We have reached the home stretch of the 10th Season of Liquor Talk. Parental discretion is highly advised for this episode. Sex is important and having the conversations about it is also very valuable and these conversations need to be heard. On this episode of Liquor Talk, host Victor Jones welcomes back Eve Hall, a successful podcaster and author, to discuss her journey in the podcasting world, the importance of sexual health, and various topics related to sexuality. They explore the significance of self-care in sexual health, the advancements in sexual wellness products, and the mind-body connection in intimacy. Eve shares insights on the safest time in history to have sex, the necessity of lubrication, and the challenges of quickies. The conversation also touches on Eve's innovative ideas for enhancing sexual experiences and her exploration of kinks. In this engaging conversation, Eve Hall and Victor Jones delve into various aspects of sexual pleasure, liberation, and education. They discuss the importance of exploring the entire body for pleasure, the significance of sexual autonomy, and the role of masturbation in relationships. The conversation also touches on the challenges of toxic relationships, the differences between kinks and fetishes, and the ongoing orgasm gap between men and women. Eve emphasizes the need for open communication about sexual desires and the importance of sexual health, while also addressing generational trauma and the need for better sexual education for future generations.
[00:00:00] Liquor Talk is another episode so go ahead and get quiet on the creek and pull up the drinks because Liquor Talk starts now. Welcome everyone, welcome everybody to another edition of the Liquor Talk Podcast where we have real conversations while sipping on some real good drinks. Shout out to everybody that's still there on our podcast, Spotify, iHeartRadio or wherever you get your podcasts at. And I've got a returning guest today, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you to our friends at PodMess for making this happen.
[00:00:29] Our returning guest today is Ms. Eve Hall. She's the host of the Please Me Podcast. She's holding it down in Florida as well. And she got the top rated podcast on Apple Podcasts and on PodMess. Ms. Eve, welcome back to Liquor Talk and how you doing today? Thank you so much for having me back. I am so excited to be here today. I am doing great and I can't wait to have this conversation with you.
[00:00:53] Yes, yes. So what's been new with you since last time we spoke? Because last time we spoke, it was December of 2024. So now we don't fast forward to September of 2026. What's been new with you? Oh my gosh, so many things. Please Me, the podcast has become Please Me Media. I am now an author. I have been doing speaking engagements.
[00:01:18] And I have a bestselling book called The Mom Economy. It's an anthology. And I also wrote a book called The Sexual Longevity Protocol, which will be coming out in December of 2026. So I'm super excited to talk to you about all of that today. And I've been really focusing this season on sexual longevity.
[00:01:43] So I really want people to like really think about honing their sexuality and really taking care of it as if they were taking care of their skin or their hair or their nails or, you know, all of the self-care things that we do for ourselves. And we don't focus on sexual health. Sexual health should be a part of your self-care routine. Yes, it should. It should definitely be. And we can definitely get into that.
[00:02:07] So tell me, how does it feel to have the number one podcast right now? Because number one sexuality podcast right now, because that has got to feel amazing. I'm trying to get to be number one, you know, in one of these podcasts and categories. How does it feel for you to look up, you look at the list and you see your podcasts on top? It's an unbelievable feeling. I hit the first time I hit number one was in 2025 and it was after going to a podcast conference.
[00:02:34] And I learned so much at that conference. I went home and I applied what I learned to the show. And a week later, I was number one and I was like, oh, my God, I can't believe that just happened. You know, it was like super exciting. And then I was sort of all over the place on the charts for a while, sort of staying like in the top 20 or 30, but not number one for a while.
[00:02:55] And again, learning about different aspects of podcasting and really applying that to my show helped me to reach number one again in 2026. And since then, I've been in the top three for months now. And that's so exciting. It's it's just like a dream come true. And now I'm I'm I'm trying to market everywhere and like get the word out that, you know, my show is worth listening to.
[00:03:24] Yes, it is. Your show is definitely worth listening to because you can learn a few things while checking out your show. Like because I didn't feel like your show is worth listening to, then I wouldn't have you on. Trust me, you know. So. So so so what's some advice you've learned at the podcast and conferences that you can drop? Let's say if you're a podcaster out there, do not ignore SEO. SEO is so important. And metadata, what you're the words about your podcast say online is super essential to.
[00:03:53] Making sure that you have the right keywords that are going to help draw people to your show. So those are three things that I would look at and really focus on. They're very super important. Yeah, those are definitely real. Those are some different real things. They've got to pay attention to SEO. I got somebody evaluating that for me as well, you know, because I told myself I got to look inside. So let's get into some of these episodes. So, yeah, I know it's minute five.
[00:04:21] So, yeah, if you haven't done so already, get the drink poured up and you might want to hide your kids. And hell, hide, hide your animals, hide whoever, you know, because we've got to get sexual, y'all. So talk to me about the episode you recently dropped. Why is this the safest time in history to have sex? Because I realize that you're right. It definitely is a safe time to have sex because everything's treatable now. Everything is treatable and the knowledge is out there. Why do you think it's now? Now is the safest time besides all that.
[00:04:51] I love this question because it is the safest time in history to have sex. And it's really unbelievable. All of the tools that exist that can help us to have healthier and safer sex lives. Number one is testing, right? There are tests that are very comprehensive. I recommend a 14 panel test that tests your, not just your blood and your urine, but it also tests your throat and your anus. Okay.
[00:05:20] And if you're not testing your throat and your anus, you're missing out on a lot because oral sex is also a way to transmit STI. So you have to always check your throat and your anus too. And what's really interesting and something that I recently learned is that chlamydia, I believe, is something that can be transmitted through oral sex, right? But say a woman has chlamydia and then a man does oral on her.
[00:05:46] Well, interestingly, he can end up with chlamydia in the anus without having had penetrative sex in his anus, okay? Because it can travel through the digestive system. And then it can implant itself in the anus of the man and he can get chlamydia of the anus. So it's really, really important to test all of your orifices when you're getting tested, okay? So number one is testing, right?
[00:06:14] Number two, there are medications that can help you to improve your sexual health, whether it be because you have, say, any issue like erectile dysfunction or its female equivalent, decreased vaginal sensitivity and dryness. So for 30 years, men had, you know, Cialis and Viagra, but women had nothing. Now there's many different medications that can be given to women that can also help improve their sexual health. But not just that, and what makes it safe is something called Doxypep.
[00:06:44] I don't know if you're familiar with that medication, but it is a medication that helps to decrease the likelihood of you contracting chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis if you take it within 72 hours of unprotected sex or of an unwanted exposure. So in other words, an unwanted exposure would be something like a condom break, or if you were not planning on having oral sex, but then you did anyway, or something like that, right? Or if your barrier breaks or whatever.
[00:07:12] So definitely the safest time in history. And if you think about AIDS, 30 years ago, people were dying left and right of AIDS, right? And now there's medications that can help you to become undetectable if you have HIV, and you can actually have sex and not transmit it to anybody. So it's really a remarkable medication. I mean, science has really done a great thing for us in terms of our sexual health, and it is literally the safest time in history.
[00:07:40] You just need to know what tools are available and use those tools. Yes, that's wonderful. So how do people get the tools if they can't afford it? Are there options that are affordable? Because you know living in America, you know, the costs of drugs and prescriptions and things to help prevent sexual health or sexual errors, they cost a damn arm and a leg. Well, you know, you do have to pay for these medications, and you do have to pay for this testing.
[00:08:10] The one website that I recommend on my show is shamelesscare.com. They're a medical provider, and you can seek treatment for any kind of sexual health condition there. Like if you had, for instance, herpes or something like that, you can get your medication through them.
[00:08:28] They also offer the 14-panel test that I recommend as well, and they offer medications for, like I said, erectile dysfunction and its female equivalent, decreased vaginal sensitivity and dryness. But you're absolutely right. You know, affordability is something that is still a barrier out there, and we need to figure out how we can get these things to the masses so that they can have access to them.
[00:08:54] And, you know, unfortunately, a lot of the clinics are being closed down because of the administration currently in place, right? And so we need to figure out ways that we can get access to these things so that we can stay healthy and still enjoy our sex lives. Yes, that's what we have to do. We've got to enjoy our sex lives, and we've definitely got to enjoy our pleasure.
[00:09:16] Now, staying with the sex lives, I had a guest recently come on a few episodes ago that said, for the men, if you lose a woman mentally, she will not get wet down there, and she will definitely get dry for you. How true do you think that is? Well, there is a connection between the mind and the body, right? The brain actually controls every movement that we make. So absolutely, there's a mind-body connection.
[00:09:43] Yes, and, you know, dryness is one of those things that for some women, no matter what you do, whether you stimulate them mentally or not, they're still going to be dry because they have issues with that particular problem, right? And so I would not judge a woman by her wetness or dryness. I would just always have lube on hand. Lube is something that is good for every age, whether you're 20 or you're 70, you should be using lube because it makes everything feel better.
[00:10:12] Even if you are wet, you may get a little bit dry after you've been having sex for a period of time because friction happens and evaporation happens, right? So always have lube on hand because one little dry patch can cause pain, and, you know, you may feel wet all over, but there's one little internal spot that's a little bit dry, and that can be causing pain. So just use lube. Lube is great for everybody. So what kind of lubes are we looking at? Are we looking at the water-based lubes or the oil-based lubes?
[00:10:41] What are the best lubes people need to be using? So it depends on what you're doing, right? Most people have coconut oil in their kitchen, okay? I would use coconut oil with my partner if, for instance, I wasn't using a condom. Coconut lube or coconut oil or oil-based lubes are not good when you're using barriers like condoms.
[00:11:06] So I would suggest not using those unless you're having sex with someone without protection, okay? Number one. Number two, silicone-based lubes are really great when you are using a condom. So I would recommend those lubes. But they're not good on toys, okay? So you don't want to use a silicone toy and a silicone lube because the silicone lube can actually break down the silicone toy. So if you're using toys, you want to use a water-based lube. So it really just depends on what you're going for.
[00:11:36] And if you're using lube for oral sex, then, you know, there are flavored lubes that can also be really wonderful as well. Yeah, because I remember, like, years ago, someone told me to use a dental jam. I'm like, I never got around to using that. So is dental jam still a thing for men to use when they're going down on their woman? So dental jams do exist, and they suck. I mean, they are not a great option, to be honest.
[00:12:03] They, you know, I created something that's different than a dental jam, and I am in the process of making that product. And so I can't tell you that much about it except for dental dams are typically non-adhesive, and so they can move around, right? And they're also not, they're opaque, so you can't see what you're doing. You're covering the area, and you're taking the visual away, right? And the visual is so key, especially for men that are going down there and want to see what they're doing, right? It's a turn-on for them.
[00:12:32] So if you're, like, taking away the visual, it's not a great option. So the option that I have created is actually transparent, and it's adhesive, so it stays in place, and it's very thin. It creates, like, a second skin. And so I'm really excited to get that product out on the market. I am looking for investors right now to be able to do that. But it is going to be a game changer for oral sex for women. Wow, you are really a Swiss army knife when it comes to the sex game.
[00:13:02] You know, you're creating products. You've got the top podcast. You're out here speaking. What is something you haven't done sexually that you want to do, that you're looking to do? Because it sounds like you've done a lot of things sexually. What's something that's still on your bucket list? Oh, my God. Whoa. Okay, let's see. Let me think. Let me think. Because I've done quite a lot, and I am always exploring. And I have been really diving more deeply into kink exploration.
[00:13:31] And, you know, I consider myself a kinky person. You can call me Goddess Eve if you're kinky out there. And so something that I would like to explore more would be I have been diving into a kink called botany play. I'm not sure if you're familiar with it or not. But it's actually incorporating nature into your play.
[00:13:55] And, for instance, you can use a switch made out of eucalyptus or rosemary. And that smell kind of like emanates through the room as you're using it as a flogger. Right? So I've done it with several women. And it's always been a platonic sort of sensual kink, not sexual. It hasn't turned into sexual. Right?
[00:14:21] But I would love to find a partner that would be interested, that's a man, that would be interested in exploring botany play with me. Because I have not explored it with a man yet. And I know it's going to happen eventually. So we'll see. And whether that leads to sex or not, you never know. You know, when you say botany play, I'm thinking like maybe you're having sex in the woods or sex on a nude beach, you know. But that sounds interesting.
[00:14:47] That's something I never even thought of that you could use the eucalyptus as a flogger, you know. I never even thought of that. Yeah. So botany play is a really beautiful kink. It's almost like a performance work of art. So the top or the dominant, that's usually me, ties up the submissive or the bottom. And I tie them up with ropes.
[00:15:14] And then I decorate their body with flowers and with herbs. And so they become a living, breathing work of art. And in the process, I'm touching their skin. I'm bringing the rose to their nose so they can smell it. I'm rubbing the rose along their body. I'm using maybe the stems of the flowers to flog with and to cause impact.
[00:15:43] And everybody that I've done it with has wanted to do it again. I mean, it is a really beautiful experience. You're really caring for the person that's the bottom. You're giving them attention that normally they wouldn't have, you know. How many times do you get to spend an hour or two with someone just paying such great attention to you and giving you sensual touch and just making all of your senses come alive? So it's a really beautiful kink. And I love exploring it.
[00:16:12] Hey, that sounds like an amazing kink. That sounds like some home and gardens combined with OnlyFans. That's what it sounds like. That's a very interesting kink, though, you know. Maybe that's what my OnlyFans page should be about, you know what I mean? I have not created one yet, but who knows? You never know. You know, shit. I even thought I'd make one for myself only because I might need to hide the sexual episodes from certain people. To those people, I still love you. But hey, it is what it is.
[00:16:39] So getting back to sexual beings, tell me, are you still on the big clit energy? Because the last time we spoke, I remember me and you at a conference, you were selling the shirts and stuff. So are you still with that big clit energy? Absolutely. It's a concept that I love talking about. It really is the confidence that a woman has in her sexuality that translates to all areas of our life. So absolutely, you should be trying to hone that big clit energy and to build that confidence.
[00:17:09] Because when you are fully embodied and when you can be fully present in the moment, you are going to have the most amazing saps. Yes. Big clit energy and big dick energy. Man, look, that is going to be, that's a winner right there. Definitely a winner. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Liquor Talk. The more you drink, the better we sound. Shout out to everybody that's tuned in on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeartRadio, wherever you get your podcasts at. Thank you all for tuning in. And thank you to our friends at Podmatch for bringing us together.
[00:17:39] And go ahead and join that platform if you haven't done so already. And if you are on Podmatch, quit telling people no to be on your podcast. Quit saying no to guest appearances, you know. But shout out to everybody on Podmatch right now. Staying with the sexual things, what is acoustic wave therapy? And is that something people need to be looking into? Yeah.
[00:18:01] So acoustic wave therapy is the gold standard in treatment for things like erectile dysfunction and its female equivalent decreased sensitivity and dryness. And so it is a treatment that I do in my physical therapy practice. And what it is, is basically very similar to an ultrasound wand, if you've ever had ultrasound. And the wand is moved over the tissue of the penis or vulva and vagina, right? And the surrounding tissue, like the inner thigh, the mons, all around.
[00:18:31] And sometimes the perineum, which is also the space between your testicles and your anus, right? That little space down there. So all of that brings the blood to the penis, right? And same with women, it brings the blood to the vulva and clitoris and vagina. And so all of that needs to have lots of blood flow. And when our blood flow diminishes over the course of time, we can improve the blood flow by doing this treatment.
[00:18:59] It helps to unblock the blockages in the blood vessels so that you can get more blood flow. And then you can experience more wetness for women and more erections for men. And it also helps with sensitivity. So is this, so is it more effective than just popping a pill? So popping a pill is not something that I recommend unless you're getting treatment too, okay? And so a lot of times people will go to the doctor and they'll get their pill.
[00:19:27] And they'll be taking that pill for 5, 6, 7, 10, 15 years. And guess what? It will eventually stop working because the blockages in those blood vessels are continuing to become blocked, right? And eventually they'll be so blocked that no more blood will flow through them. So what the pill does is it opens up the blood vessels and allows the blood to flow through.
[00:19:48] But if the plaque is continuing to build and continuing to build, there's no amount of stretching that blood vessel that's going to allow for that blood to flow. So you should be doing other things if you are having issues besides just taking pills. And so that's why I created the Sexual Longevity Protocol so that people could know what they can do in order to help improve their sexual longevity over the long term.
[00:20:15] Yes, sexual longevity is something you need to definitely look into, especially when you – because many people think it is, oh, you got to worry about the 50s. No, I've known people that are 20 and 30 tell me, hey, you might need to – they tell me how they're taking the gas station pills. But I'm like, no, those are very harmful. And some people are even in their 40s getting treated for ED. And I'm like, what the hell were you doing? Like, it's crazy world out here.
[00:20:44] It's very common. And 20% of men in their 20s already have some form of erectile dysfunction. It goes up 10% per decade. So 50% of men in their 50s have ED. This is a lot of people. And nobody is talking about it. It's really, really important to nurture your sexual health if you want to have an amazing sex life for the rest of your life. So acoustic wave therapy is one of those treatments that I do in my practice.
[00:21:10] I also give a very extensive home exercise program or homework. Okay? And basically what the sexual longevity protocol is, is the homework that I give to my patients. So what's the example of the homework? Do they have to do some exercises? Or what does the homework look like? So exercises are part of it. The pelvic floor is part of the protocol. The first aspect of it is masturbation.
[00:21:38] So I give my patients daily masturbation that they need to do every day because if you don't use it, you will lose it. Right? And so practice makes perfect. You want to be able to bring that blood flow to the area. You want to be able to ejaculate. You want to be able to orgasm every time that you masturbate. So it's important to continue practicing. Because, you know, if you're in a relationship but you only have sex once or twice a week, that's not enough to, like, keep that blood flowing. Right? So that's one of the things that I recommend.
[00:22:07] And I have a 30-day self-pleasure and body reconnection practices giveaway that I can offer to your listeners. It's right on my website. And it's a freebie. You can just go on and put your email. And it can give you 30 days of different options and different ideas to really reconnect with your body and give yourself pleasure. Because you don't have to do it the same way every time. Right?
[00:22:33] When we have, you know, diversity and we have novelty, that makes us more excited and interested in sexuality. We want to just keep that novelty going. So that's one of the things that I recommend. And another part of the protocol, and there's many different parts, but I'm going to give you two. Okay? And if you want the rest of it, you can get the course, which is on my website. But the second part is a pump. Okay? And penis pumps are something that I highly recommend.
[00:23:01] There's one particular one that I recommend because it comes in various sizes so that you can get the size that you want. You don't want your testicles to be pulled up into the penis pump because you'll only use it once and you'll never use it again. It's very painful. So you want to make sure that you get the right size. So penis pumps are something that I recommend. And for ladies, I recommend a lady pump. Lady pumps are very similar to a penis pump, but it goes around the vulva and it increases the blood flow to the area. And I recommend that you wear those 10 to 15 minutes per day.
[00:23:32] So how often should men be using the pumps? Daily. Daily, like 10 to 15 minutes per day. Now, what is too much? Is there such thing called too much? Because I've also heard rumors that they say if you do it too much, then it might not get hard anymore. I mean, I don't know if you could do it so much that it would cause damage. But 10 to 15 minutes a day is ideal. You can go up to 20 minutes. After that, I would just leave it alone.
[00:24:00] What you really want to do is improve or increase that blood flow and hold the blood in the area for a specific amount of time. And what that does is it's like weightlifting for your blood vessels, okay? Just like you can weightlift and make your muscles stronger, your blood vessels need to work, right, in order to be strong as well.
[00:24:23] So when you use the pump, it's really making those blood vessels work really hard and it's making them stronger and it's actually creating more blood vessels. So over time, when you're using it on a regular basis, you're going to create more capillaries and capillaries are the teeny tiny blood vessels that go to all areas of our body. And there's lots of them in the genital area. So we want to have lots of capillaries and lots of blood vessels. So and acoustic wave therapy also does that.
[00:24:52] It also helps to increase capillary formation. Now, are you the only person you know doing that or is this available nationwide? So a lot of urologists offer this treatment in their offices. Sometimes they call it, quote unquote, Gaines Wave, which is just a brand name of acoustic wave therapy.
[00:25:13] So it's no different than another machine that maybe a physical therapist might use in her office or his office for like treating a knee condition. So this is actually used in a lot of different physical therapy practices. Not a lot of people are using it for sexual health, but it is a treatment that you can find in urologist's office or maybe in offices that focus on sexual health like mine.
[00:25:40] Yes. Yes. Ladies and gentlemen, I hope you all enjoyed this episode. You know, if you're still in Florida, I might need to make a trip to come see you, you know, because I was just down there to shoot a movie. Shout out to Tua. I think they're moving back. So I might have to come visit you. So tell me this. Why do women experience, let's revisit dryness. Why do women experience dryness if it ain't because they're just not interested in the man?
[00:26:08] So as hormones decrease, what's really important for women in the vaginal area is estrogen. Estrogen is actually, it forms part of the skin. So I like to explain it like this. If your skin is a chain link fence and some of those links are estrogen receptors, but suddenly you don't have estrogen to attach to the receptor, well, that skin is going to become weaker, right?
[00:26:37] And so dryness happens when you don't have enough estrogen and also when you don't have enough blood flow. So when blood is flowing to the vaginal tissue, what happens is the plasma of the blood seeps through the walls of the vaginal canal and the vulva and the clitoris, and it wets the area.
[00:26:57] But if you have a decrease in blood flow because you have blockages in your blood vessels over time that happens, which is what causes, say, someone to have a quadruple bypass, for instance, right? Blockages can happen in and around the genitals too. And normally we see those blockages and issues before we see a heart condition. So it is a precursor to heart disease. So blood flow is essential to cause wetness in the area is what I'm trying to say.
[00:27:24] So when you have a decrease in blood flow, you're going to have a decrease in wetness. And also estrogen is essential in making sure that the tissue is healthy and strong. So basically both women and men both need blood flow just in the same way, just to, you know, for the body, for the body parts, right? Yeah. So a woman doesn't get a quote unquote hard on, right? But they get engorged. Okay.
[00:27:49] So you have to get that tissue and get all of the area ready for penetrative sex. And for women, it takes typically 20 to 25 minutes to get engorged and to get all that blood flow into the area so that they can be ready for penetrative sex. And what's really amazing about the woman's body is that the vagina actually does something called tenting. And what tenting is, is it elongates the vaginal cavity in order to be ready for that penetration.
[00:28:19] And so if you try to penetrate too soon, it may be painful. But if you give that area a lot of attention, whether you're using your hand or you're doing oral sex or you're using a toy, all of that is going to create more blood flow to the area, which is going to cause more wetness. And it's going to elongate the vagina in order to be ready for penetrative sex. So that's all sound amazing.
[00:28:45] Now, what do you tell the people who sometimes can be on a time crunch and they just want to get a quickie in? Because sometimes, you know, you might see your man or you might see a lady and they just look so damn good and you just, you want them, but you know, you can't wait for, wait to get back to the house. What do you tell people if they just want a quickie? Well, first of all, you got to make sure that both people want a quickie, right? I hate quickies. I don't ever want a quickie because I'm never going to be satisfied with a quickie.
[00:29:15] That's true. I don't get there in two to three minutes or five minutes or even 10 minutes. Like it takes me time. So make sure that, you know, everybody is consenting to a quickie. Number one. Number two, if you do want a quickie, make sure that you're using lube because it's really essential to have that friction diminished so that you're going to not have painful sex, right? Because quickies can sometimes cause painful sex.
[00:29:41] And if you're going to have a quickie and you're with a lady that is cool with it, make sure that she's got her toy because she's going to need help to get to that orgasm because she doesn't have a lot of time to really get engorged. So you want to make sure that you're using a vibrator or a toy in order to help her along the way. Man, I swear the movies make it look so easy.
[00:30:05] The shows on Netflix or the movies, they make the quickies look so easy and steamy, but that's not in real life. And neither is porn. I mean, porn is entertaining and so are movies, right? But when you look at, you know, these movies, they always go straight to penetration. You rarely see them do oral sex, right? It's not even considered part of the sexual act a lot of times. It's just like boom, boom, boom. And that is not what real sex looks like, okay?
[00:30:33] If you want to have good sex, you have to make sure that you are getting the area ready in order for the woman to really enjoy all of it. Now, what are some things us men can do to get her ready besides, you know, throughout the day? Because, you know, it takes a while for it to warm up. So is the foreplay really the main key? So foreplay is a big part of it, but pre-foreplay is important too, right?
[00:31:02] So texting throughout the day or calling or leaving little notes or, you know, if you set up a time and you're having a date later on and you know you're going to have sex, you know, making sure that you're checking in and being like, I can't wait until 8 o'clock. I can't wait until, you know, just giving that flirtation, that also helps too. And if you're in the same space, you know, brushing up against the person and whispering in their ear and telling them that you can't wait to see them later and spend some time with them.
[00:31:30] Whatever it may be, whatever the, you know, sexual innuendos or the, you know, pre-foreplay is for you, enjoy a lot of that, you know? And then of course foreplay too. And it doesn't always just have to be oral. It can be toys. It can be your hand. Learn how to use your hand. Your hand is a really good tool. A massage can be really great. And I like to say that the entire body is an erogenous zone, not just your genitals. So don't just focus on the genitals.
[00:31:59] Women can have an orgasm from their nipples. Pay more attention to them. Okay. Learn how to do more things to the breasts, right? It's not just about sucking and squeezing. You can learn a lot of different impacts. You can learn a lot of different ways to really give more pleasure to the breasts. I have a whole course on that. That should be up on my website soon. So there's just a lot of things that you can do to really explore the entire body. I love my neck kissed. I love my toes sucked, right?
[00:32:28] Find out what those things are for you that turn you on and then make sure that you tell your partner so that they can do those things to you. Yes, you got to tell your partner those things because I can't make this up. Some women, they'll go crazy for your hands. And another one, hey, they may go crazy if you give them a make-out session. They'll go orgasm from that. So she's right. You definitely got to explore the whole body, not just the genitals.
[00:32:53] So why do you feel like people only get caught up with the genitals instead of ignoring while ignoring the rest of the body? I don't think that people really understand that your entire body is wired for pleasure. And it's very rare that people really explore that together. So I recommend that, you know, you give each other massages and then you say, well, how does this feel here? Do you like this?
[00:33:20] Or maybe just give the massage and then afterwards check in and say, what areas were super sensitive for you? What areas did you want me to explore more? And then just making a mental note of the things that your partner likes and then incorporating that into your sexual play. Yes, you got to incorporate it into your sexual play. You got to keep a playbook on them because, like I said, not every person is different. They get their different ways.
[00:33:46] Some people may take them a while or some people it may get them wet early. You never know because I've heard that people are different in how they're wired, you know? That's right. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I hope y'all tuning in for this episode. Hide the kids and stuff. So what is your definition of sexual liberation? I don't know if we discussed that last time I had you on, but I feel like we do might need to revisit sexual liberation. Absolutely.
[00:34:16] I think that the most important thing is presence. You have to be present and in the moment. You can't be thinking about your to-do list or, you know, your past history or the future. You have to really be focused on the moment and in tuning in with all of the sensations that are happening to your body. So learning how to be present in your body is essential. And also sexual autonomy.
[00:34:44] I think that that is such an interesting concept that I don't think a lot of people think about. But a lot of times what happens in relationships is that women give up their autonomy to their relationship. And so maintaining that sexual autonomy is so important. That's why I say that when you enter into a relationship, you shouldn't give up masturbating. You should continue masturbating. It's important to keep that relationship with yourself.
[00:35:07] And so sexual autonomy would just be, you know, really being able to say what you like. Not being shy about expressing what your needs, wants, and desires are. Have you asked your partner, what are your top three turn-ons? Everybody should know that about each other, right?
[00:35:27] And so being autonomous is just being sovereign in your own body and being able to express what your wants, needs, and desires are. That's amazing. Now, going back to the masturbation thing while being married, why do some people find a turn-off to see their partner home jacking off without them? Because some people have said, oh, I don't know if I like my man still watching porn while they're with me.
[00:35:56] Or my girl used her toys while she's still with me. Why do people in relationships find masturbation a turn-off? Well, unfortunately, we live in a patriarchal system that's also, you know, very religious-based, right? And religion has put shame on sexuality. And there's really no shame in sexuality. It's how we all got here. There's nobody on earth that didn't come from sex, right? Unless you're in vitro or you're an in vitro child.
[00:36:26] And that's a small, very small percentage of people in the universe, right? And so shame is something that, you know, a lot of people carry because of their upbringing, because of their religion, because of the, you know, things that our parents taught us. You know, you shouldn't do that. You know, it's bad. You shouldn't touch yourself. And then that carries over into our adulthood, right? And so when we see our partner masturbating, we're like, oh, wow, you know, ooh, yuck. But no, really, you should be like, ooh, let me watch.
[00:36:57] Let me see what they're doing. Maybe I'll learn something that, you know, maybe, hey, the way that he's touching himself is not the way that I touch him. Let me learn his technique so that I can follow through and do it the way he likes it. You know what I mean? So there are things that we can learn from watching our partner masturbate. So instead of saying, ew, yuck, maybe open your mind up and become a little bit more curious and say, oh, let me watch. And let me see what you're doing so that maybe I can learn something to pleasure you.
[00:37:25] So, yes, yes, you should definitely watch your partner. So what's something along the lines of masturbation that people aren't doing enough that you feel that people be ignoring? You know, like people will talk about certain things where everybody's doing it. But then there's some things that people aren't really doing a lot of. You mean in masturbation? Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, you know, I think, you know, I said it earlier, but variety is the spice of life, right?
[00:37:55] And if you're always doing it the exact same way, it's not going to be as exciting. So I really think that like changing it up and adding some new different techniques when you're masturbating, this is the time that you're by yourself and you can explore. There's no reason why you can't bring in different toys or different tools that can help you to experience sexual pleasure in a different way.
[00:38:19] So I would say open up your mind, become curious, and start exploring different things that can help you to improve your sex life. Not just with yourself, but, you know, once you know something new works for you, you can translate that to the bedroom and your partner is going to benefit too because they're going to enjoy pleasuring you. Of course, of course.
[00:38:44] Now, when it comes to pleasure, why is it that always you have the best sex with a terrible person who's like a terrible human being to be with or they're just not a good person to be around? But yet in the bedroom, it's something totally different. And you see why people stay in toxic relationships so long. I mean, there's so many things that keep people in toxic relationships. And I don't know if it's always a sexual reason.
[00:39:10] Sometimes it's, you know, that they have low self-esteem or maybe they're in a relationship with someone that they're financially dependent on. And so leaving could cause some serious financial hardships. So there's a lot of different reasons why people stay in toxic relationships. And unfortunately, it's a cycle where they leave, then they come back, then they leave, then they come back. And it can take them, I don't know, eight, nine, ten times of like that cycle before they finally get out. Right.
[00:39:37] And so I don't know if sex is better with somebody that's toxic. I haven't experienced that. I feel like I'm having the best sex of my life and I'm in the healthiest relationship that I've ever had. So I don't know if I agree with you on that one. I don't know.
[00:39:55] You can have good sex with somebody in a toxic relationship, but you can have even better sex in a relationship with somebody that you genuinely are, you know, aligned with in a lot of different ways. Yes. So you hear that, people? Don't be out here settling just because this one person is having good sex with you. Don't be out here settling because I see it all the time. Not that I'm in the bedroom watching them have sex or nothing, but, you know, sometimes you wonder why people stay with others.
[00:40:23] But getting to kinks and fetishes, what's the difference? Because people say, oh, some's a kink or some's a fetish. What is the difference between kinks and fetishes? So a fetish is something specific that somebody has to have in order to be turned on during sex. So some people have a foot fetish. So if they don't introduce foot play during their sexual experience, they're not going to get turned on enough to really experience sex to its fullest.
[00:40:52] So a fetish is something very specific. Okay. And different people have different types of fetishes. Okay. Kinks are, you know, it's an umbrella term for BDSM. BDSM is bondage, sadism, masochism. Wait, B. What did I miss? D, dominance. B, D, S, submission or sadism. And then N, masochism. Okay.
[00:41:21] So BDSM is also known as kink. So it's an umbrella term for lots of different activities that you can participate in that can bring you pleasure in different ways. And another thing that I want to say is that there is a big misconception that kink always or BDSM always leads to sex. You can have BDSM play or kink play without sexual activity.
[00:41:48] You can just enjoy it for the mere sensual and impact exploration and not have sex with the person. Really? Really? That's crazy to do all of that and not get any sex out of it. Because you see how much they do within the BDSM, like the spanks. It just seems like a long extended foreplay session for it not lead to sex. That's crazy.
[00:42:18] Well, you know, there's a lot of different types of people out there, right? And some people are asexual and they don't want to necessarily participate in sex, but they still want sensory input and they still want to be cared for and they still want to feel loved.
[00:42:32] So a lot of people in the neurodiverse communities also find kink to be something that they love to explore because it helps to decrease stress and bring down anxiety and it helps to regulate the nervous system. So kink can be used for a lot of different reasons. It doesn't always have to be sexual. And a lot of people think that kink and sex always go hand in hand and that is not the case.
[00:42:58] I was talking about botany play the other day and I've done it with only women and so far haven't had a male partner yet. But all of the women that I've done it with were some of them were my best friends, not people that I had sexual experiences with or even sensual experiences with. And every one of them was like, I want to do this again. This was amazing. So really just being cared for is sometimes something that people want. And you don't necessarily have to go all the way to the sex part.
[00:43:27] You can just explore in that sensual realm or in the pain realm if you like pain. Oh, the pain realm. Those people are crazy. I'm sorry. I've seen some of the pain realms that are getting spanked. I'm like, that looks very painful. Like what the hell turns you on from somebody either poking you or spanking you? What in the hell do people be on? Yeah, but some people really enjoy that.
[00:43:56] And so, you know, to each their own. I don't yuck anyone else's yum. I think that, you know, all of it has a place and everybody should be able to explore their kinks, fetishes and desires to their fullest extent as long as there's consent in place on both sides. Yes, as always, there's a consent on both sides. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Liquor Talk. Ladies and gentlemen, I hope y'all enjoying this sex talk. I hope y'all enjoying this episode, y'all.
[00:44:26] So what is the orgasm there? And do you feel like there's still an orgasm gap between men and women? Yes, there definitely is still an orgasm gap between men and women. And the orgasm gap is a phenomenon that happens in heterosexual relationships where men are having more orgasms than women. And it goes across the board from hookups all the way to marriage and every relationship style in between.
[00:44:54] And so we can learn to close that orgasm gap. And when I heard about the orgasm gap, I was reading a book called Becoming Clitorate. And it talked about it has tons of statistics about, you know, what the gap is in like, say, hookups versus marriages. There is always a gap regardless. OK, and it's because people don't understand their bodies. Right. If you don't understand your body and you don't know how you orgasm, you can't translate that information to the bedroom.
[00:45:22] So number one is educating yourself about your own body. And then number two is becoming empowered to, you know, translate that information to the bedroom. And number three is education. I'm sorry, not education, but communication. Communicating that information to your partner, learning what works for you and then teaching them. Right. And it goes both ways. Right. Right.
[00:45:45] Because you may not like just, you know, up and down movement when you're getting having oral sex on yourself. Right. You may not. You may not just want that up and down. You may want someone to like lick you from the bottom to the top. You may like your balls licked. You may like your perineum licked. You might like your ass eaten. You know what I mean? There's a lot of things that you can do. So if you're not telling your partner what you like, guess what? They're not going to be able to read your mind.
[00:46:10] So it's really, really important to communicate and to talk to your partner so that you can close that orgasm gap. Yes, we definitely got to close that orgasm gap. So why aren't people talking to their partners? I know you said you do therapy as well. From what you've talked to with your clients, why do you feel like there's some people aren't talking to them? Are they talking to their partners about this stuff or what's going on? I think that it goes back to the shame again.
[00:46:39] And our societal pressure and the teachings that are maybe religious or our parents or even sometimes our friends taught us that sex is shameful. And it is absolutely not shameful. So as soon as you can kind of release that shame and let it go, you can really start tapping into your sexual autonomy and becoming more sexual sovereign and more sexually free.
[00:47:08] Yes, we got to let go of the shame. We definitely got to let go of the shame so we can start an orgasm revolution. So what is the orgasm revolution? Because it sounds like that might be the solution to all the problems with women not experiencing orgasms as much as men do. That's right. So the orgasm revolution is bringing awareness to the orgasm gap. That's all that it is. It is talking about it on podcasts like this.
[00:47:36] It is posting on your website. I joined the orgasm revolution and talking about the orgasm gap. What is the orgasm gap? Why does it exist? How can you close it for yourself? And so the more people that are talking about it, the more people that are joining the orgasm revolution, the less likelihood that we're going to have an orgasm gap in the future.
[00:47:58] Yes, we need more of that as well because, hey, we need to close this orgasm gap because it's like I don't mind talking about it. But at the same time, I'm like, you ladies deserve better, you know, because y'all are so fucking beautiful. Y'all hold it down. Y'all do a lot for us men out there. Y'all deserve better. I agree. We do. And if you're not getting regular orgasms, you need to be paying attention to how you can.
[00:48:27] It's a goal that you should have. You should not settle for a lackluster sex life because what happens over time is that people don't want to have sex anymore then. And you end up in a sexless marriage. Right. And this is when problems can occur. People can start to stray because they're unhappy with their their sexual, you know, sex lives. And and we don't want that to happen. We want our partners to stay connected and we want to be connected to our partners.
[00:48:55] And so making sure that you are, you know, just like you take care of your skin or your hair, you're also taking care of your sexual health. Yes. And with that sexual health now, how long is too long to go without having sex? Because I've heard people say they can go seven, eight or nine years without having sex. How long? How long do you think is too long to go without having sex?
[00:49:17] Well, if you go that long, you're going to likely experience vaginal atrophy or penile atrophy, which means that your body, your penis can actually shrink in size. OK, nobody wants to lose 20 percent of their penis size. So you can go forever without having sex, but do not go forever without masturbating. You should be masturbating on a regular basis. If it's not every day, I tell my patients every day because they come to me with a problem. Right.
[00:49:45] And so we want to make sure that we are practicing and getting that blood flow every single day if we want to make improvements. Right. When you go to the gym, you go multiple times a week. You're not going once and then like skipping it for a month. Right. You want to have a regular routine of sexual activity, whether it be with a partner or with yourself.
[00:50:03] Make sure that you're giving yourself that that that pleasure and practicing that orgasm so that when you are ready to have sex, you know, in however many years, then, you know, your body's actually ready and it can function the way it's supposed to function. Yes, that's what we need. We need our bodies ready and stuff. And we definitely have to ignore the shame that we have gotten for years because I definitely feel like it's definitely shameful because people always look down on it.
[00:50:32] But, hey, you got to stay ready so you don't have to get ready. You know, it's crazy that people still talk about the shame and we're about to be in 2027. That's right. We need to throw that shit out the window immediately. Yes, we do. Yes, we do. Now, getting to your book, tell me about this book, The Mom Economy. What was the biggest expression behind writing this book? So I, Mom Economy is an anthology.
[00:51:00] So there's multiple authors. My chapter is about what I want my children to know. And as a mother, you know, and as a mother who's in this field, right? There's a lot of, like, what do I teach my kids that's appropriate for their age?
[00:51:17] And so I want them to know. And so I want them to know that they should love themselves.
[00:51:46] I want them to know that their bodies are perfect exactly as they are. No matter what size they are, they're perfect exactly as they are. I want them to know about consent, you know, and what true consent means. Not coercion, okay? But true consent. I want them to understand that consent can be taken away at any time. You might say yes, and then 30 minutes later, you're not feeling it anymore.
[00:52:12] It's okay to say no at that point and to change your mind, okay? I want them to understand that no is a complete sentence. That if someone's trying to coerce you into doing something, you have the right to walk away, okay? You should not feel pressured to do something that you don't want to do. I want them to understand boundaries and what boundaries mean, okay? And I want to break the generational trauma that I experienced. I don't want them to ever experience.
[00:52:38] And so talking to them about, you know, the, what am I trying to say? I already mentioned coercion, but other ways that people can, you know, target you in order to take advantage of you. I want them to understand that these are techniques that people can use that are going to try to coerce you into doing something that you don't want to do.
[00:53:04] I want them to know what those techniques are and to be able to point them out when they're happening and say, no, I don't like that. I'm going to leave now, okay? So there's just a lot of different things that I wanted my kids to know and as a mother. And so that's what I wrote my chapter about. Yeah, that's amazing. So what do you think your kids are going to say when they look back and they grow up and they see what you do and they check out all your podcasts and all your books and all your speakings?
[00:53:35] How would you want your kids to feel about that? I just want them to feel proud of their mom and to see that, you know, I'm trying to make a difference in the world. I'm trying to break the generational trauma for myself and my kids and also help other families and other people break that generational trauma. I want people to have as much education as possible. You know, I just got the physical copies of my book yesterday.
[00:54:04] Hold on, my daughter's trying to call me right now. Hold on, can I just take one second? I just want to text her. Sorry, edit this part, please. It's all good, it's all good. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Liquor Talk. Hope you guys have been enjoying this episode. You can find this podcast on Spotify, iHeartRadio. Excuse me. And so those of you listening out there, episode 400 is coming real soon. So if you're interested in being a part of it, DM me. We're doing a live show in Tampa in October, y'all. Ooh, nice.
[00:54:34] Okay, I love that. Yeah. So I was just talking about my book and I just got the physical copy of my book yesterday in the mail. I ordered two copies, one for each of my daughters because I wanted to sign it and dedicate it to them. You know, that chapter was really dedicated to them specifically. And my daughter immediately, the older one, picked it up and she's like, can I read it? I said, absolutely. And she read it and she came into my office after she finished reading it and she was in tears.
[00:55:02] And she's like, mom, I just want you to know that, you know, I want to break that generational trauma too. You know, and I want to make sure that, you know, I know everything that I need to know. And I, you know, she was just, you know, very emotional about it. And it was really touching.
[00:55:21] So, yeah, I, you know, I think that, you know, when you lead by example and, you know, as an adult educator, it's not always easy to kind of like figure out what that line is between what I teach my kids and what I don't, you know. But, you know, trying to figure that out and making sure that you are listening, you are there for them and you are, and you are not shaming them for things that happen. Okay.
[00:55:51] Because things are going to happen, you know, and if they, if you want them to be open and talk to you about everything, you need to not shame your kids. Yes. Yes. You got to not shame your kids. You got to be open with them, but be realistic with them. Don't be telling them things that the Bible says, oh, you need to wait before marriage. Bullshit. You know, so. It's not the reality of life anymore, right? I mean, you know, 50, 60 years ago, 70% of adults were married and now it's only like 40 something.
[00:56:21] Right. And so, you know, people are having sex outside of marriage more often than not. And so let's be realistic, right? Modern sexuality or modern relationships don't always involve going all the way to marriage. And that's the reality. So we need to look at the reality of the situation. Yes. You definitely need to look at the reality of the situation.
[00:56:41] And I hope, I hope any parents listening to this is better for you than what you experienced because our parents, they, they had no problem in shaming us and then giving us trauma on top of that. You know, so it took a lot to forgive our parents for the bullshit that they put us through, but we can't turn around and put that on our own kids. You know, that's absolutely true.
[00:57:04] So trying to figure out what that trauma is for you, healing from that trauma and not moving it to the next generation is something that for me is a big goal. And I think it should be a goal of a lot of people out there that are parents. Yes, that's, that should definitely be the goals. So what's next for the please me on podcast now, or now that you've got the media coming. What's next for you? So next is, you know, finishing up my book and putting my book out there in December.
[00:57:32] I also am looking actively for sponsors and for investors. So I'm creating a Indiegogo campaign coming up shortly, and I've created a beautiful, beautiful sponsorship package. So if anybody is interested and wants to invest in the future of sexual health, please go to my website, please me.online, where you can find my partnership package.
[00:57:58] And you can look at all of the different tiers that you can help to, you know, continue the education that I'm providing. And, and, you know, the media company is growing, so it needs money in order to grow. And so I would love to have that conversation with you. Now, are you going to be adding other sexual sponsored, sexual based podcasts to your, to the media company, or is it just going to be your, your baby only? So that's a great question.
[00:58:27] And, you know, I keep getting asked about programs for teenagers. And so what I decided recently, after I finished writing my book, you know, that took a lot out of me. And then this idea came to me, um, to do a, uh, a series of podcasts, um, for teenagers specifically. So it would not be a please me podcast because please me as adults. Okay.
[00:58:53] Um, it would be another name, but it would be geared towards, um, you know, teenage and young adults, um, to teach them what they should know about sex and sexuality. So I'm going to, I'm thinking about doing that. That's going to be another podcast that I create. Um, and it's just right now an idea in my mind. Um, but you know, once I have an idea in my mind, I usually, um, move forward and complete that because that's just the way that I am.
[00:59:19] So, so look, be looking out for that probably in 2027. Yes. And also if you need a male to come speak to the kids or get on the podcast, speak to the kids. Hey, I'm here for you. Hey, I'm, I said, I might be across the state, but now I'm just a DM away. Um, give the people a call to action or something they should do after listening to this episode. Go to please me.online and go to the second tab. It's the 30 day, uh, pleasure and body reconnection practices.
[00:59:48] All you have to do is plug in your email and you will get 30 days of ideas in order to, uh, improve your sex life. Um, and your, your connection to your own self. This is a masturbation, uh, list. Okay. And so I would say get my freebie right away. And if you're interested in learning more about sexual longevity, I have a on-demand three, uh, module course on my website as well. So you can definitely, um, get that course.
[01:00:18] You can, there's two tiers. You can get just the course and do it at your own pace. And then the other tier is, um, adding a consultation with me so that you can really, um, fine tune it to your own personal, um, your own personal body and your own personal issues. So I would say do that right away. Get your 30 day practices and look at the, um, sexual longevity protocol. Yes. Y'all look at the sexual longevity protocol and let's make it happen.
[01:00:45] Eve, I want to thank you for blessing the liquor talk once again. I mean, this is, this is great that you came on, had you on in 24. Now, now had you on again. If there's ever something along the lines of sex that you need to get off your chest and you want to talk to someone about, this is the platform for you. Well, you already know that. So you can come on through. Drew, I'm glad to have you on today. Thank you so much for having me. And we need to get you on my show too. You're absolutely right. We need to get you on my show.
