been president in the United
[00:12:07] States to insult black people who have been discriminated against all these years and put them
[00:12:13] in the same category. I was just offended, Barkley's continued. So, what, I mean, Trump is the second because he really does believe that because he has that mug
[00:12:28] shot and black people have had mug shots, you know, this is thinking that, you know,
[00:12:35] black people have been arrested a lot and, you know, over the years and they're used
[00:12:39] to seeing mug shots and that's what makes people popular when they see the mug shots,
[00:12:43] you know, and then you got a few black people running around wearing these things.
[00:12:48] It's really scary that he really felt that compelled enough to be able to say that.
[00:12:57] I mean, what's your thoughts on this?
[00:12:59] Yeah, I definitely agree.
[00:13:00] And I think we were talking about, I guess we'll be talking later about people who may have some mental issues. But you know, Dave on the other side
[00:13:08] of that is not only does he believe it, anything that he tells his supporters, they believe
[00:13:16] too. So then, you know, then his supporters are going around saying black people love Trump, you know, I mean, I mean, to be
[00:13:27] honest, it's just weird. I saw two videos this week that and Dave, one of them was so
[00:13:33] funny if I thought about I should have played it today. But one of them built a
[00:13:37] reporter and she was pranking Trump supporters. So she was at some event
[00:13:41] where there are Trump supporters and she said, Hey, what do you think about this? What did you think about Joe Biden having an affair on his wife
[00:13:55] and then paying hush money to the person he had an affair with? And the lady was like, Oh, my goodness,
[00:14:00] that's terrible. I would never vote for a president like that. You know,
[00:14:05] that's terrible. And then the reporter was like, oops, I'm sorry, I made a mistake. That was Trump.
[00:14:10] He had learned every question. And then was like, Trump cheated on his way, had an affair. And
[00:14:14] a guy was like, what you know, same person. And was like, Oh, you know, it really, it really kind
[00:14:21] of depends on what the issue was. And this, but you know, it was about it really kind of depends on what the issue was. And it's, but you know, it was
[00:14:25] about a five minute video where they did that to like all, you know, Trump support. And it was
[00:14:30] just so funny how that when they said Biden did it was like, Oh, awful. He's he's delusional.
[00:14:38] One of the other things was like Biden said that, you know, we could shoot a beam of light
[00:14:43] through the body and cure our COVID. And later was like, Oh, he's delusional. He needs to be put away.
[00:14:49] And then she's like, oops, I'm sorry. I meant to say Trump said, and then
[00:14:53] they played the clip with Trump saying it. And she's like, well, it really
[00:14:57] depends on what type of light it is. Because you know, they have ultra
[00:14:59] wild, but long story short day, those people believe whatever he said.
[00:15:04] And that's crazy. But long story short, Dave, those people believe whatever he said.
[00:15:05] That they do.
[00:15:06] That they do.
[00:15:07] Yeah, it is crazy.
[00:15:09] And when you watch his, when you watch his speeches and you watch his, um, you know, since he's
[00:15:17] been on the presidential court, um, if you ever watch, and of course you can tell how, you know, he always has everybody strategically placed him back up on you ever, you know, and you know, it's always, it's always some black people in back of him, of course.
[00:15:35] And they said, did you hear that he's been using people that have mental disabilities and putting them in those seats. So, I'm sure they have a... Yeah, I read it.
[00:15:45] I read it.
[00:15:46] Yeah.
[00:15:47] So, they have disabilities for Trump?
[00:15:50] They don't understand everything.
[00:15:54] They don't know that they shouldn't be there because of the stuff that he's saying that
[00:15:59] he's talking about a lot of them.
[00:16:02] They don't read it.
[00:16:03] It's not registering with them.
[00:16:04] And so, if you ever notice, you't, it's not registering with them. And so if you ever
[00:16:05] notice, you know, and they always strategically placed that. And if you ever noticed that it's
[00:16:10] rallies and all that stuff, they're all the black people, everyone I've ever seen, they all are
[00:16:18] placed in the same positions. Like right behind them, almost like bodyguards. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, they're either in that front area and then
[00:16:29] they're kind of placed strategically throughout the crowd,
[00:16:33] you know, and, and, you know, because he wants you to make sure
[00:16:37] you see these people. Oh, yeah, that's true. They're very busy.
[00:16:40] Yeah. They're very visible always always so he
[00:16:46] he knows exactly
[00:16:49] what he's doing and
[00:16:53] He knows that he if he
[00:16:57] First of all, he knows he can get away with anything that he says but does I mean first of all is still the travesty that he's still
[00:17:04] Able to run for president.
[00:17:06] Yeah.
[00:17:07] I mean, even though there's been a few states that have set them down, he went to South
[00:17:13] Carolina and what?
[00:17:14] Well, they just said yesterday that the Supreme Court cannot black him from any of the state's
[00:17:21] ballots.
[00:17:22] I'm like, man, it is crazy. But we know if that was number 44 doing the same stuff,
[00:17:32] he wouldn't be able to run for that, that office. You know, he wouldn't be able to run for that
[00:17:38] office. I mean, come on now. It's really ridiculous that he's been able to do the things that he has
[00:17:45] But that's the world that we live in right now
[00:17:49] so
[00:17:50] But I just wanted to bring that story up because I know that it had been trending that was a hot topic because and I really believe that
[00:17:57] Barkley will it will actually hit nobody if he's they see it of what if he sees a walk around with that shirt on.
[00:18:09] So people, please do not be in this place with that shirt on.
[00:18:09] Okay.
[00:18:11] And what was it? Bartley who a while ago was spit on that boy, maybe by accident, but I feel like
[00:18:16] he was commentating and someone said something.
[00:18:19] Oh, yeah.
[00:18:19] Yeah.
[00:18:20] That's right.
[00:18:20] Yeah.
[00:18:21] That's true.
[00:18:21] Yeah.
[00:18:22] So today we are, we already know if he's willing to spit on a young child
[00:18:26] He definitely got plenty of Trump support in the face. Oh, he definitely gone. Yeah, the please people if you're Trump supported
[00:18:34] Do not be in child's Barclays face with that shirt on
[00:18:37] Because that's not gonna go the way you wanted to I'm gonna tell you that now now
[00:18:42] Unless you want to taunt him to try to get some money out of him because you got sue them if he hits you, you know, that type of thing. All right,
[00:18:52] move on to our next story. We pretty much gonna be standing the same area.
[00:18:56] Well, you know, Dave, talking about your favorite people, Donnie. So, in the last two weeks, there are two things that happen that I'm going to just title it as
[00:19:09] is AI trying to steal the election. AI, we're talking about artificial intelligence.
[00:19:25] So earlier in the month of February,
[00:19:30] there were some robocalls that were going to Democrat residents
[00:19:36] of New Hampshire that were urging them not to cast ballots.
[00:19:44] Yeah, not to cast ballots in the 2024 election. Okay and you may say
[00:19:50] day why? Why would anyone listen to a robocall that says don't cast your ballot?
[00:19:56] Why would anyone listen to a robocall that says don't cast your ballot? Why? Why?
[00:20:01] Why? Yep.
[00:20:05] Dave, I'm glad you said question.
[00:20:06] I figured you would be.
[00:20:07] Yeah, yeah.
[00:20:08] Good.
[00:20:09] All right.
[00:20:10] Because the voice calling them was an AI generated voice of Joe Biden.
[00:20:15] Right.
[00:20:16] So basically Dave, you know, imagine you getting a call and it's Joe Biden, robot voice on
[00:20:24] a robo call or automated call, whatever. And he's saying,
[00:20:28] Dave, I know you're one of my great big supporters. I know you gave all that money you have because
[00:20:34] you know, you're sitting on all that state money. But when the election 24, 24 election
[00:20:40] comes up, I'll be okay. I don't need your, well, you can stay home.
[00:20:45] You don't have to go to the ballots.
[00:20:50] Now, granted.
[00:20:51] First of all, first of all,
[00:20:52] no, wouldn't have been able to get all of that out.
[00:20:56] I mean, I'm just saying, first of all,
[00:21:01] why would anybody listen to a message like that?
[00:21:05] Dave, I understand, but think about this. There are people who get emails that say
[00:21:11] I'm related to so-and-so in Africa and I have a million dollars. I just need to
[00:21:19] manage to get the money out and I need you to set up a safe deposit bot and people fall for it. So
[00:21:26] Yeah, that's true. That is true. Yeah. Well, I guess it depends on the demographic because,
[00:21:32] of course, right now with all the scams and everything that's going on out there right now,
[00:21:38] it's mainly targeting mainly people 50, 60 and over, you know, and so of course it's easier to
[00:21:47] get them to fall.
[00:21:49] If you're convincing them enough, it's easier to get them to fall for something like that
[00:21:54] and then to get a younger person to do it because more likely they either are not going
[00:22:01] to answer the phone or they're going to hang up on you.
[00:22:03] So, you know, whatever.
[00:22:04] Right. Exactly. They're going'll let that thing go to voice mail
[00:22:07] Well, it's funny that you you you you mentioned the AI saying that it just brought up something I heard or do
[00:22:14] first first of all folks AI is taking over everything because you really got to pay attention to the stuff that's going on with AI
[00:22:22] generated
[00:22:24] pictures and billboards and all this other
[00:22:29] stuff that's going on with AI right now.
[00:22:32] Matter of fact, I was listening to something that Jamie Foxx was talking about because
[00:22:36] they were talking about Jamie Foxx and they were saying how he recently got this this award or something and
[00:22:46] You know he's there at the event and it's really the first time that
[00:22:52] You know he wanted the first times that he showed up at something since he was sick
[00:22:57] So he was up there talking about how you know
[00:23:01] people he had to convince people when he showed up to the event that it was really him because remember how he had to convince people what he showed up to the event,
[00:23:05] that it was really him.
[00:23:06] Because remember how they had all these clones out there?
[00:23:09] People were said that he had been clones.
[00:23:11] Yeah.
[00:23:12] But the whole Tyrone thing,
[00:23:14] or cloning Tyrone thing came out.
[00:23:16] And that people kept saying they saw him here,
[00:23:19] they saw him there and all this stuff.
[00:23:21] And people said, that wasn't Jamie, that was his clone,
[00:23:24] that was his clone. was his clone or they
[00:23:25] were pictures of him being there and everybody was saying was AI generated or whatever so he made
[00:23:31] a joke and he said he said then somebody said oh there's Jamie over there talking to talk to a
[00:23:40] white woman and everybody said yeah, that's it
[00:23:50] But you know right now the whole thing is
[00:23:57] It's really crazy because you can basically do anything you want with this whole way. I think I mean it's scary
[00:24:05] I mean really it is definitely gonna get a little tricky. So that leads me into my next one when you talk about do anything you want.
[00:24:12] So this week, the last couple of days, there was an article that said, and Dave, I'm going to put in this picture on here if you can see it. Yeah, there was an article saying that there are some
[00:24:20] fake images of Trump posing with black people that is AI generated and his
[00:24:28] supporters are spreading it around like black people love Trump and Trump loves black people.
[00:24:35] So this is one thing I learned through people commenting on the photo when I was reading
[00:24:39] the comments and I don't know if you knew I heard it and then I forgot about it but now I know.
[00:24:56] AI can generate images that look real life but there's one flaw. AI for some reason and David is probably going to change soon. They cannot do hands and fingers for some reason throws AI off every time. So if you can see right here, you see how there's something weird with the finger.
[00:25:11] Are you able to see the way that is sitting on the lady's shoulder there?
[00:25:15] Yeah, but it's like there's an extra part of the finger that goes here.
[00:25:19] I don't know if you can see that part.
[00:25:21] Oh, I'm sorry.
[00:25:22] Can you see my cursor?
[00:25:25] Oh, no. Oh, I see it now. I see it now. I see it now. Oh, yeah.
[00:25:31] Now see what you're talking about. Well, I didn't see that
[00:25:33] before. And Dave, look over here. Look at this finger. Oh, yeah.
[00:25:38] Look at this finger. You see how that's just like, yeah, being
[00:25:41] cut off because you can tell that that that that that yeah,
[00:25:44] because that image is being
[00:25:47] pasted in there, right?
[00:25:48] Yeah.
[00:25:49] So for some reason, I don't know why AI can't do fingers, right?
[00:25:54] Or you know, that's one of the telltale signs.
[00:25:56] But long story short, yeah.
[00:25:59] But long story short, AI, these images are given the impression that black people are supporting Trump.
[00:26:06] And of course, we already know anything Trump says or does, his supporters and I spread
[00:26:12] it.
[00:26:13] So his supporters have been spreading these pictures around, you know, with different
[00:26:17] social media captions, you know, just saying all type of things.
[00:26:23] So you know, I think AI is really gonna be something
[00:26:26] that we're gonna have to pay attention to this year,
[00:26:29] not just for the election, but for multiple things
[00:26:32] because some of this stuff just luxury, you know,
[00:26:36] like when I glanced at it, I was like, damn,
[00:26:39] this right here is a good, it's a good fake action.
[00:26:41] We should put that on our web, on our face, I mean, on our news and
[00:26:47] Transpace so people can look at that so they can see what you were talking about.
[00:26:52] Because it is definitely a picture that you, if they didn't, like they have the word fake
[00:27:02] on here, so it kind of tells you that something
[00:27:10] But if that word wasn't there you probably look at it say oh, okay. I wonder where this was okay
[00:27:13] but but but but then
[00:27:18] The even the face though
[00:27:21] Something looks different about his face too doesn't it?
[00:27:25] Look a little bit. Yeah a little bit. I mean, know you don't usually see him smiling like that or whatever but the hand thing I did not know that about
[00:27:33] about the hands and the fingers thing but that makes a lot of sense if they are pasting or placing
[00:27:41] image into another image. Because that kind of stuff could happen.
[00:27:47] Yeah, no, definitely. Yeah, we should put that. You should put a copy of that on our news
[00:27:53] and trends thing so people could take a look at it so they can see what you were talking
[00:27:56] about. Okay. All right. We'll do. And when you guys go when if he does that, you know,
[00:28:03] you know, they they it's probably easier. Let's put it on our Facebook page.
[00:28:06] Okay, we'll put it on our Facebook page and you put it on our and you put it on the Instagram page.
[00:28:15] So you have the ask out. I'll send you the picture and you can put it on there.
[00:28:20] Okay, right. Yeah, so you guys can take a look at what we were looking at. Because it is really
[00:28:28] interesting and it will. It is probably something that we need to pay attention to because of all
[00:28:36] the AI generated images that are being put out there. And especially in this type of situation
[00:28:41] because we don't want people to really believe that,
[00:28:47] he's got this kind of backing,
[00:28:48] because he's in there,
[00:28:49] and we didn't describe the picture at all.
[00:28:51] It's a picture of him with a group of supporters.
[00:28:59] They're all black, okay?
[00:29:03] It's females and a few men. And they all look happy and he's hugging a
[00:29:10] couple of the females and everything. And it just looks like one big love this. But it's
[00:29:16] not true, folks. It's not, it's not a real image. And you can tell when you look at the
[00:29:21] picture. In fact, David, let me show you that there
[00:29:25] is one other one I found.
[00:29:26] Let me see if I can find it as well.
[00:29:31] Because we have to be woke on this, folks, because the polls,
[00:29:34] I mean, November is coming very quickly.
[00:29:36] And if this guy is still in the race at that particular time,
[00:29:43] can you see this one too? Oh,, what I do. Oh damn, it cut.
[00:29:48] What you do? Hold on, let me save the image and then I'll. You know, when you go to the
[00:29:54] websites and you can view it for like five seconds and then they want you to subscribe.
[00:29:58] Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that's right. And then they want to, they put the thing up there and then, okay.
[00:30:07] Yeah. So they're saying that this is another fake picture.
[00:30:12] Now, how can you tell if this is a fake picture? Because I look, it doesn't show the hands.
[00:30:19] Right.
[00:30:20] It's a group is six black guys in back of them. They're all around them.
[00:30:26] Now, you don't show, they don't show any hands here or anything, but what would give this picture away?
[00:30:34] Yeah, I mean, I agree.
[00:30:36] This, well, you know, that's the thing.
[00:30:38] This would be challenging.
[00:30:39] Yeah.
[00:30:40] I don't see anything right off the bat that would say this is fake.
[00:30:51] That's interesting.
[00:30:52] Yeah.
[00:30:53] But they said it's fake?
[00:30:54] Yeah.
[00:30:56] But did they give a reason why?
[00:30:59] So I'm not sure.
[00:31:00] I would assume that people who are into AI, you know, I think there's just
[00:31:07] things you can tell. So like, have you seen people who like update their profile pictures
[00:31:12] using AI and it just looks like their skin just looks too good? No blemishes. So I'm
[00:31:18] assuming that probably certain other things they look for that aren't as obvious as hands
[00:31:23] and fingers. Hmm. Interesting.
[00:31:30] And scary at the same time. Right. Yeah. Wow. Okay. All right. Folks, pay attention.
[00:31:41] I mean, there's a lot of stuff that's going to be happening over the next few months as far as the selection goes. And if he's still allowed to become
[00:31:51] president of the United States, he's going to try everything he can to make
[00:31:55] sure that happens. Or even if it's not him, which I know he's going to try
[00:32:01] something, his supporters will do anything they can to try to get him back in the office again.
[00:32:07] So, just pay attention.
[00:32:12] What are you doing now?
[00:32:13] You,
[00:32:14] I'm just finding better pictures that mention the sake.
[00:32:18] So we put, yeah, Dave, I just wanna make sure.
[00:32:21] That's a better look at that.
[00:32:23] That's a cool, yeah. But you know, Dave, I just wanna make sure when. That's a good. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:32:26] But you know, Dave, I just want to make sure when we put his Trump pictures of people don't think we endorse him.
[00:32:31] Yeah, how about that? Yeah. Okay. All right.
[00:32:38] Does this pay attention people? That's all we're asking you to do is pay attention. Okay.
[00:32:42] That's all we're asking you to do is pay attention. Okay
[00:32:51] This one that that was the fuller that last picture that you showed is show the
[00:32:58] The hands and everything yeah, so so even with the hand so only thing I can kind of see is right here
[00:33:03] It almost looks like I mean, I know you don't got a long finger nail like that But I mean mean, that's the only thing. And then right here, it looks like he may be missing a finger,
[00:33:08] because he two knuckles here and a finger, but I mean, still, that doesn't look like,
[00:33:16] that doesn't look like it would be five fingers.
[00:33:19] Yeah, so I mean, it's still hard to tell. Yeah, that's, that is really weird.
[00:33:28] Yeah, so these right here are better images so that when we post on people ain't trying to say we're spreading Trump love.
[00:33:39] Yeah, okay. All right.
[00:33:43] All right.
[00:33:46] Interesting.
[00:33:52] Moving on to our next story.
[00:33:58] Well, speaking of somebody that's kind of going through some stuff right about now.
[00:34:03] I was looking at this article, Jamel Hill did on the legacy of Mr. Sean Diddy Combs, and
[00:34:16] it says he's thinking everything that he's been attached to. too. So this was Harry Fox. A slew of negative publicity is not doing anything to keep Sean
[00:34:31] Diddy Combs on the good side of the news. So much so that Jamel Hill has taken notice and claiming
[00:34:38] the hip-hop mogul is damaging his legacy by thinking everything he's been attached to.
[00:34:45] I think once the floodgates were sort of open with his ex-cassie coming out with the allegations that she did,
[00:34:53] which were very serious, very, you know, they were damning to be his act. And to be totally honest, I think as we see the pattern with all these cases, it takes one person that person has the bravery and the courage to come forward.
[00:35:14] Then suddenly you hear many stories and you have many allegations that will surface, he'll set in a recent podcast interview. I know that in general, we come to these accusations finally.
[00:35:28] And with them coming to light, they have been the subject
[00:35:35] of whispers for many, many years.
[00:35:38] He may now be finding out that gory, awful,
[00:35:41] tragic, horrible details, but there are always been a lot of whispers around some of these people that when we finally sort out
[00:35:50] Sort of understand the depth of what allegations
[00:35:54] Are against them it can be jarring to many people
[00:35:59] His comments come amid troubling troubling times for combs
[00:36:04] Chronicling the bad boys records founder.
[00:36:10] Points, the Jasmine Brand referenced
[00:36:14] the November of 2023 lawsuit
[00:36:17] from its ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura,
[00:36:20] the first five directed at Combs since late last year.
[00:36:29] In that suit, ventorial cues, combs of rape, sexual trafficking, and physical abuse.
[00:36:35] The lawsuit was also being settled between the pair one day after venturous claims
[00:36:42] became public knowledge. I'm going gonna stop right there for a moment.
[00:36:47] The fact that that happened so quickly,
[00:36:49] and you and I talked about this right after it happened,
[00:36:55] said a lot about what really was going on
[00:36:58] and that you knew that Sean Puffy-Cones was in trouble.
[00:37:04] Because for him to come out and settle
[00:37:06] that lawsuit and then he said yeah it was for 30 million dollars right the next
[00:37:12] day that was like go to the bank get her the money yeah like immediately look he
[00:37:23] took his black card went to an ATM ATM, it took out $30 million over,
[00:37:27] you know, in a transaction, you know, I mean, that's scary. I mean, because you know, that he
[00:37:36] had to have some stuff on him, you know, for him just to do that real quick. You magic going from
[00:37:43] you know, for him just to do that real quick. You magic going from being a person with a little money
[00:37:47] to being a millionaire in less than 24 hours.
[00:37:51] Right. Right.
[00:37:52] Without playing the lottery.
[00:37:55] You know what I'm saying?
[00:37:57] That's crazy.
[00:37:59] So it goes on to say,
[00:38:03] in the lawsuit,
[00:38:11] music producer, and this is the most recent thing, Rodney Little Ride Jones is suing Combs for $30 million also, if we claim some sexual assault
[00:38:18] and harassment lawsuit against the all about the Benjamin hit maker.
[00:38:28] Combs have maintained as innocent in all these cases and noting the damage done from the lawsuits will
[00:38:31] he'll believe Combs image among the public
[00:38:33] is more than likely forever tarnished.
[00:38:40] It's really crazy
[00:38:49] because all his businesses that suffer, you know, revolve in his school.
[00:38:54] He had a couple schools, capital, preparatory schools, among all the other companies, you know, of course, the
[00:39:07] Serak, you know, all of that stuff has basically taken a hit and all those companies that really
[00:39:17] kind of distance themselves from him anyway. You said, you know, last time we saw Puffy, he got that award on last year on that, I
[00:39:30] forget what a warship, but they think it was the B.T. awards, hip-hop awards, and they
[00:39:36] gave him a lifetime achievement award.
[00:39:39] And even that night when they gave, and this was before Cassie came out with her allegations because
[00:39:46] it happened right after that that he got the award that she came out with the allegations.
[00:39:52] People were talking that night y'all giving puffy a lifetime is even award and then the
[00:40:00] next thing you know she comes out with those allegations. Talk about a fall.
[00:40:05] You talk about a fall from grace.
[00:40:07] Now this guy has been a self made person all this time.
[00:40:15] We've been riding with Puffy for a long time now, but then you see.
[00:40:29] and we're puffy for a long time now, but then you see a lot of it makes sense now when you think about a lot of stuff that's happened over the years, especially with his artists,
[00:40:34] because remember how his artists will all come out, they get these hits and whatever
[00:40:39] this thing, all of a sudden, they have these big hits and all of a sudden they just disappear.
[00:40:46] And all of them be talking about the same thing because he don't, you know, he let them walk away
[00:40:53] and everything. And all of them would say the same thing. They walk away with, they might have
[00:40:58] car, you know, they have a car or a couple of things, but he ain't got no money.
[00:41:02] have a car or a couple of things, but they ain't got no money.
[00:41:08] You know, they said Puffy, you know, the contracts, the puffy would write up was not good contracts to any of them
[00:41:11] artists. Right. Not even one that made money was them.
[00:41:16] You know, and why doesn't you know, none of those artists
[00:41:24] stay with him. He doesn't have all none of those artists they would if he doesn't have
[00:41:26] All his big hits that he had with all the artists none of them guys are with him
[00:41:31] No, they're not and and most of them don't even
[00:41:35] The only people who the only people who still kind of stay close to music wise throughout the year
[00:41:40] Where people who are never under his label like Mary J. Yeah.
[00:41:45] You know, like, yep.
[00:41:46] Yep.
[00:41:47] Yep.
[00:41:48] And even recently, I don't know if you noticed, Mary J said a few things recently.
[00:41:53] Oh, no, I hadn't heard.
[00:41:55] Yeah.
[00:41:56] He said, you know, he said, well, I knew some stuff was going on, but I didn't think it
[00:42:00] was as bad as everybody's making it out to me.
[00:42:03] I heard she know no she no day
[00:42:05] Well, she had to because he he wrapped her all this time, you know, you know
[00:42:11] Even in her documentary and everything he's all up in that, you know, so he had she had to know something was going on
[00:42:23] Do you think in your lifetime that you've ever seen a bigger fall from grace than this?
[00:42:29] Maybe I'm Harvey Weinstein.
[00:42:32] Yeah, but Harvey, but did we care about Harvey Weinstein?
[00:42:38] Well, I mean, we didn't care, but still his fall from grace was quick. It was quick.
[00:42:47] And he took some other people down with him too, because of the association with him.
[00:42:51] Well, Dave, you already know if puppies start spilling some beans, there's gonna be a lot
[00:42:56] of people go down with him too.
[00:42:58] Well, you know, there's already been some big names that have been mentioned.
[00:43:01] And, you know, when I'm with TD Jakes.
[00:43:04] Yep, I heard that.
[00:43:06] Yeah and you know there's been a few other names associated and you know and
[00:43:12] it's really it's really a shame because if it does all come out
[00:43:24] wow that's what I'm going to say.
[00:43:26] If it all does come out, you know, um, it's not looking good at this point.
[00:43:32] And, you know, I guess when you, when you get that kind of power,
[00:43:49] I guess you think you're untouchable?
[00:43:52] Yeah, I'm sure a power trip. Well Dave, I was telling somebody the other day,
[00:43:54] if it was me, I would move to one of these countries
[00:43:59] that you can live very nicely for very, very cheap.
[00:44:02] And I would just live out the rest of my,
[00:44:04] because I don't think there's any coming the rest of my because I don't think
[00:44:05] there's any coming back for Pussy.
[00:44:08] I don't think so either, but is he going to have any money to be
[00:44:10] able to do that?
[00:44:11] Oh, Dave, you know, he got money.
[00:44:13] Yeah, we know he got money, but how much I mean, think about it.
[00:44:17] With all the lawsuits that are probably building up right about
[00:44:20] now and all the lawyers he's going to have to pay.
[00:44:24] So, so the guy will walk away.
[00:44:27] He need to start selling his businesses to his kids, sell his house and just dip
[00:44:34] out. That'd be my thoughts.
[00:44:39] When their career said go with them.
[00:44:43] We were they they they said she was on it too.
[00:44:46] Yeah, they said he thought it. Yeah, they said that he was not
[00:44:50] innocent in this too. Yeah. Yeah. So, but he, well, you know,
[00:44:54] that shouldn't surprise anybody though. I mean, you know, he
[00:44:58] had her doing some crazy stuff anyway. So, I don't know, folks,
[00:45:03] it doesn't look good for Mr. Combs.
[00:45:07] And, you know, and when you think about it though, you just
[00:45:11] hope that none of our other big time entertainers are caught up
[00:45:15] in this mess as well or doing stuff like this.
[00:45:18] I mean, of course, you know, you think about puppy, you think
[00:45:21] about Jay-Z and you know, think about people like that.
[00:45:24] I just thought that Nas was trying to buy was trying to get a casino
[00:45:30] license because he wants to build a casino own a casino five billion dollars
[00:45:35] he's trying to pay to get this casino license you know I was like you know, and I was like, you know, so. Just hope that, you know, these guys
[00:45:48] are not into a lot of, you know,
[00:45:50] into the same stuff or were into
[00:45:54] the same stuff
[00:45:57] that Puffy was into because, you know,
[00:45:59] we would hate to see people that we all kind of looked up
[00:46:02] to coming up, you know, and been proud of because
[00:46:09] they were self, you know, self made millionaires and billionaires and so forth. And to have it all
[00:46:16] come crashing down like this, because Puffy had just made the billion dollar, the billionaires list,
[00:46:22] right? When before all this stuff started happening
[00:46:27] Well, what would they say the same people you see going up whether I'd be the same people you see coming down?
[00:46:32] Yeah, just gonna be probably you probably won't it'll probably all be a blur because you're going down so fast, you know
[00:46:40] So that's all he thinks up
[00:46:42] man
[00:46:44] Will it fall man would it fall? but you know, so that's all he thinks of. Man, what a fall, man, what a fall.
[00:46:47] But, you know, I guess,
[00:46:53] well, this had to see what this takes us
[00:46:55] and takes him, you know, because I'm sure
[00:46:59] we heard the last of it.
[00:47:01] And I'm sure there's gonna be some big, big stuff
[00:47:04] that's gonna be, big big stuff that's gonna be when everything's unveiled
[00:47:09] it's probably gonna be newsworthy big time newsworthy so we'll see all right
[00:47:19] or a nest subject uh been kind of the hot topic over the last couple weeks you know you and
[00:47:26] I've talked about it a couple times figure we talk about it on the show
[00:47:29] everybody else is talking about it and the TikTok series why and the F I mean
[00:47:42] who in the F did I marry everybody should be aware of this by now
[00:47:47] Have you seen some of the funny memes and stuff at all that's going all around it, you know
[00:47:52] There's people impersonating her. It's you know, it's funny ways or whatever, you know, uh, but it's um
[00:48:00] It's a compelling compelling series
[00:48:03] On tiktTok where this young lady
[00:48:06] She goes by Risa
[00:48:09] Teresa's and they were and then she calls herself Risa
[00:48:15] Goes on TikTok and creates a series of videos
[00:48:23] all told 50 videos that takes her a total of eight hours to film.
[00:48:34] Where he goes and tells the story, probably one of the most unbelievable stories that
[00:48:39] we've ever heard.
[00:48:41] I mean, I've never heard anything like it.
[00:48:44] I know, I don't think anything like it. I know you.
[00:48:45] I don't think you have either, right?
[00:48:47] No.
[00:48:48] And you haven't finished the whole series, right?
[00:48:51] And I shall not.
[00:48:53] I don't know.
[00:48:55] Yeah.
[00:48:56] OK, well, I did finish the series.
[00:48:58] I did.
[00:49:00] But it's very compelling and everything
[00:49:03] that this woman starts to talk
[00:49:05] I mean it gets you from the very beginning because you were like what the very first
[00:49:10] Epis he meets this guy
[00:49:12] They hit it off. They beat on a dating site Facebook dating site and
[00:49:17] They hit it off and then they meet for dinner and she has
[00:49:22] Letter letter. Here's the first real flag.
[00:49:26] Now, how many real flags was in this story?
[00:49:31] I'm gonna say there probably had to be 100 real flags
[00:49:34] in this story, of them getting together.
[00:49:38] But here it is, the very first time they decided
[00:49:42] to get together, the first real flag happens
[00:49:47] she has a flat tire on the way to beat him for dinner
[00:49:54] she has a blowout on the road thank god she didn't get hurt she didn't do any damage to her car
[00:50:00] or anything but the tire went out she calls him
[00:50:10] or anything, but the tire went out. She calls him. Guy says, don't worry. I'll be out there. Tell me where you are. He comes. Me too. Puts a donut on. They go to a tire brand new tire for now in a perfect world that kind of stuff happens but how perfect of a world is it
[00:50:33] that that would happen with your first date think about that okay and then they still end up going out to dinner to her favorite place.
[00:50:46] She ain't too good for this place. The cheesecake factory, because we've already had,
[00:50:52] we've already heard stories about going to the cheesecake factory on a first date, you know, so.
[00:50:58] And she said they went on to have a perfect, perfect dinner and perfect date.
[00:51:09] Then two weeks later, COVID hits.
[00:51:13] And because this happened in March of 2020.
[00:51:17] COVID hits a couple weeks later after they meet.
[00:51:20] Things are going kind of fast between them.
[00:51:23] Girlfriend and him decide they're going quarantine together.
[00:51:29] Two weeks after they meet each other.
[00:51:34] Second red flag, COVID hit right after you meet each other.
[00:51:41] And then they are going to say for the people who have not watched it yet don't don't give all the
[00:51:47] details. Oh, no, I'm not I'm not but that's what that's just
[00:51:51] the beginning of this. That's the first video talking about
[00:51:56] that's the first couple of red flags right there. I mean, and
[00:52:00] for those who haven't seen it, you gotta watch this.
[00:52:05] Leonard's scared to finish it. Don't get the, I understand.
[00:52:09] You know, but, um, there's a lot that goes on in this and it's very compelling,
[00:52:15] but it's also eye opening too. And for now,
[00:52:20] it could be taken a couple different ways because there's a lot that goes on in this
[00:52:28] and I don't want to get too deep into it for those who haven't seen it because the starting
[00:52:33] to make it round, people really tuning into it.
[00:52:36] Now, you know, there's over 400 million people that have seen this now.
[00:52:42] Okay. now okay he said when he loaded the first because he did it he loaded them like
[00:52:49] five at a time he said when he loaded the first set of videos he wasn't sure
[00:52:55] how well it was gonna do because he says he only got like 20,000 views
[00:53:00] Dave I'm looking right here you know there's only 331.9 million people in the United States.
[00:53:09] Ain't that crazy? Right. And over 400 million people have seen this video, these videos.
[00:53:16] Now, okay, around the world, they said around the world. So,
[00:53:21] around the world. So when you think about it, for her to take the time to chronicle all this, you know there
[00:53:29] had to be some stuff that went on.
[00:53:32] It also says a lot about meeting people the way that we do now where a majority of people
[00:53:41] do meet people online.
[00:53:48] It's kind of hard to get around that these days because that's where people want to be,
[00:53:51] who they want to be online.
[00:53:53] And you could build yourself up to be this great woman
[00:53:56] or it is a great man online and that's what people do.
[00:54:02] But you also still have to use a certain amount of caution and you have to
[00:54:13] be careful. And this story is all about what could go wrong if you're not diligent and careful in paying attention to the people that you're meeting.
[00:54:25] This young lady really, really dies the bullet. I'm going to say that.
[00:54:46] I'm trying not to get too deep into the story because I want you guys to really.
[00:54:52] For those who.
[00:54:54] Who haven't heard about this or who haven't seen it you can go on tiktok.
[00:54:58] It's there.
[00:54:59] I think they even have that search up and on YouTube now.
[00:55:03] And she's making
[00:55:06] around. She was on Good Morning America yesterday with Robin
[00:55:11] Roberts. And she was on Tamarind Hall show talking about it as
[00:55:16] well. They're already, I think you said that you saw that
[00:55:24] somebody, some entertainment company that's finder
[00:55:27] Yeah, because everybody's itching for this to be put on film and
[00:55:34] Some type of series or some type of movie
[00:55:37] I really think it would have to be a series in order to do do justice to what really went down
[00:55:47] What's your thoughts on all this?
[00:55:49] Yeah, I mean, I think she luckily, well, fortunate for her.
[00:55:55] You know, she shared her story and her story was a hit.
[00:55:57] And I would advise every lady who has some issues,
[00:56:02] you know, don't get on don't get on tiktok just sharing all the business
[00:56:06] But you know, no, no, but cuz you know what now that she did it
[00:56:10] I guarantee a lot more people guys started doing it and you know, open opening his but
[00:56:16] You know, I mean her her story is very there's gonna be a lot of people come online too. Oh, yeah, I'm sure
[00:56:22] Yeah, but you know her story is very unique.
[00:56:25] And to be honest, as elementary as it sounds,
[00:56:30] she was the first person to think to do something like this.
[00:56:33] So, you know, she's gonna reap a reward.
[00:56:39] And she's probably gonna be the blueprint
[00:56:41] for other people trying to tell their stories too.
[00:56:44] Yeah, I think we're very real quick. I was going to say I'm hopefully, you know, there's no story about anyone named
[00:56:51] um, Smavitt Boker.
[00:56:56] Might be ugly.
[00:56:57] Yeah, that might be ugly. You're something. Yeah. But you know, it's very changed the game
[00:57:05] when it comes to TikTok and Instagram,
[00:57:09] those type of, especially those two social media sites.
[00:57:14] Because now we're seeing her go on and telling her story.
[00:57:21] And you and I talked to a young lady last week,
[00:57:24] that was her author, Monica Pickett.
[00:57:27] And we were telling her about doing the audio books
[00:57:30] and so forth, she wrote a trilogy of books
[00:57:34] and saying maybe this is something that she did look at
[00:57:36] doing and it's going on TikTok
[00:57:38] and telling her the story of her trilogy.
[00:57:40] You know?
[00:57:41] Yeah, definitely.
[00:57:44] But this is gonna change the way that
[00:57:46] The youth TikTok because we've had a lot of people get discovered a lot of stars. I matter of fact
[00:57:52] Nowadays when you talk about celebrities
[00:57:56] There's more celebrities that people people know from TikTok and Instagram
[00:58:02] Then they do from TV and movies and so forth, right?
[00:58:06] Right.
[00:58:07] You know, when you get, you know, these celebrity basketball games and these other celebrity
[00:58:12] events, they're most of the people are coming from these social media sites that they're
[00:58:18] bringing in to these things.
[00:58:20] And everybody knows them.
[00:58:22] So when you look at something like this,
[00:58:26] you can go on to one of these social media sites now,
[00:58:29] especially TikTok, because that's the way it's set up,
[00:58:32] and just tell a whole story and act out a whole story.
[00:58:37] If you got the right people acting,
[00:58:39] you could actually do a mini series on TikTok.
[00:58:44] Yeah, you're right.
[00:58:46] You know, so it's, you know, the, the, unfortunately we're glued to our phones.
[00:58:56] We're glued towards to our iPads and our tablets and our laptops and so forth computers, looking at people look at
[00:59:08] devices more than they do TVs now. That's crazy. I rather, you know, you hear young people,
[00:59:19] oh, I rather watch it on my phone than watch it on TV, you know, so
[00:59:31] So this is where we are this young lady. I'm so glad that
[00:59:37] There was no physical violence that came her way
[00:59:41] Because it could have been It could have ended really badly for her
[00:59:47] But thank God it hasn't and there hasn't been any issues as far as that's concerned. But there's also, the story also contains
[00:59:57] mental illness as well, according to what's come out of the story.
[01:00:05] And it really says a lot about people
[01:00:10] that have been through all liars, pathological liars,
[01:00:17] compulsive liars, people that may have schizophrenia
[01:00:22] or bipolar.
[01:00:24] It's a lot that comes out when you
[01:00:26] talk when you hear stories like her story and other stories. When you read the comments
[01:00:32] that have been said in a lot of her, when every time she did a different entry into
[01:00:40] her series, you know, the comments started out really bad they were really negative towards her you know because everybody was calling her crazy how could
[01:00:49] you not know how good you use that see what was going on you know why didn't
[01:00:54] you question this why didn't you question this a lot of people were calling her
[01:00:57] gold digger because she thought the guy the guy really made her think he had
[01:01:02] money that's right you know so but then you started noticing the compassion
[01:01:10] Change for her
[01:01:14] By the people who were watching as the story went along, you know, so
[01:01:20] so
[01:01:21] If you haven't seen this people I strongly recommend that you see it.
[01:01:27] It can really help in with determining the cost you should have for those that are looking to date and get back, especially if you haven't been out there in the
[01:01:49] wall and you going back out there, you know, you don't know how to go about it
[01:01:54] since things are so different now. You really have to be smart about it and
[01:01:59] you really have to pay attention.
[01:02:02] What's your thoughts on that?
[01:02:07] Yeah, I mean, my final thoughts are just, you know, she she was
[01:02:11] the first to do it like this. And she made her mark and she's
[01:02:14] about to make some money. And I'm sure this will not be the
[01:02:19] last of what we hear about recent Tisa.
[01:02:22] Yep, that's right. It's not going to be the lesson. You know, even her and it's funny
[01:02:27] because there's been a couple responses from Legion her ex. He's done a couple videos and he's,
[01:02:36] you know, of course, he's still maintaining that, you know, he didn't lie and all of this stuff. But
[01:02:49] know, he didn't lie and all of this stuff. But I'm sure as he gets bigger and if that series does come out, well, I'm sure it's going to be one of the most watched things
[01:02:56] to come on, whatever, you know, so. But folks, I just wanted to bring that to your attention
[01:03:03] because it's been talked about it.
[01:03:05] It's not going anywhere anytime soon
[01:03:09] and more and more people tune in next.
[01:03:10] I didn't look at it right away.
[01:03:12] I've known about it for a few weeks.
[01:03:14] And somebody kept saying, have you watched this series yet?
[01:03:17] And I think it kept talking about it at work.
[01:03:19] I worked with a bunch of females.
[01:03:21] So they kept talking about it at work.
[01:03:24] And I'm sure a couple of them are
[01:03:26] listening right now, they're going to get on me for saying that. But and they, you know,
[01:03:32] one particular person said, you haven't watched it yet? And I said, no, I haven't watched
[01:03:35] it. That finally one day I started watching it. I said, let me turn this on. And it got
[01:03:40] me from the verse very first. I said, Oh, and And then I said oh again, and I was like, I'm I got to see what's going on here
[01:03:49] You know and it draws you in she tells the way she tells her story. She actually draws you in so
[01:03:56] so
[01:03:58] You know, I just want to say good now of course she's forever changed because of this
[01:04:07] Like her old self, she can never go back to because of everything that's happened. So, but we'll see how her
[01:04:13] new, you know, what happens as far as her future goes. And, you know, I just wanted to bring that up for those who haven't seen it. I suggest you take a look at it.
[01:04:29] That's what I'm suggesting.
[01:04:31] You take a look at it because I think we all need to see it
[01:04:34] and especially people of color.
[01:04:37] Because there's a lot of craziness going on out there in the world today.
[01:04:41] So, all right.
[01:04:44] Leonard checked out on this subject, so we're going to keep it moving.
[01:04:50] About so yeah, I can only handle so much recitation. You know, I know, I know, I know, I know, I know,
[01:04:57] all right. Well, we're two letters favorite part of the show anyway, so we're going through
[01:05:01] Dave's corner and and and I'm going to challenge Leonard with a fub today's question. Okay, here we go. You have the chance to go back
[01:05:13] in your life and redo three major moments in your life. What three moments would you redo that you can share that is?
[01:05:28] Of course, then.
[01:05:31] There's a caveat to that question.
[01:05:33] Yeah, I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know.
[01:05:36] I know we can't tell everything. So fear.
[01:05:38] No, you know, we, we said we got to protect the innocent who.
[01:05:42] Yeah, we got to protect the unnamed.
[01:05:44] There we go.
[01:05:45] So probably the number one thing,
[01:05:47] and I think about all the time, when I graduated from school
[01:05:51] in Florida, I had to make a decision on where I was trying
[01:05:56] to go.
[01:05:58] And my options, and of course, this was 2002,
[01:06:04] my options were Atlanta or Lando
[01:06:08] Or somewhere in Florida and they guess what option I made
[01:06:15] Delaware Delaware. Why did I do that? Why did I go back?
[01:06:22] Because you wanted to be home man, I
[01:06:26] Did but you know like I always tell this story and I always laugh when I tell it.
[01:06:30] I came home to Delaware to no job, no money, no friends, no girl living in my parents' house.
[01:06:40] That's what I came home to.
[01:06:44] Like, geez, like what
[01:06:46] the heck was I thinking? So that's one thing I always think
[01:06:50] about like, man, like, okay, if I've gone to Orlando, if I'd go
[01:06:53] into Atlanta or if I stayed in Tallahassee, you know, how
[01:06:58] would things be different?
[01:07:00] That's my number one.
[01:07:03] My number two is kind of a spinoff of that where my senior year
[01:07:10] I was mechanical engineering major who somehow passed through the ranks
[01:07:16] because it was a process for my senior year my senior project.
[01:07:21] We were me and my partner, this girl, and you remember her name Chica, we were,
[01:07:32] we were partnered with this chemical company and we had like designed to see some type of solution
[01:07:40] equation to some of their chemical batches or something. I don't even remember exactly what it was.
[01:07:47] And after we did our presentation, we did a great job on the presentation,
[01:07:53] and they wanted to offer me a job working with their company. Dave, I should have taken it,
[01:08:03] Dave I should have taken it because guess what guess what I did
[01:08:05] What? Came to Delaware no job
[01:08:09] No girl no friends no money living on my parents house
[01:08:14] Those are two different decisions. I think about all the time
[01:08:21] Yeah
[01:08:23] My third one. Well, my third one I probably can't talk about, but then going
[01:08:29] to the fourth, the fourth one. I don't know. I mean, after that, you know, it almost seems like,
[01:08:37] you know, everything kind of happens for a reason. Oh, okay, I know what it was dude and hopefully all the years ain't listening
[01:08:50] but there was one point when I was in a relationship that wasn't great and I
[01:08:56] just say it wasn't my first wife and it's not currently so I just leave those out so no one. Yeah. Yeah, okay, and
[01:09:10] I had the opportunity to buy a
[01:09:13] condo in
[01:09:18] Myrtle Beach. It was like it was a it was a condo inside of a
[01:09:24] Not an entertainment place, but it was like a time share condo, but where it was, they
[01:09:25] had a lot of attractions right on the grounds of the condo.
[01:09:30] And I had the opportunity to buy this condo.
[01:09:33] I'm sorry, I had the opportunity to own it for $5,000.
[01:09:39] Now basically, basically just saying I put down $5,000 and then I'd be making monthly
[01:09:43] payments.
[01:09:45] No credit check, no tax returns, no nothing like that.
[01:09:52] And then hopefully when they rented out the condo, hopefully that would have paid for
[01:09:57] whatever the mortgage was and maybe I had to it if it was short.
[01:10:02] But the reason why I didn't was because of the situation I was in, I knew
[01:10:09] I had to make a trip. I didn't want to buy a site on scene. And I just didn't know how
[01:10:15] to make a solo trip without drama. So I just I passed on it. But I think about that all the time too. So, you know, those are my three decisions.
[01:10:29] Yeah, yeah, I get it.
[01:10:31] I get it believing.
[01:10:32] Yeah.
[01:10:33] Those, those sound like three heart decisions that you had to make, man.
[01:10:38] You know, so.
[01:10:39] Yeah.
[01:10:40] Yeah.
[01:10:41] But, you know, kind of like to say everything happens for a reason cuz then you know, how would you do news and trends without
[01:10:47] Land, you know, there you go. I know you was it you I know, I mean it would have never happened with Len anyway
[01:10:55] Probably would have
[01:10:57] Probably would have been
[01:11:04] Would have been a DJ Tim dog and y'all would have all sports show
[01:11:08] Yeah, I know tip. Yeah, we'd be talking
[01:11:12] Eagles and yeah crying about anything to us crying about Jason Kelsey
[01:11:17] retiring, you know, so you know
[01:11:22] But okay, all right what what day, what about you?
[01:11:26] If you have the chance to go back in your life
[01:11:29] and redo three major moments,
[01:11:33] what would those three moments be?
[01:11:37] Well, the first one I think back to high school
[01:11:41] and back then, you know, all, you know, you had, when I was in school, the big
[01:11:52] thing was the two, you had college prep, which for, you know, basically you were taking your
[01:11:59] courses that were set up for you to go to college and you know, you know, your standard
[01:12:05] college courses.
[01:12:07] And then you had the co-op courses where you can co-op and go and you know, you will work
[01:12:15] a good part of the year working for some corporation like DuPont and we had Hercules DuPont. We had banking. We had people in banking and so forth and basically
[01:12:30] You would take all these business classes and end up
[01:12:34] working for these companies during the school year and
[01:12:38] Then when you got out of school if you didn't want to go to college a lot of them
[01:12:42] Just you know you just went to work for these companies
[01:12:46] And made good money right out of school
[01:12:49] You know I'm saying right out of school. I
[01:12:54] Didn't want to do that and I had a chance to
[01:12:58] And I didn't want to do that. I just wanted to do the college prep courses, you know and just take the regular classes
[01:13:04] Leonard knowing what I know now. I was been co-op all day long, man. Right.
[01:13:11] You know, I mean, because a lot of my classmates ended up working for like Dupont for 30 plus
[01:13:19] years and, you know, or in banking for 30 plus years, they came, you know, came right out of high school
[01:13:26] and went into these positions, making real good money.
[01:13:29] I mean, money that took me a long time to make,
[01:13:33] you know what I'm saying?
[01:13:34] So, that was one, that's one thing that if I had a chance
[01:13:39] to go back to high school,
[01:13:41] I definitely would have took the co-op classes and took Spanish because that was another
[01:13:47] thing I didn't do. Yeah, I took French as a rebellion. I was
[01:13:52] being rebellious, rebellious about because I didn't want to
[01:13:57] take Spanish because everybody was taken Spanish. So I
[01:13:59] took French with their friends to do for I had three years of
[01:14:03] French in high school.
[01:14:09] Because I didn't want to taste Spanish. But that would be something else I would do. I'd take Spanish. Yeah. So yeah. So that was the first thing. I
[01:14:15] mean, you know, these kind of in, you know, nine to script, you know, but
[01:14:21] it was a big, it was a big thing back then. And I definitely,
[01:14:25] if I could have went back to high school, I definitely would be lumped in right with all my
[01:14:29] friends, you know, taking them didn't the score. So the next thing I understand that,
[01:14:36] I understand that. Well, yeah. The next thing happened that happened.
[01:14:44] And, and you know, you had a a you spoke of a tough thing that had
[01:14:48] to do with relationships or whatever the case may be so I'm gonna put one of those in there
[01:14:52] as well. Okay. I don't I had no regrets to what came out of this. let me preface it by saying this.
[01:15:07] But I became a father in 19 while I was in college.
[01:15:17] And also found myself getting married at the same time
[01:15:28] because of immigration situation
[01:15:33] that also happened at that time.
[01:15:35] Oh, Dave, I've never heard of this story.
[01:15:37] Pro-C.
[01:15:38] I told you this story, I told you this story before.
[01:15:40] You probably forgot that.
[01:15:41] I definitely forgot.
[01:15:42] But my daughter, my daughter's mother was from Barbados. And
[01:15:48] she was about to be so we both we both actually went to school together. We both were the
[01:15:54] same age. Matter of fact, I'm exactly a week older than her. A week older than her. At the
[01:16:04] same time, found out she was pregnant. We also found out she
[01:16:07] was about to be deported because her visa had expired. She was here visiting her father
[01:16:12] and ended up staying in a visa expiry while she was here. And they were about to deport her.
[01:16:18] Same week we found out she was pregnant. So, had to make a decision.
[01:16:27] was pregnant. So I had to make a decision. The decision was to marry, get married to keep her here in the United States, so she had the baby had the baby here in the United
[01:16:32] States. Otherwise, if she had gone home and had the baby there, it would have been five
[01:16:39] years, at least five years before she would have been that allowed to bring the baby here to the United States. So it was a lot of thinking that I had to do.
[01:16:50] Seaprily got married without my family knowing about it. Oh, that sounded like
[01:16:59] trouble. Yeah, it was. It was a lot. Yeah.
[01:17:11] There now, like I said, I preference this by saying because the greatest gift was my daughter.
[01:17:24] The reason I did all of that was to keep her here and make sure that she had a chance to have a good life and she has a great life.
[01:17:27] She really has done very well for us.
[01:17:35] The only thing I would redo, it's not so much.
[01:17:40] I don't want to eliminate the fact that she's here, but I just wish I would have been a little smarter back then. Mm hmm. About things, if you know what I'm saying.
[01:17:46] Right.
[01:17:47] Okay.
[01:17:48] And so I would definitely tweet that situation.
[01:17:53] I would definitely go back and be a little smarter.
[01:17:59] And the last thing. I think I would have changed. I had an opportunity once to go into business with someone who told me, and this is when
[01:18:32] I was about 40 years old, had an opportunity to go into business with this person who,
[01:18:41] you ever meet a person that just does so much talking and you know, you hear a lot
[01:18:46] of they have all these big ideals and you just say to yourself, okay, that'll never
[01:18:51] work, you know, they, you know, because they just seem like they were always talking like
[01:18:56] strat, stratospheric type stuff, you know what I mean?
[01:19:02] This guy was that, that kind of guy.
[01:19:03] He was like, Dave, you and I can do this we can do this we can do this
[01:19:07] All you got to do is just go in with me, you know
[01:19:10] Told me, you know, he said he said this invests $2,000. That's what he said
[01:19:16] It's invest $2,000 and we can and you and you can we can be on our way
[01:19:21] Well at the time I had the money
[01:19:24] And I told him that I said I can't invest $2,000.. Well, at the time I didn't have the money. And I told him that.
[01:19:25] I said, I can't invest $2,000.
[01:19:27] I was married at the time.
[01:19:29] Couldn't do it.
[01:19:33] He said, I'll spot you the money.
[01:19:35] Just pay it back when we start making money.
[01:19:42] And I just, well, I remember going to my ex and sent talking to her about it.
[01:19:50] He was like, nah, he's crazy.
[01:19:52] Don't do it, you know, and all this kind of stuff.
[01:19:54] And I listened to her.
[01:19:56] And he had a bunch of grandiose ideals about this.
[01:20:00] Well, making long story short, I didn't do it.
[01:20:07] He ended up moving to California
[01:20:13] and became a millionaire.
[01:20:16] Are we talking about P. Diddy or somebody else?
[01:20:19] No, no, no, no, very good friend.
[01:20:24] You heard me tell the story about going to California,
[01:20:26] meet Denzel Washington, going to Lakeord Games. That guy, that's the guy. My friend. Went to
[01:20:34] California and never came back to Delaware. Well, he's talking about moving back to Delaware
[01:20:39] now because his mother's sick and he wants to be here, you know, for, but he's reattiring. He ended up working for the chamber of commerce in
[01:20:48] Los Angeles and made a ton of money.
[01:20:55] His loft looks like one of those, the place where he lives is
[01:21:01] one of those abandoned warehouses. Look like one of those abandoned
[01:21:04] warehouses that you walk into and you'd be like, Oh my God, when where he lives is one of those abandoned warehouses. Look like one of those abandoned warehouses
[01:21:05] that you walk into and you'd be like,
[01:21:07] oh my God, when you walk into,
[01:21:09] I mean, this place is crazy letter.
[01:21:12] Crazy.
[01:21:14] Okay.
[01:21:15] And he owns the whole building.
[01:21:17] You know what I mean?
[01:21:18] Yeah.
[01:21:19] Yeah.
[01:21:20] But this,
[01:21:24] you know, if I had the chance to go back and do it I'd be you never know me
[01:21:27] He would have never known
[01:21:31] I got this business opportunity
[01:21:34] Send me a thousand dollars tonight
[01:21:37] Okay, they don't don't let history repeat itself send me that
[01:21:42] Tonight
[01:21:43] We're gonna be millionaires
[01:21:54] Yes, send it to my cash
[01:22:06] See this way you don't want to be a millionaire because you got to send the money. You got to have faith. Oh, okay. All right.
[01:22:12] I can't have faith. Oh, you tell me what the $2000 is for. That's the thing. So, yeah,
[01:22:18] there you go. A leaf blower. Yes, we're going to invest in a whole fleet of leaf blower Yes, we're gonna invest in a whole fleet
[01:22:26] Lowers, okay. There we go. All right, okay. I was thinking the two series. There we go. Yeah, I have our initials on them and everything
[01:22:33] Okay, yeah, Dave and lent it had Dave and Lynn news and trends. I'm cigarettes are on it. Okay. All right
[01:22:39] All right, I'll send that I send that over to you shortly
[01:22:44] Yeah, all right.
[01:22:46] But that's it, that's what, you know,
[01:22:48] I think about that, you know, often, you know,
[01:22:51] from time to time, you know,
[01:22:52] every time I thought through it pops it by head, you know.
[01:22:56] And he, of course, he loves the rubbing in, you know.
[01:23:00] Say, say, you could have did this, you could have did that,
[01:23:02] you know, and I was like, nevermind, I don't want to eat it, so.
[01:23:06] So, but anyway, there you go, folks,
[01:23:09] that was our days corner tonight.

[01:23:14] and your own thoughts about that.
